Here's the backstory...We recently had an extremely frustrating experience with multiple plumbing companies trying to resolve a sewage backup in our basement. We had two different companies come out multiple times, and each time they assured us the blockage was cleared—only for the line to back up again a week later. It was a cycle of frustration and broken guarantees, and we were repeatedly told the issues were just flukes. After being quoted an outrageous $25,000 by a third company to dig up and replace our sewer line, we decided to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing. That was the best decision we made. The owner, Tyler, and his lead plumber, Ryan, who has 11 years of experience---were professional, empathetic, and confident. They came out promptly and told us they would do a free inspection and that they wouldn't proceed with trying unless they were very confident they would be able to help... In just 45 minutes, they had the line cleared when three other companies told us we were basically a lost cause and that we would need to dig up our sewer lines. Their pricing was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. They truly know what they’re doing and saved us a huge headache.

I have an older house. The shower head decided to pop off and take part of the pipe with it. Then the neck broke too. Tried for hours with a friend to get it out. No luck. Received a referral from another friend, to Moe’s plumbing. They are in Orem, I live in magna. I got a reasonable quote over the phone. Sending Potts. Then when they got here to look, quoted me even a lower price. It took just over an hour, and I have a shower again! I highly recommend Moe’s plumbing!!!!!!!! Fast efficient and friendly willing to do whatever is needed to finish the job. My old tub was VERY heavy and they called in more help to get it done! They changed out the mixing valve for the tub from a two handle to a one handle very quickly. Excellent job guys. They also hooked up my bidet and dishwasher and all the other fixtures from our remodel. If they had to send out a different technician it was all done seamlessly. Reese did most of the work for us and he had some great advice, for example the valve that came with our reverse osmosis water filter did not match any of our other taps so he brought us one that looks fantastic. Matt and his coworker showed up right on time and were very easy to talk with. They solved the problem quickly. While looking at the problem, Matt let me know of available but only optional upgrades to the plumbing in our old home. But I didn't feel like he pressuring me to choose those (which I didn't).
