Expert Drain Cleaning in Cedar City, UT

Mr. Rooter is such a great company! Always great and fast service. Andrew came to help with a shower drain cleaning/ replacement. He was nice and friendly and explained to me how I could solve the issue of removing the drain in the future. We’ve used them before and will continue to in the future!

We called these guys on a Sunday afternoon because they advertise many places that they don't charge extra nights and weekends never over time fees etc. they proceeded to tell me that there's $159 fee for after hours despite the fact that they say all over the place that they don't charge extra fees for nights and weekends. I called twice and they just brushed it off and told me they didn't know why I was seeing that and in fact they said I should stay away from companies like that because they have hidden fees and won't do a good job. Then the second time I talked to Jorge I eventually beat it out of him and he basically told me that because they are an independently owned franchise that they can basically do what they want and they choose to charge a fee. Even though their corporate rules are that they don't charge overtime fees, he said he could send somebody out first thing in the morning on Monday and wave the dispatch fee I don't know if they normally charge a dispatch fee on normal business hours. So they came out were there for 45 minutes or so and easily snaked the drain got it cleared then told me that I should pay an extra $295 for the camera snake. I said yeah ok let's do it. He said the big man supervisor with emphasis to make it sound like it was a big deal. We needed the supervisor to come check it out. He assured me that the guy would be back that same day then they even called me and said between 4:00 and 5:00. I said okay so I waited all day and they called me right about 5:00 and said that they were running late they would come between 11:00 and 1:00 tomorrow, I said I will be at work I took today off for this. He asked me well how about Wednesday and how about Thursday I told him what my schedule was and he said he would check with his guys and give me a call back in a half hour never called me back. Might I add they also charged me for this service ahead of time and then just blew me off never called me or anything. I eventually told them yesterday that I wanted a refund and then all of a sudden magically they were planning on coming there that afternoon. I said no you're not I'm not there I'm 100 mi away at work. I am pissed off and just want a refund I don't tolerate disrespect and wasting my time. He agreed to give me a refund but then also told me that there is something going on in there and that I need to have it checked out and fixed. They are just trying to upsell everybody on everything that they don't need for something that's very common in almost all homes. They did give me a refund. Next time I will take care of it myself or call somebody else that isn't going to be deceitful and take advantage of people.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company. I was dealing with an urgent issue, and they responded quickly and showed up right on time. They clearly explained what the problem was and walked me through the repair process, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently and neatly, and everything has been working perfectly since. They were professional, honest, and reliable. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Zack and TJ came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it for a good price. My drains had been clogged for a while and nothing was helping. Now the drains are flowing beautifully. And you know they are local because I realized my son went to Cedar High with one of them. 😉

Believe it or not, plumbers use other plumbers to help them out. Steve from Complete Plumbing Services was extremely helpful. He has years of experience in not just plumbing, but helping people. When I hired him out on a clogged line, he made sure that I got everything I was paying for. I can appreciate paying and supporting a company that looks out for their customers the way Complete Plumbing Services looked out for me. Money well spent!

Had a plumbing issue. I called and jeff was very responsive. He schedule steve and he cam out s short time later. He quickly fixed the issue and gave me suggestions to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend them.

Updated: Same-Day Plumbing to the rescue…again! We are putting our house on the market and of course our shower jets stopped working. We have hard water here so that affected our shower. Mike came in and took that baby apart and fix it! Bam! ******* We have used Same Day Plumbing twice already and Michael did an excellent job fixing our issues. He replaced three toilets and a vanity/faucet. We had a hot water heater go out and he was able to replace it the "same-day". He was prompt, professional, and is just a good honest man. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything is working perfectly and he left the area clean. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable plumbing services! Would definitely call him again. 👍🏼

Very pleased with Imlay Plumbing!!! Woody did a great job for us today replacing the kitchen faucet. He is tidy and pleasant too! A few months ago Woody replaced the shower valve in my bathroom, and the shower is great and the tap is so smooth and works great now! He and his partner also replaced the outside faucets from the house for outside culinary water use for the garden. Did a great job and the taps are both working great now! Very pleased with Imlay Plumbing!! These are our plumbers from now on!!! Earlier, Imlay overhauled completely our septic tank system and they did an amazing excellent job and a very reasonable price. (We had paid another company to fix the problem before we fired them and found Imlay. They knew how to charge for their “service” but they forgot to do the work.)

They installed the ground plumbing, including the water lines, the frost-free hydrants, the trenches, and the septic lines, for the recreational vehicle spots at Brave Lizard Tactical. Their work exceeded state/county codes and passed inspection without fail. Their output is high-quality with a very reasonable cost. We’ve had Jackson plumbing come out and fix a handful of things and they do a root treatment for us. They were fast with getting someone out to us, and always kind and courteous. Not only that but they also helped us repair a leak while it was snowing from a pipe that froze a day prior. 5 out of 5 and will recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Dan was amazing! He came out in three hours after I called and provided several different options when our 22 year old water heater crapped out. He explained each option thoroughly, and after we picked, he put it in that same day. I am very impressed with his work and his kind demeanor. He also took the time to help me figure out some other plumbing work we needed done in the future. I definitely recommend giving them a call!

We had a great experience! Iron Mountain Plumbing came out on December 23rd and discovered that our water heater was about dead. They came back on Christmas Eve and spent all day installing our new tankless water heater so that we could have hot water for the holidays. Can’t say enough about how great our experience was. HVP installed my water softener. They showed up on time for the bid and for the installation. The bid was provided very quick and the pricing was great. They did the install in a very reasonable amount of time. The work area was kept very clean and they left no mess at all when they were done.
