We had a clogged tub drain and couldn’t be happier with the service. Joe was amazing! Scheduling the appointment was super easy, even for it being a Saturday, and he even called to let us know when he was on his way. He arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the drain unclogged in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. On top of that, the price was less than everyone else i called. We’re extremely satisfied and highly recommend Joe and Right On Time Plumbing.

Called on a Monday and Tuesday morning at 8 they were able to be here! It was a quick fix from our own DIY sink/faucet install but we weren’t sure what was causing the leak! He found the issue within about 3 minutes and had it fixed in 10. Will absolutely call again. Prices in line with what I would expect and even gave advice on another side project we have going on.

Called today and Rob was here within an hour and had the leak fixed within 10 15 minutes. Talked me through exactly what was going on and why it was happening! Saved me a lot of money and stress! Thank you!

Kline was great from start to finish. Mike came to inspect and said we needed a clean out installed. Gave me the option of digging the hole myself, which is what I did the next day to save $. The following morning Chad, Jarret, and John came to install the clean out and snake the line to the main. They explained the issue thoroughly and Chad was very knowledgable when I spoke with him. And at the end of the project, the price was very reasonable I thought.

Terrible company. They came out and quoted over $13k for “fixes.” Had 2 other companies come out for second opinions and found that Kline is a bunch of scamming idiots just trying to rip off young home owners. The sewer line was in fine condition and AT most just needed a cleaning. Do not use this company by any means.

I cannot recommend Kline enough. Brandon took ownership of of my sewer blockage and advocated for me until it was fixed. Eric, Elijah, and Mike were also involved and all were responsive and professional. The city dropped the ball and without their help, I don't know where I would be.

Jimmy from rotor rooter was great from start to finish. He kept us informed every step of the way and was very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he was very easy to talk to and shared helpful information to prevent issues going further with our main sewer line. Very fair price and will be using again for future problems.

Jimmy came out on a Saturday in subzero temps and did a really great job clearing the main line backup I was having. He explained everything and was very customer service oriented. Jimmy was great and reflects well on roto rooter.

Jimmy and Jamyn were awesome! Both were very professional and knowledgeable about their job and when I needed help they were able to make me a priority. We had a grease trap back up in our restaurant space and they went above and beyond to schedule me the same day I called, knowing how stressed I was for help! They made sure I was educated about how the trap works and how it backs up so easily with the amount of grease it produces and had me on a rotating schedule so I don’t have to worry about it. They both checked in and made sure I was having no issues and let me know I can contact them when I need them! Both are hard working and very friendly, I would recommend them every time!

I reached out to Patrick to clear a clogged drain in my kitchen. He was prompt, professional, and straightforward with his pricing. He did everything he could to clear the drain, but the clog was further in the pipe than his equipment could reach. So he didn't charge me! He explained the problem, discussed potential solutions, and then took the time to reach out to another company on my behalf who he knew would have the equipment necessary to clear the clog. Great experience! I had a clogged shower drain that wasn’t responding to a drain snake or a tub plunger, so I finally bit the bullet and called a professional. I called Garrels because of the good reviews, and they were great! Patrick answered right away and was able to fit me in that day. He was friendly, respectful, and upfront, and told me ahead of time that a basic drain de-clogging would be $150, which I think is very fair for the area. Came right on time and was done in less than 30 minutes- he found a clog that was 10 feet down the pipe! Highly recommend and will definitely call for future needs.

Have used this company for everything from waterproofing, finishing, and painting my basement to building my deck and remodeling my kitchen. They are the only company I use and recommend for the work they do. They have an attention to detail while providing a fair price. They were punctual and did a great job communicating what needed done as well as how they were going to do it. They allowed for my input and encouraged any questions I had. The job was completed on time and best of all they cleaned up after themselves. I cannot say enough good things about Garrels Company and Patrick.

We had the cleanout cap fall into our sewer pipe and needed help retrieving it. Luckily we had paid for the plumbing service agreement with an earlier service and did not get charged an emergency fee. It made it totally worth it. Tanner came out very quickly and worked diligently to retrieve the cleanout cap and advised us to get the proper fitting piece to prevent it from happening again in the future. Not only was he fantastic, but he also text the next day to see if we were able to find the proper cleanout cap and to see if everything was ok. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful to him for helping us out!

