I got multiple quotes from other companies and Red Rock had the best price and the most value and answered all my questions better than any of the other companies! They installed a tankless water heater with a softener and my new plumbing system is awesome!!!

Coy at Free Flow Plumbing and Drains was amazing! We live in Salt Lake and have a property in St. George. The main sewer pipe backed up into the house. They replaced the pipe in record time. My tenants were very happy and appreciative. We communicated by phone/text. Coy was extremely responsive answered all of my questions mostly before I asked them. We had Hunter come back out after a jetting of our pipes. We had trouble with one of our floor drains. He came out and discovered there were broken debris in the drain deep enough for me not to be able to see. He pulled it out without charging a visit. He is always respectful and did a great job for the original jobs. We will use his services again. Thanks, Hunter, for doing an amazing job.

Furnace and heat pump installation: I'm retired OSHA. I did process safety in oil refineries and chemical plants. Chanee and Jordan were today's technicians. I'm impressed with these technicians and the company. They came when they were scheduled and their work lasted as long as they said it would. Their work was almost artistic in quality. These guys are qalified and competent technicians. Any questions were answered or concerns by them or management. I highly recommend this company and their employees. Plus the company management told me that they would help me acquiring rebates for this energy efficient equipment..

David came out to my house yesterday to fix my water heater. It was a last minute fix, and appointments were filled so they were asking if I could make an appointment for the following day. I've got six children and a husband, and I was really hoping to get the problem fixed as soon as possible so everyone could have showers and be ready for the next day. David was willing to squeeze me in so that my family would have hot water this morning. I am so grateful and happy he came out when he did. David was professional, and so easy to talk to. He showed me how to light my pilot light and was very patient with my questions and learning curve. I am very pleased with my experience. We had a cracked water heater replaced, and upgraded our leaking water softener. Mr. Rooter Plumbing was professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Tucker did an excellent job. He clearly explained our options, completed the work quickly, and left everything clean. Greg and Cameron came out to replace our chandelier and add a surge protector. The ceiling was 20 ft high, so they brought a lift. The other company we called before them only had a scaffolding option. They were great to have around and did a flawless job.

The four man team Luis, Caleb, Isiah and Chase had a great attitude and worked well together removing and installing the HVAC system at our home. Very professional and focused including answering questions as they worked.
