I had a super great experience today with this company and the hyro jetting service they provided. Jake made it super easy to get the job done extremely fast. Only one hour after I called they were at my house, as I urgently needed the help and within one more hour the hydro jetting was done which cleared my clogged drains. William then arrived and ran the camera done the drain to then provide me a full analysis of what happened and his insight was ultra valuation! Great guys, both very personal and chill. Would def hire again. Thank you!

A year ago (Dec. 2024) we had a drain snaked by Connectionz. They came promptly but wanted to charge almost 10x what I paid previously with a different service . The snake the technician wanted to use was very small compared to what other services have used. He said there would be an additional charge to use a larger snake. Yesterday (Dec. 2025) my credit card was charged $209 for what Connectionz said was an "annual service contract". This "contract" was never disclosed nor was there a notice that my credit card would be automatically charged. I've requested that my information be removed from their system. They agreed to remove my information and refund my credit card, saying that the process would take 7-10 days.

Had to call for help mind you on a Sunday in regards to water pressure situation (no pressure just a trickle). Austin and Eric were wonderful. Eric was extremely personable, professional and understanding of the situation and showed real concern. Austin helped navigate a difficilt situation and was understanding and resolved my concerns. Their professionalizm goes a long way. Thank you so much.

Mark is absolutely amazing! Stayed late and helped us with jetting our main line. Absolutely wonderful fellow and I recommend him for anyone having issues with their plumbing. 5 stars and we will call Beehive again if we ever have more issues.

This is the best plumber I recommend. Cruise is the owner, he received my call for clog drain in early at morning during the weekend, and show up hour late at my place. And help me unclog the drain. He really acknowledged at what he doing. We had it done with short period of time since I have the auger machine here already. And he does it for FREE. He is really nice guy. And he show me what maintenance we should do to keep the drain flow. And he give me the suggestion that we should do hydro jet with hot water to completely take care the problem.

Parker came out to our house and was extremely helpful in finding the cause of a gas leak. He explained how everything worked and why he was doing what he was doing, which was super comforting! He went above and beyond. We were originally waiting for another company to come help with our leak, but after waiting 7 hours for them we called Towers/Valley plumbing and they were here within 30 minutes. So fast!!

Great Basin came to my home and replaced the tubular drain under my kitchen sink. They were fast, efficient, professional, affordable and experienced. Great group of guys. They did a great job. We will for sure be using them again.

I googled to find a plumber that serviced Hyrum (Cache Valley) and Great Basin came up, so I reached out to them through Google. I was specific on what I needed (a leak under the kitchen sink) and where I was located and I needed it done the next day. I heard back from them by text that they could come out when I requested. Then, on that day, I got a phone call mid-morning that they wanted to send out a restoration person first to see if there was any damage that might be covered under my home insurance. I was a little perturbed that this was something I wasn’t asking for, and I emphasized what the problem was and what appeared to be the cause (loose disposal) and I just needed it fixed ASAP. He assured me they would be out either that same day or the next after the restoration guy came. It took another 5 hours for the restoration guy to come out (he was with a different company). By this time it was nearly 3:30. There was no damage (I already knew that) and so I expected to hear back from Great Basin to schedule my repair. I did not, so I texted them at 5:30 PM asking when they would be out the next day as they said they would be. I never heard back. I called someone else. I’m sure if they had just done the job I asked for instead of trying to chase work for their buddy restoration company, I would have had a better review. Instead, I’m annoyed.

These guys are great. Carlos and Cody just came fixed a plumbing problem with my sewer. The drain was cracked and causing a leaking issue. They showed up and had it done and under two hours at a fair reasonable price. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Eddie and Landon did a great job cutting in a new clean-out and auguring our under-the-basement sewer line. Then sent a camera down to assure us it had been cleaned out and had no major issues. Since the line was quite scaled up, Eddie recommended a product that would clean the sludge up and do an even better job - in a 50year old line. we had major work done 10 months ago, replacing part and relining part of the sewer line from the house to the main line. Valley did a great job. At that time I purchased the membership which was around $80. And due to that, we saved over $200 on this project. I believe Valley plumbing is honest, Efficient, does quality work and to top it off, cleans up after themselves afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing inside or out.

Brett Averett did an outstanding job installing my sauna today. He took his time to make sure every part of the installation was not only done right but also looked clean and professional. His attention to detail was impressive, and he made sure everything was neat, level, and perfectly finished. He was careful with my ceiling tiles and put them back exactly how they were. When he finished, the area was spotless. It honestly looked like no one had even been working there. Brett ran two new lines from my breaker panel, about 75 feet, to my outdoor sauna and another line for a future hot tub.
