This is the best plumber I recommend. Cruise is the owner, he received my call for clog drain in early at morning during the weekend, and show up hour late at my place. And help me unclog the drain. He really acknowledged at what he doing. We had it done with short period of time since I have the auger machine here already. And he does it for FREE. He is really nice guy. And he show me what maintenance we should do to keep the drain flow. And he give me the suggestion that we should do hydro jet with hot water to completely take care the problem.

I contacted Alpine Plumbing due to a water leak brought to my attention by West Jordan City Utilities Division. Aladin came out fairly quick to assess the leak. I am fully satisfied that Aladin and his brother Arman ( spelling ? ) completed to repair the water leak. Not only are these master plumbers competent, but they care about the customer being satisfied. I experienced professional plumbing repair an excellent customer service. I had a super great experience today with this company and the hyro jetting service they provided. Jake made it super easy to get the job done extremely fast. Only one hour after I called they were at my house, as I urgently needed the help and within one more hour the hydro jetting was done which cleared my clogged drains. William then arrived and ran the camera done the drain to then provide me a full analysis of what happened and his insight was ultra valuation! Great guys, both very personal and chill. I called 24 hour Rooter Connectionz because I flushed a cleaning brush down the toilet. They came out the same day I called. The two young men were cordial and I liked them right away, but they couldn't get the job done. I was charged $300 up front in cash or they wouldn't even start working. That should have been a red flag but I didn't recognize it as the first step in a fraudulent transaction. The second thing I ignored is that they were both dressed in street clothes, not plumbing clothes with a company nametag. They pulled the toilet and said they could see the end of the brush but they couldn't reach it. They also contradicted themselves later and said the brush might have gone out to the public sewer system which would be a huge job and very expensive. I admit I was very worried. Later I found out that's what the P-trap is for, to prevent something like a brush or toy to get into the public system but I was alone with them and in a vulnerable situation at the age of 73 and didn't know any better. After talking to their manager, John Jordan, they said I would have to get a new toilet because if they tried to remove the brush they could crack the porcelain. The cost of a new toilet with installation was $750. They casually told me I should probably replace the downstairs toilet as well, since it was older than 10 years and didn't have a lot of flushing power. The total bill was going to be $2100. When I told them I would have to call my husband and get his opinion and get back to them, they said I would have to make a decision in 10 minutes or the store would be closed for the day. Third red flag! We weren't ready to make that decision in such a short time, so we asked them if we could mull it over and get back to them tomorrow, They said they couldn't guarantee that price unless we acted immediately. 4th red flag! They left without giving me an invoice. 5th red flag. I had to ask for an emailed invoice and the only thing I got was a copy of the new toilet proposal. When I finally got an invoice the next day the it didn't make sense. Quantity Price Total 1.00 $223.63 $223.63 Member Savings $33.22 Sub-Total $299.00 Tax $0.00 Total Due $299.00 That night I looked up their company and found out they had multiple fines of up to $2000 for a period of four years for violation of doing business without a license. The next day we called Millcreek Plumbing and Jessie came over. We videoed the process of him pulling the toilet, looking in the P-trap for the brush with a hand-held mirror, and pulling the brush out in less than five minutes. Stay away from this company! I doubt very much the two young men who came to my house even had a plumbing license. The company is in the sales business, not the repair business. By the way, when I talked to John Jordan on the phone and told him about Jesse from Millcreek, he was extremely rude and defensive. He said lifting the toilet up again could have dislodged the brush! He wouldn't budge on any refund. I asked him what I paid $300 for and he said his employees work for a living.

Chris and Edward did a top notch job and problem solving of strategically locaton and cutting holes in our drywall to locate a copper tee needing to be closed in order to complete the installation. Attached are pics of the cuts they made in the drywall. The patching of the drywalls will be simple now. Chris was also precise with the installation of the equipment and nicely zip tieing the hoses and power cord. Final price was very fair as well for what need to be done.

Hired Neighborly Plumbing to hydro jet a secondary line that was causing drain backups in the bathtub from our washing machine. They also snaked the line. They were responsive, fast, and very knowledgable. When I had a concern, Julie the customer service rep was kind and patient while listening to my concerns, then resolved them quickly. The technicians Antonio and Nathaniel were friendly and explained to me everything they were doing and finding. Really happy with their work and customer service experience.

Had an unfortunate sewer backup a different plumber had helped me fix. That plumber cameraed the lines and told me I needed to tear out my pipes which would have cost over $8K. I called Neighborly Plumbing for a second opinion. They took a look at the pipes, and hopped down in the manhole to take a closer look. There was a ton of gunk in my pipe and in the manhole causing me issues and they instead recommended I jetted the pipe and get the manhole area clear. I felt a lot more sure about this recommendation and that they had my best interest in mind. Their quote for jetting my pipe was also significantly cheaper than the other plumbing company. I feel a lot more at ease now that my sewer pipes are clean, and I feel like the work was done for a very fair price. I can't thank Neighborly Plumbing enough for their assessment and work. The only thing that could have been better was faster scheduling. Other than that, they were awesome.

Tony and Carlos did me a great turn today, getting my dangerously over-pressurized water heater situation sorted out with new Rheem heater, expansion tank, pressure regulator and MoenFlow leak preventer unit. TLDR; Call these guys, they’ll take good care of you and your home 🙏 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 We had a pretty stressful situation this morning when a toilet supply line randomly burst and sprayed water everywhere in our third floor bathroom. Before we knew it, water leaked down three floors through the walls, the ceiling, everywhere. Total nightmare. We called Monkey Wrench Plumbing and they were able to get someone out the same day, which saved us. Kyle was our technician and he was great. Super down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained that the old builder-grade plastic supply line had failed (which apparently happens more than you’d think) and walked us through what he was going to replace it with. He swapped out the cheap plastic line and valve for a braided metal one that’s much more durable and built to last. It feels good knowing we won’t have to worry about that happening again. What really stood out was that they also helped get a restoration company out that same day to start dealing with the water damage. When you’re standing in a house with water coming through ceilings, that kind of quick coordination means everything. Overall, just a really solid local company that shows up when you need them. Hopefully we don’t have another plumbing emergency anytime soon, but if we do, we’re calling them again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Called Beehive to clean slow and backed up drains after reading quite a few reviews. They do a great job of explaining the work they will do, and being up front about costs. They sent a camera down almost 200 feet, and shared pictures of what they saw. A follow up visit was required, and they stood behind their work and were very fair. They also warned about possible future issues due to 60 year old cast iron pipes. They scheduled an estimate to go over options for long term fixes.

After the appointment was made just the afternoon prior, Tristen appeared at our door following a text and a photo of him letting us know he was on the way. Our water heater installation became more extensive than planned due to our incoming water pressure valve having gone out. Even with the additional work and code updates, he was done in less than 4hrs. I will never call Lowe’s or Home Depot again when I need to replace my water heater. Tristen was highly skilled, proved most trustworthy, and delivered a perfect result, with the efficiency of a true expert - which is incredible for being so young.