WOW WOW WOW--It is not fun having to purchase a furnance with no planning-My furnance broke down, Northwest came-their technicians--Chad was awesome. Their salesman Don--make ten humans like him. My house is not cold, it had been cold for years even when my furnance was working. I had agreement initially with another HVAC company but called Northwest to double check. Not only did they give me a better furnace, at a lower cost with more warranty, but Kevin the GM brought my dogs treats. Their customer service is beyond what I can describe. Truly nice honest humans-definitely use Northwest if you have heating or cooling issues. THE BEST!!!!!!!

Chase arrived at the scheduled time. Professional and very courteous. Took excellent care of the floors when moving in and out with heavy items as we had to purchase a better toilet. The one we bought from a local big box store a year ago had several issues. Chase was very knowledgeable and made recommendations from his experience. And the work area was left spotless. We had Ralph from TMI out yesterday to look at our fridge. I appreciate how communicative he was before the appointment in letting me know when he was on his way. He was quick at diagnosing and fixing the problem, cleaned up after himself, and charged a very reasonable price. Thank you so much! Also, as a side note, the customer service at TMI was also great in helping me schedule an appointment and identify what help I needed. I have only gone with TMI once, but based on my experience, I would use them again!

Hired them to clean out sewer main. Showed up with camera to check on a blockage when we already knew there is a blockage. Try charging us a fee for camera service. Then had their tech come back to clean the following day. Water receded and drain for one week. Try to call and have them come back to clean out properly. They said they are too busy and recommended us to call roto rooter which was another big mistake. I would recommend not paying any of these companies until a month after service. Now we are on a third company Peterson pluming came to do the exact same job I hired two other plumbers to do. Total cost 500$ for element plumbing. 500$ for roto rooter the company they recommended. Now 700$ for Peterson plumbing the city recommended. Hope it last more than one week.

Element was hired to install gas to our generator. When we had our furnace inspected the inspector found 3 gas leaks where Element connected to our furnace line. We contacted them and they came out promptly and repaired the leaks. And then charged us nearly $500 to repair the leaks they caused.

Element told me they could do a gas pressure test and send an affidavit to the city so I can get hot water turned back on. They came, milked me for extra work, charged me $450 then 3 days later still have not pulled the permit they charged me for or sent the affidavit to the city. When called on this, the woman who answered was very dismissive and lied that they sent it. I still do not have hot water from the flood on 7/11. I understand these companies are very busy, but this is not okay. If they make it right I will cancel the dispute with my bank and change my review.

I was so impressed with Victoria’s customer service! Hearing a plea for help, she went above and beyond to make sure that my drains were working. I had not had water in about a week due to sewer backups, and having a toddler it made things very difficult. She was a life saver!

Had a leaky water heater with a cracked tank. Of course stuff happens on the weekend, and right before a holiday. Assistant Valerie was great on the phone; Lenny stopped by on a Sunday (for a reasonable fee) to assess things and instruct us on how to get by. They ordered a new unit quickly. Lenny’s partner, Aden, was gentle and a gentleman. Lenny double-checked everything. They are checking on our warranty from AO Smith, let’s hope they come through - the unit broke a few weeks before warranty was up. How does that happen? Anyway, solid work all around, carpet was protected with clean tarps. Call Lenny and team.

The sump pump(s) that were in the home I purchased were old and malfunction/completely broken. Also, my washer was draining into the pit which was causing an awful smell. I called Petersen and the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. They had appointments available the next day and beyond which were very helpful. My plumbing technician Lee was very knowledgeable and personable. He saw my situation and let me know all my options. He was able to fix and replace everything on scene and even fixed my washer draining problem for me. He was very professional and helpful and I highly recommend Petersen for any plumbing issues you have. My 1957 pit looks rough, but wanted to include pics to highlight the amazing job Lee did.

Petersen plumbing replaced a leaky water heater for me. Pros - They were able to show up within 24 hours. Installation was only 3-4 hours. The work looks professional. Cons - They left a bigger mess for me to clean up than the leaking water heater created. Pictures provided, all of these were taken after the technician left. There was a drain within 10’ of their work area yet still dumped water all over the basement. They only sent 1 technician so I had to help get the old water heater up the steps. They didn’t install a drain pan, I will take some blame for this because I didn’t ask for it during the service call but it was also never mentioned as an option.

I had a leak inside my wall of my newly renovated bathroom. I was so bummed that I was going to have to cut into a wall with brand new paneling. Lee came out and within an hour he Fixed it by going in on the other side of the wall underneath the kitchen cabinet! He cleaned everything up perfect and put back on the paneling inside the kitchen wall. Everything looks perfect. I’m so happy with the service and the expertise of Lee
