TL;DR: Fantastic experience, great company!! Will never use another plumber. Here's the backstory...We recently had an extremely frustrating experience with multiple plumbing companies trying to resolve a sewage backup in our basement. We had two different companies come out multiple times, and each time they assured us the blockage was cleared—only for the line to back up again a week later. It was a cycle of frustration and broken guarantees, and we were repeatedly told the issues were just flukes. After being quoted an outrageous $25,000 by a third company to dig up and replace our sewer line, we decided to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing. That was the best decision we made. The owner, Tyler, and his lead plumber, Ryan, who has 11 years of experience---were professional, empathetic, and confident. They came out promptly and told us they would do a free inspection and that they wouldn't proceed with trying unless they were very confident they would be able to help... In just 45 minutes, they had the line cleared when three other companies told us we were basically a lost cause and that we would need to dig up our sewer lines. Their pricing was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. They truly know what they’re doing and saved us a huge headache.

I had a great experience with Mr Rooter. I had a huge leak and could not figure out where it was. Ryan was able to locate it and repair it quickly. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure the repair was done right. I have used these guys for several jobs and I have been extremely happy with all of their work. We needed a new water heater and their crew was so good that we called them to replace a water softener and replace a valve to our outside main line a few months later. They arrive when they promise, they work quickly, and they didn’t leave a mess. They were also less expensive than two competitors. Highly recommended.

They have been amazing to work with!! I can write a whole story on our situation if you want to read feel free to do so! We shall call it the water heater saga. About 3 weeks ago my husband and I noticed a leak in our living room, we followed the leak after panicking (sunday night wet carpet), and we figured out that it was the pressure valve on the water heater causing the water to drip, and go into our living room. My husband said we could fix it, but we had not had time. Fast forward to monday aka memorial day and our pilot light went out and we could not relight the damn thing. I tried to help my husband and we could not get it to work. He then suggested we call a plumber I knew of this company working on my good friends house. I messaged them on memorial day not expecting a call back, then bam I got a text asking me for details. These were provided, and by that night at 7pm I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 3pm. We had reset our water heater, and the pilot light came back on! They came to our house the next morning, and replaced the valve, as well as the pressure tank. We were so happy, fast forward to 9pm last night, and the sensor/pilot on our water heater went out AGAIN! I text them at 10:00 o clock not expecting a reply, but then at 10:05 I got a response!! they were more than happy to come in and look at this. We later found out that we have to wait on the part, and that the previous homeowners had not registered the water heater and that the part of the issue was getting that part so we could get it taken care of. Not once did Jake or anyone else (unsure who does the texts but thank you for texting and providing relief) make me feel dumb or taken advantage of they were upfront with options, and solutions as well as pricing. This was huge, and their honesty with pricing has been such a relief. I am very thankful to them for helping us with all of this going above and beyond to get our water heater registered with the manufacturer, getting our part covered under warranty. Though being without hot water for 1-2 days is not ideal it's not their fault by any means just a waiting game. They are worth a call, a shot, and honestly so valuable to us specially in a time where everything costs an arm and a leg. Here's to hoping that this will soon be the end of the water heater saga! Update from 6/3/2026 The part finally showed up and I was able to get this taken care of! Thank the lord and my trusted plumbing company!!!

Llewellyn Plumbing and their employees were courteous, quick to respond, and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on which water softener to purchase for our home. I contacted 5+ other plumbers and water servicing companies and Llewellyn had the best prices. They offered a free in home consultation, and they were able to do the install the following day. All employees I interacted with were professional, helpful, and courteous. If I need a plumber in the future, I will most certainly contact Llewellyn Plumbing with full confidence.

When I got up this morning I found that my water heater had leaked and made mess during the night. After shopping around, I found Jeremy with EZ Plumbing and Drain. He agreed to come to my house on short notice, on a Saturday, and was able to replace the water heater within a few hours. The install quality is excellent and the pricing was very reasonable. Jeremy was perfect to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Weston came and did a fantastic job. Very nice and even hauled the old items away. He replaced my sink and faucet and garbage disposal. Also switched to one drain from two.

My water main line to my house broke. I called 3 companies for quotes. Erics was the most competitive of the 3 plumbing companies. They were friendly from the get go and sounded like they cared. One of my stipulations is that I needed them to be able to work with my homeowners insurance which they did! Amber and Dee in the office are friendly and kind. CHRIS, the guy that oversaw the project was extremely personable, caring, professional and had a listening ear. The owner Eric even stopped by to say hi and to make sure I was happy with the job and the outcome. They cleaned up after themselves really well. During the job they ran through some of my sprinkler lines and sprinkler wire and they sent a sprinkler company to fix it free of charge. All I can say is this company is ran by good people that care and if you're debating between Eric's or anyone else go with Erics, they did an outstanding job for my family!!!!! Thanks!

