This is the best plumber I recommend. Cruise is the owner, he received my call for clog drain in early at morning during the weekend, and show up hour late at my place. And help me unclog the drain. He really acknowledged at what he doing. We had it done with short period of time since I have the auger machine here already. And he does it for FREE. He is really nice guy. And he show me what maintenance we should do to keep the drain flow. And he give me the suggestion that we should do hydro jet with hot water to completely take care the problem.

Had an unfortunate sewer backup a different plumber had helped me fix. That plumber cameraed the lines and told me I needed to tear out my pipes which would have cost over $8K. I called Neighborly Plumbing for a second opinion. They took a look at the pipes, and hopped down in the manhole to take a closer look. There was a ton of gunk in my pipe and in the manhole causing me issues and they instead recommended I jetted the pipe and get the manhole area clear. I felt a lot more sure about this recommendation and that they had my best interest in mind. Their quote for jetting my pipe was also significantly cheaper than the other plumbing company. I feel a lot more at ease now that my sewer pipes are clean, and I feel like the work was done for a very fair price. I can't thank Neighborly Plumbing enough for their assessment and work. The only thing that could have been better was faster scheduling. Other than that, they were awesome.

My mom’s sewer line backed up and had to be repaired and lined. Neighborly plumbing came out and took care of everything including some unrelated interior plumbing issues that needed to be addressed as well. The crew that came was on time and very efficient. They also suggested disconnecting washer and dryer. Work was quick. Professional, for quoted price. We got it replaced same day no issue. The tech (Jonathan) was great work with and had us up and going in about little over an hour. Great Service! Great value!

They came out and repaired a leaking sink and also cleared a stubborn clog for me, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. **Incomplete Work - Paid Thousands for "Full Repipe" That Wasn't Complete** I hired RareBreed Plumbing in April 2024 for what was sold to me as a complete replacement of all galvanized steel piping in my home. I paid thousands of dollars based on this understanding. I trusted this company because the owner, Court, had previously done excellent work at my home before he owned RareBreed. Unfortunately, this experience was drastically different: **Professionalism Issues:** - Two plumbers argued with each other throughout the workday while in my home - What should have been a professional job turned into an all-day event - By the end of the day, 5-6 plumbers were in my house trying to finish the work - I had to speak with the crew leader about the unprofessional behavior **Incomplete Work:** - About a week after the original work, I had to call them back because the P-trap under my bathroom sink was leaking due to incorrect measurements - On Christmas Eve 2025, I discovered water on my bathroom floor - The source was a leaking shutoff valve connected to OLD, CORRODED, RUSTED galvanized steel pipes that were NEVER REPLACED during the "complete repipe" - I had to make multiple trips to Home Depot on Christmas Eve to purchase galvanized steel pipe and repair it myself - I sent them photos clearly showing painted galvanized steel pipes with old paint rings, proving they predate the April 2024 work - During the callback for the P-trap repair, workers were directly under this sink yet never addressed or replaced these corroded pipes **Company Response:** When I called to address the unreplaced galvanized steel pipes, I was told on the phone that only drainage pipes are under warranty. This completely misses the point - these galvanized steel water lines should have been replaced during the ORIGINAL work in April 2024 as part of the complete pipe replacement I paid for. I was told Verbally, all pipes except copper would be replaced - that's why I agreed to spend thousands of dollars. I sent an email requesting a written explanation of why these pipes were not replaced as promised. The company has not responded to my email request. **Bottom Line:** I paid thousands of dollars for complete pipe replacement and received incomplete work. The corroded galvanized steel pipes I discovered on Christmas Eve should have been replaced when I paid for the job in April 2024. I cannot recommend this company based on this experience. If you hire RareBreed Plumbing, I strongly recommend: - Getting extremely detailed written quotes specifying exactly which pipes will be replaced - Taking before and after photos of ALL work areas - Inspecting all work thoroughly before final payment - Being prepared for potential professionalism issues during the work

Aladin from Alpine Plumbing Fixed a Water Heater Mess! I highly recommend Alpine Plumbing, Drains & Sewer, and specifically Plumber Aladin. I had a stressful water heater leak on a Friday night—a problem that was ultimately caused by a crappy installation from a previous, incompetent plumbing company. I was worried this would be a difficult and drawn-out fix, but Alpine's service was stellar from the start. They were able to schedule the repair for Saturday at my convenience. Aladin arrived and was immediately professional, nice, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly and clearly identified not just the leak, but the flaws in the original installation, and confidently explained how he would fix it properly. Aladin patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process. To have a serious issue like this reported Friday night, started Saturday, and fully fixed by Sunday afternoon is truly remarkable service. I contacted Alpine Plumbing due to a water leak brought to my attention by West Jordan City Utilities Division. Aladin came out fairly quick to assess the leak. I am fully satisfied that Aladin and his brother Arman ( spelling ? ) completed to repair the water leak. Not only are these master plumbers competent, but they care about the customer being satisfied. I experienced professional plumbing repair an excellent customer service. I also wish to give a shout out to the individual answering the phones on the alpine Plumbing. I am glad that I called Alpine Plumbing to resolve my issue.

Aladin and his team showed up the next day to fix my toilet that had been running for months! He was here twenty minutes and completely replaced the guts with all new materials. Looks so much better and doesn’t run anymore! Appreciate the fast and efficient service 10/10 recommend! Pics are before and after! The old guts were so bad they aren’t even manufactured anymore.

Eddie and Landon did a great job cutting in a new clean-out and auguring our under-the-basement sewer line. Then sent a camera down to assure us it had been cleaned out and had no major issues. Since the line was quite scaled up, Eddie recommended a product that would clean the sludge up and do an even better job - in a 50year old line. we had major work done 10 months ago, replacing part and relining part of the sewer line from the house to the main line. Valley did a great job. At that time I purchased the membership which was around $80. And due to that, we saved over $200 on this project. I believe Valley plumbing is honest, Efficient, does quality work and to top it off, cleans up after themselves afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing inside or out.

Isaac & Collin arrived on time. When I opened the door, they were courteous and stood back a few feet before being invited in. The put on shoe cover before entering my home. They confirmed what our appointment was for (yearly water heater flush and whole home plumbing inspection), and then I showed them to the laundry room where the water heater is located. Isaac was training Collin on the processes for this type of visit. I got the pleasure of over hearing him patiently explaining the next step, things to look out for, and encouraging Collin as they went along. They drained my water heater and then went around inspecting each shutoff valve in my home to confirm it is working. They found 2 that wouldn't shut off and they notified me about what that means. These gentlemen were very polite throughout the visit. I'm on the Herd Membership, and visits like today reaffirm the reasons why. Trustworthy, respectful service is so important and difficult to find. Court had worked tirelessly to build that into the culture of his team, and it shows in the work they do. Greg was amazing! I had a bathroom leak that turned into a bathroom remodel.
