The owner Cruz came out on short notice and was able to unclog our pipe. He did a fast job and had an amazing attitude. I would really recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing plumber.

This is the best plumber I recommend. Cruise is the owner, he received my call for clog drain in early at morning during the weekend, and show up hour late at my place. And help me unclog the drain. He really acknowledged at what he doing. We had it done with short period of time since I have the auger machine here already. And he does it for FREE. He is really nice guy. And he show me what maintenance we should do to keep the drain flow. And he give me the suggestion that we should do hydro jet with hot water to completely take care the problem.

The 2 gentlemen that came to my house we’re extremely professional well prepared and went above and beyond what I expected I would’ve left a five star review but the I received lack punctuation, capitalization, or any form of demarcation or delineation. I don’t blame the two gentleman that came to my house to complete the job, but I was under the impression that what was going to be completed in my home was more than what was actually done based off of the way the bid and the scope of work read. I’ve worked in HVAC in both the commercial and residential field for 10+ years. It’s very important to ensure that your customers understand the scope of work being conducted in their home. I reached out multiple times to have the original plumber ensure that the bid was exactly what I asked for but the floor drain that I had asked to be relocated was not in the original bid which had me incurred an additional $250 and the cast-iron stack That I had asked to be removed and replumbed was not included in the original bid. I’m not dissatisfied, but I do expect more from a professional company. I want to restate that the two gentleman that were in my home were both professional courteous cleaned up. Their workstation were kind proficient and timely. Whatever you’re paying them double it if not, triple it they’re worth it.

Trae and Will did an excellent job, they were very courteous and careful in their work. they were so personable that even my dogs liked them. The job was a bit pricey, but we are very satisfied.

Eddie and Landon did a great job cutting in a new clean-out and auguring our under-the-basement sewer line. Then sent a camera down to assure us it had been cleaned out and had no major issues. Since the line was quite scaled up, Eddie recommended a product that would clean the sludge up and do an even better job - in a 50year old line. we had major work done 10 months ago, replacing part and relining part of the sewer line from the house to the main line. Valley did a great job. At that time I purchased the membership which was around $80. And due to that, we saved over $200 on this project. I believe Valley plumbing is honest, Efficient, does quality work and to top it off, cleans up after themselves afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing inside or out.

BlueFrog went above and beyond in everyway possible! Josh answered the phone right away and having just sold his house, commiserated with my circumstances of being days away from selling my house when suddenly the water wouldn't drain properly in my kitchen sink! He assured me he had a guy that could be at my house later that day and would do their best to keep the cost down. Brent was my service guy and he was very kind and professional. This home was built in 1962 and although we had already replaced 95% of the plumbing, the main drain pipe was still the old galvanized steel. It was like a finger size hole had opened up in the threading. Brent gave me a quote for the work before beginning and told me his plan. I approved and he went to work. Unfortunately as he was fixing the leak the threads on a pipe lower down gave way. Again we talked about what that meant cost wise before moving forward. Once this was completed we were still having water backing up and it was getting late so he promised to come as early as he could with the 75' auger. True as, he arrived early and verbally expressed that he actually really enjoyed the puzzle that this house offered. I was extremely pleased with the job that was done and the conversations I had with both Josh and Bent throughout the process. Highly recommend if you are in need of plumbing in the Tooele area

This company is awesome. I was given an incorrect quote for install on gas dryer and washer. The owner (Bryan) himself contacted me and he also came to my home in person to install it all. The cherry on top was they told me they will do the service at no cost due to the mix up. They are my new plumbing service always going forward!

Brett Averett did an outstanding job installing my sauna today. He took his time to make sure every part of the installation was not only done right but also looked clean and professional. His attention to detail was impressive, and he made sure everything was neat, level, and perfectly finished. He was careful with my ceiling tiles and put them back exactly how they were. When he finished, the area was spotless. It honestly looked like no one had even been working there. Brett ran two new lines from my breaker panel, about 75 feet, to my outdoor sauna and another line for a future hot tub. David generously came back in the evening to repair a drain leak that was initiated but not caused by his earlier repair. This leak was inevitable due to very old galvanized pipes still in service. His service was above and beyond excellent. David is extremely pleasant to work with.

TLDR; Call these guys, they’ll take good care of you and your home 🙏 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 We had a pretty stressful situation this morning when a toilet supply line randomly burst and sprayed water everywhere in our third floor bathroom. Before we knew it, water leaked down three floors through the walls, the ceiling, everywhere. Total nightmare. We called Monkey Wrench Plumbing and they were able to get someone out the same day, which saved us. Kyle was our technician and he was great. Super down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained that the old builder-grade plastic supply line had failed (which apparently happens more than you’d think) and walked us through what he was going to replace it with. He swapped out the cheap plastic line and valve for a braided metal one that’s much more durable and built to last. It feels good knowing we won’t have to worry about that happening again. What really stood out was that they also helped get a restoration company out that same day to start dealing with the water damage. When you’re standing in a house with water coming through ceilings, that kind of quick coordination means everything. Overall, just a really solid local company that shows up when you need them. Hopefully we don’t have another plumbing emergency anytime soon, but if we do, we’re calling them again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

My water main was leaking heavily and not only were they able to put a new one in and route it in the best way possible, they brought the shut off valve to an accessible location in my home.