Hunter did an excellent job. He was so easy to work with and was very detailed in what needed to happen. He not only did a great job, but he eased my nerves of the pressure in hiring a company to do a huge plumbing/sewer job. I would hire back Eric's Plumbing again. I would request Hunter but many from Eric's actually worked their tails off at my house, even the owner, Eric. If I had more plumbing needs, I would take any of them. The technicians Kaiden and Austin did an incredibly friendly, intelligent and professional job. They replaced the entire system of old galvanized pipes that were rusted and silted in with pex. They were hard working and enthusiastic and took great care to make sure everything was completed and working well. I used them again (they had done a great job last year of replacing drain pipes) because they were hard working and trustworthy.

JT did a very thorough job giving us advice on the various systems they could install. He also stopped by to check everything out when they were finished. Benny and Caleb did a great job installing my heater/AC. They were very fast and it was done correctly the first time. The house has had a nice and even temperature since they left. I've also used Valley for plumbing jobs as well and they did a great job. Would highly recommend them!

AMAZING! This is the best plumbing company I’ve ever hired — and I’ve worked with quite a few over the years. I needed a full water line re-pipe for my home, so I hired Thomas Plumbing. Dylan came in and quickly assessed the layout of the house. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and attentiveness. Within about 20 minutes of evaluating everything, he was ready to get started. The project took two days, and several things really stood out: - He looked for the cleanest, most efficient way to run the new pipes while causing the least amount of damage (minimal drywall removal). - He took the time to remove the old water lines. I understand that’s not always feasible, but it made a big difference in keeping everything clean and organized. - Even though he knew the job wouldn’t be finished in one day, he made sure we still had running water to all fixtures before leaving that evening. - He clearly explained what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable with any major decisions (such as cutting drywall). - He thoughtfully considered future plumbing plans, like adding a water softener or extending water lines to other areas of the property. - And just as important — he had a great attitude. Some plumbers can be grumpy, but Dylan was genuinely pleasant to work with. Overall, the project was masterfully done. I truly couldn’t have chosen a better company for this job and will absolutely hire them again in the future.

Huge thanks to Douglas! I had a leaking tub faucet that was draining my hot water overnight and causing a lot of stress. After speaking with other plumbers who said the repair would require tearing out tile and quoted very high prices, I felt stuck. Douglas came out, quickly diagnosed the plumbing issue, and explained the repair in simple terms. He was able to access it carefully through the bottom of the cabinet, even though the space was very tight, and fixed it without unnecessary damage. Now the faucet works properly and my hot water is back. The whole service was professional, efficient, and saved me a lot of money. I am very happy with the repair and would gladly give more than 5 stars.

Our water heater stopped working late one evening, and a friend strongly recommended a local plumber. I called early the next morning and explained the problem to Douglas. He arrived at our home in Orem very quickly, inspected the unit, and clearly explained that the older water heater needed to be replaced. Douglas went to get the new water heater and came back soon after to finish the installation the same day. He was careful, thorough, and made sure all the proper plumbing connections, safety parts, and updated items were installed correctly since the old setup was missing a few important things. He also kept the work area clean and answered our questions in simple terms, which we really appreciated. The whole plumbing job was completed smoothly and to our full satisfaction. We are very pleased with how easy Douglas was to work with and how professional he was throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Valdez Brothers Plumbing. Here’s what happened: my water heater completely stopped working—not just a pilot light issue, but fully out. Luckily, it was still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, so I only needed to take care of the plumbing costs. At the time, money was very tight and I was worried I’d be without hot water for days. I reached out after seeing some local recommendations, and Douglas was the plumber who helped me. He was understanding about my situation and even picked up the replacement water heater from the manufacturer’s distribution center before coming out. Douglas explained the whole process to me step by step and gave me a very fair price for the work. Since we’re a military family living paycheck to paycheck, Douglas kindly agreed to wait a few days to deposit my check until payday. I’ve never heard of other plumbing companies in the area being that flexible or accommodating. Later, when I had a problem with leaking pipes due to faulty hardware, Douglas came back and replaced them with better quality parts at no extra charge. I really appreciate his honesty, hard work, and the way he stands by his repairs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable plumber, this is the company to call.
