Had an unfortunate sewer backup a different plumber had helped me fix. That plumber cameraed the lines and told me I needed to tear out my pipes which would have cost over $8K. I called Neighborly Plumbing for a second opinion. They took a look at the pipes, and hopped down in the manhole to take a closer look. There was a ton of gunk in my pipe and in the manhole causing me issues and they instead recommended I jetted the pipe and get the manhole area clear. I felt a lot more sure about this recommendation and that they had my best interest in mind. Their quote for jetting my pipe was also significantly cheaper than the other plumbing company. I feel a lot more at ease now that my sewer pipes are clean, and I feel like the work was done for a very fair price. I can't thank Neighborly Plumbing enough for their assessment and work. The only thing that could have been better was faster scheduling. Other than that, they were awesome.

My mom’s sewer line backed up and had to be repaired and lined. Neighborly plumbing came out and took care of everything including some unrelated interior plumbing issues that needed to be addressed as well. They were honest, did great work and were amazing to deal with through the entire process. I would highly recommend them!

Here's the backstory...We recently had an extremely frustrating experience with multiple plumbing companies trying to resolve a sewage backup in our basement. We had two different companies come out multiple times, and each time they assured us the blockage was cleared—only for the line to back up again a week later. It was a cycle of frustration and broken guarantees, and we were repeatedly told the issues were just flukes. After being quoted an outrageous $25,000 by a third company to dig up and replace our sewer line, we decided to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing. That was the best decision we made. The owner, Tyler, and his lead plumber, Ryan, who has 11 years of experience---were professional, empathetic, and confident. They came out promptly and told us they would do a free inspection and that they wouldn't proceed with trying unless they were very confident they would be able to help... In just 45 minutes, they had the line cleared when three other companies told us we were basically a lost cause and that we would need to dig up our sewer lines. Their pricing was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. They truly know what they’re doing and saved us a huge headache.

The 2 gentlemen that came to my house we’re extremely professional well prepared and went above and beyond what I expected I would’ve left a five star review but the I received lack punctuation, capitalization, or any form of demarcation or delineation. I don’t blame the two gentleman that came to my house to complete the job, but I was under the impression that what was going to be completed in my home was more than what was actually done based off of the way the bid and the scope of work read. I’ve worked in HVAC in both the commercial and residential field for 10+ years. It’s very important to ensure that your customers understand the scope of work being conducted in their home. I reached out multiple times to have the original plumber ensure that the bid was exactly what I asked for but the floor drain that I had asked to be relocated was not in the original bid which had me incurred an additional $250 and the cast-iron stack That I had asked to be removed and replumbed was not included in the original bid. I’m not dissatisfied, but I do expect more from a professional company. I want to restate that the two gentleman that were in my home were both professional courteous cleaned up. Their workstation were kind proficient and timely. Whatever you’re paying them double it if not, triple it they’re worth it.

Trae and Will did an excellent job, they were very courteous and careful in their work. they were so personable that even my dogs liked them. The job was a bit pricey, but we are very satisfied.

Eddie and Landon did a great job cutting in a new clean-out and auguring our under-the-basement sewer line. Then sent a camera down to assure us it had been cleaned out and had no major issues. Since the line was quite scaled up, Eddie recommended a product that would clean the sludge up and do an even better job - in a 50year old line. we had major work done 10 months ago, replacing part and relining part of the sewer line from the house to the main line. Valley did a great job. At that time I purchased the membership which was around $80. And due to that, we saved over $200 on this project. I believe Valley plumbing is honest, Efficient, does quality work and to top it off, cleans up after themselves afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing inside or out.

I had a stressful water heater leak on a Friday night—a problem that was ultimately caused by a crappy installation from a previous, incompetent plumbing company. I was worried this would be a difficult and drawn-out fix, but Alpine's service was stellar from the start. They were able to schedule the repair for Saturday at my convenience. Aladin arrived and was immediately professional, nice, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly and clearly identified not just the leak, but the flaws in the original installation, and confidently explained how he would fix it properly. I contacted Alpine Plumbing due to a water leak brought to my attention by West Jordan City Utilities Division. Aladin came out fairly quick to assess the leak. I am fully satisfied that Aladin and his brother Arman ( spelling ? ) completed to repair the water leak. Not only are these master plumbers competent, but they care about the customer being satisfied. I experienced professional plumbing repair an excellent customer service. I also wish to give a shout out to the individual answering the phones on the alpine Plumbing. I am glad that I called Alpine Plumbing to resolve my issue.

Aladin and his team showed up the next day to fix my toilet that had been running for months! He was here twenty minutes and completely replaced the guts with all new materials. Looks so much better and doesn’t run anymore! Appreciate the fast and efficient service 10/10 recommend! Pics are before and after! The old guts were so bad they aren’t even manufactured anymore.

So far I haven't had any work done with Valley Plumbing but they have been EXTREMELY thoughtful and accommodating with my schedule even after I had to cancel with them!!! They have been MORE THAN understanding!! I'll let you know after they do the work. LOL but I'm sure they will do a great job.
