In fall of 2025, Jeremy with Smith's Sewer Service scoped out my home's sewer line for any blockages, and to determine the level of deterioration of the line. Jeremy provided top notch service, and I made sure I kept his name in my home maintenance file in case I have any future sewer related needs. He does excellent work and knows this business inside and out. He has done this kind of work for many years and knows all the tricks of the trade. We received wonderful service from Mr. Rooter and highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. We reached out on the website on Sunday evening and they came out on Monday afternoon. Mark fixed our clogged kitchen drain and discussed preventive maintenance to do going forward in detail. Mark is very knowledgeable!

Joe was our plumber and while I know a fair amount of what needed done, he explained everything, answered questions and actually was able to fix two issues thru on drain. I will be using them again as well as requesting Joe anytime we have another drain issue. We signed up for the maintenance plan to help with our 50 year old drain and sewer line as well. Again Joe was amazing but we did the plan to hopefully avoid seeing Joe on a regular basis and prevent the clog issues.

Nate came over and unclogged our bathtub drain today. He was very pleasant, was very nice to our kids and even said hello to all of our pets. He was fast and professional and very reasonably priced. Would call Zippy 100% next time we need help. 10/10

Very happy with my experience hiring Zippy drain. Seth and Chris were very thorough with diagnosing a drain line break and Chris was just as thorough with the fix ensuring that where they replaced the drain was the only spot with rotted pipe. The customer service was also kind and informative when I called with a bunch of questions prior to hiring them, and also easy to communicate with scheduling. Overall good experience and I will be using them again in the future.

Just had a five-star experience with Roto-Rooter. I have a 100-year old house with plumbing issues, and need a sewer cleanout about once a year. I’ve been using Roto-Rooter for several years now, and my tech today Josh was top notch. Excellent communication from start to finish. They let me know they were coming, were on time, courteous and tidy, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Josh suggested a few things that will help with maintenance and prevention, all much appreciated.

We needed service on the weekend and everyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful and timely. Josh was our technician and did an excellent job with cleaning our sewer and using the camera to show us the status of the sewer lines. Great job, we were very impressed. Javi and Zach were amazing! I called in the morning at 10:30AM ( on a sunday too) with not a lot of hope our sewage backup issue will be resolved within the day. Javi and Zach came around 1:30pm and helped us out. They were very easy to talk to, did a wonderful job explaining what was wrong with our sewage pipe and took care of the root for us. They were here for almost 5 hours working nonstop. Javi even explained to us what to do in order to prevent this from happening in the future. We had a great experience with Clog Busters and recommend this company.

Max was very pleasant even though we called and he came out 45 minutes from Des Moines! Max was quick and efficient with diagnosing our leak and even though he had to drive back to des moines and back to our house to replace our toilet at 8 pm, he did not make us feel like we were inconveniencing him. We had a slab leak issue and a friend gave us Alex number after we had received a outrageous quote from a different company. He came in look at the problem and gave us a reasonable price. He was very friendly and affordable. I will recommend him for sure!

Bob’s Sewerooter absolutely came through for us. Steve was fantastic—knowledgeable, calm, and the kind of professional you’re relieved to have working on an old system. We’ve got a 130-year-old house with a septic setup that’s around 100 years old, and Steve treated it with the care and caution it deserves. He tracked down the issue quickly, explained what he was seeing in plain language, and got the tree roots that were clogging the pipes cleared out without turning the whole job into a bigger mess than it needed to be. Prompt, thorough, and respectful of the home (and the history under it). If you’ve got an older house or a stubborn line that keeps backing up, I’d recommend Bob’s Sewerooter—and especially Steve—without hesitation.

Steve was great to work with. Called in the morning for a clogged sink, he was there within a couple hours. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, what needed to be repaired, what might need to be replaced in the future, and how I can properly maintain the system to keep it running well. I had a furnace issue and called some places and only Schaal was able to come on a Saturday. The technician, Cole was great. He worked quickly and explained everything very well after he finished. He did a great job and I would recommend them.

I like how easy it is to schedule or reschedule appts — just send a text! Scheduling staff is always very responsive and accommodating. Sam is great to work with! He is very knowledgeable regarding products and services and always takes time to show me what needs attention and how to maintain things for the best efficiency. Sam is also comfortable with our dogs, which is a bonus.

Greatest plumber ever. Had a clogged toilet that I couldn't handle myself with a plunger or a snake. Mark came out same day (on a Saturday night) and got it all fixed up. His pricing was great and he accepts Venmo. Would recommend to anyone!

Came home to a crack in a pipe in my garage. Called Mark and he was at my house by 7 pm, got a temporary fix done by 8 pm, then came back the next day to finish the job. Was very impressed with his work and even more so with the price. Take my advice, hire this guy, he will get the job done right.

I have used Wayne Rhiner Plumbing multiple times and they are quick getting you scheduled, the techs are thorough and do a great job leaving the area better then they found it.

NEVER EVER try to hire these folks. They charge for every single item you cannot imagine. they charged me $25 for plumbing Tape which any plumber is supposed to have and it's $3 at store. they chraged $93 for only 30 minutes of labor for which I provided materials. They charged $ 50 for trip which shuld be part of work. total they charged me $304 for only 30 minutes of work which he offered me to finish it myself since he did not have enough materials.
