Apex is great. When you call you get an actual person and they use tools that help them schedule and communicate with you during the day over Text. Their email system for their quotes worked really well and they did great work during the last three updates we needed to the house. Had toilet fixed, drips fixed, faucets replaced, expansion tank and vent pipe updating, and drains. I always call Apex first and have never had to call anyone else!

We do not recommend going with Apex Plumbing. We had a toilet clog and sewage backed up into our tub. We contacted Apex to fix the problem through our home warranty. The plumber who came was only here for about five minutes before leaving. After he left, we discovered that he had forced something through the pipes enough that sewage backed up into our utility room, soaking our drywall, new carpet, and various belongings with sewage. There was also a pile of sewage all over our driveway from a sewer line the plumber would have walked over to get to his car. Additionally, the toilet clogged again with the next flush. We contacted Apex a second time and the plumber came out and fixed the clog, but didn’t touch any of the utility room. When we contacted them about cleaning, they claimed they are not liable for the flood and subsequent damage. Now we have a basement covered in sewage and are much worse off after working with them.

Had a water supply line moved. I have used Apex before per recommendation. They communicate the schedule very well, show up when scheduled and respond to your calls and questions. Both times the apex plumbers were clean, friendly. I am very happy with the quality of work and the great communication.

The drain in my bathtub clogged again and again until they cleaned the line fully. It drains perfectly now. Excellent repair.

I hired Javier to clear my main sewer line. I was impressed that upon arrival to my house he wanted to do a quick inspection of the sinks, showers, drains, garbage disposal and toilet. He looked at the main water shutoff and the pressure release. He ran a large auger through a vent pipe on the roof and was able to pull out a large ball of hair and soap scum. My house is 25 years old and sewer line is in good condition, so Javier provided me with information and education to keep it that way. He was on time, worked quickly and reasonably priced. I will use him in the future if I have any plumbing needs.

After months of delay, he blocked my business partners phone number after doing the job wrong in this building were renovating. I’d never recommend using this company. They are slow to respond and do a bad job.

Javier was amazing! Came within just a few hours of my call and fixed the problem on a Friday night. Explained everything and told me how to prevent the problem in the future.

While selling my home the buyers home inspector said we had a flat spot and a “crushed” pipe. Called these guys to see what my options were. They had me send the home inspectors video to them, gave me a diagnoses to jet out and re scope. They came out the next day to jetted out the sewer pipe and do a scope. Turns out I had no issues other than a slightly oval pipe. They literally saved me thousands of dollars. John was the guy that came out, he definitely knew his stuff, would not hesitate to recommend them. Not to mention I called them Sunday afternoon and not only did they answer but went above and beyond on a day I’m sure they didn’t want to be working.

Simply the Best Better than all the rest !!! He came and fixed sewage back up immediately. Educated me on all of the different problems were running into wit old sewage mains. and located them for me. Along with video of exactly what is going on inside sewage main. The education of where ,how and condition of the sewer main at our family property was worth the charge alone. And you have got to love the owner Professional clean and fun nice guy.

John came out for a drain issue and was so helpful. He was honest and knowledgeable. We highly recommend his services.

The guys at Mike Norr Plumbing are great- especially Todd. We had an issue with a pipe leading to our kitchen drain and not only did they show up the same day I called, Todd went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of before he left, even staying later than he normally would, instead of scheduling to come back. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Demo what was left of the old shower and sink. Installed a pump and pipes for the shower washer, future toilet and vanity. Arranged for the flooring, walls, electrical and painting for a whole new 1/2 bathroom for our basement.

Super quick and efficient! Very professional. Our builders didn’t do a good job, and they fixed a bunch of things that weren’t up to code while they were replacing our broken water heater with a new one. Also Helped with two other plumbing problems/questions around the house while they were here!

I was disappointed with my past service provider so I decided to give someone else a chance to earn my business. I have a few projects so I decided on All Aboard as I’ve passed by one of their locations and wanted to try someone local. I put in a request for a quote and was given a day and an actual time. No estimate an actual time! I was even more surprised when on the day of the appointment I received a call asking permission to show up 30 min earlier. When Gabriel arrived I told him we need a ceiling fan installed where I had removed a chandelier. He inspected the area and explained we have an 8lb electrical box and would need one rated for a ceiling fan. He was upfront with pricing with both installation of the fan and box. I asked if we go with them when he could start and he said right now as it would only take about 45 min. Since the price was decent and close to other quotes I told him to go ahead and install it. He went to work right away and was very careful and quick. When the fan was installed he went over the use and even gave me a few pointers on the remote itself. Mind you this isn’t a fan they sale but one we had bought elsewhere. That just showed me how much Gabriel knows his stuff and wants to go beyond for the customer. He is definitely one of the best technicians that’s done work for me. Since it was quick, I had asked Gabriel for quotes on a few other projects. He gave me quotes, recommendations and a few pointers. Once we were done talking, he vacuumed and cleaned the area before leaving. Overall from scheduling to cleanup, I am very very happy with this service call. I will be giving them another call when I’m ready for my next project!

This business really goes above and beyond. My warranty company got us off to a rough start, but Emily (owner) fixed everything. She also left a sweet, little card for us (pic included). Nate did a great job and we finally have a fully functioning toilet 🚽 upstairs again, and no more damp towels on the floor from a leak in the reserve tank that a bowl couldn't write contain.

Gilbert Plumbing was amazing! Lance was quick to get the job done and was amazing to work with. We did not have any knowledge about the plumbing and what needed to be done but he definitely did and explained everything to us. We really appreciated the work he did and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Lance Gilbert of Gilbert Plumbing was punctual, courteous, professional, and did the task for the estimated price, which was reasonable but not so cheap that I'd call it amazing. He helped minimize damage in the area of the repair, and came prepared with needed tooling and supplies. Was helpful when asked about other projects, accepted cash, credit, or Venmo. He cleaned up after himself and got to me just 1 business day from the initial inquiry. He was plesant and conversational. I'm glad I called him instead of doing it myself as several complications came up and he improvised solid solutions on the spot. Top notch tradesman. Would use again if needed.

Gilbert Plumbing installed dual 50-gallon water heaters to replace my old failing 40 gallon unit. When my old unit began leaking, I needed urgent help. Gilbert Plumbing was accommodating to my eccentric requests even though the job became more complex. The job ended up looking neat, tidy, and top quality. Due to my obsessive nature, I am very particular of who I hire to do jobs in my home. I can become quickly critical when they cut corners or give half effort.
