Justin came out and unclogged a drain that another company had not been able to do. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and got us all up and running again. He and Moe gave us honest information and solved our problem for a very reasonable price. They are definitely my first call next time I need a plumber!!!

I have an older house. The shower head decided to pop off and take part of the pipe with it. Then the neck broke too. Tried for hours with a friend to get it out. No luck. Received a referral from another friend, to Moe’s plumbing. They are in Orem, I live in magna. I got a reasonable quote over the phone. Sending Potts. Then when they got here to look, quoted me even a lower price. It took just over an hour, and I have a shower again! I highly recommend Moe’s plumbing!!!!!!!! I recently had a plumber from Orem, named Earl, come out to replace the cartridge in my humidifier. He worked quickly and showed me the old part, making sure I understood what was going on. Earl was very respectful, wore shoe covers, and finished the job in no time. A while later, Geoffrey and Collin came by to handle several plumbing repairs for me. They installed new stop valves on a removed sink and took care of a few extra things I needed fixed, even though those weren't on the original list. Both plumbers were professional and efficient. Geoffrey went the extra mile searching for a part needed for an unexpected repair I mentioned, and Collin was great at finding solutions—he quickly re-attached my washer’s drainage hose to the drain and made sure the washer was level in its new spot. Overall, I was really impressed with their work and how quickly they got everything done. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs in Orem!

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Valdez Brothers Plumbing. Here’s what happened: my water heater completely stopped working—not just a pilot light issue, but fully out. Luckily, it was still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, so I only needed to take care of the plumbing costs. At the time, money was very tight and I was worried I’d be without hot water for days. I reached out after seeing some local recommendations, and Douglas was the plumber who helped me. He was understanding about my situation and even picked up the replacement water heater from the manufacturer’s distribution center before coming out. Douglas explained the whole process to me step by step and gave me a very fair price for the work. Since we’re a military family living paycheck to paycheck, Douglas kindly agreed to wait a few days to deposit my check until payday. I’ve never heard of other plumbing companies in the area being that flexible or accommodating. Later, when I had a problem with leaking pipes due to faulty hardware, Douglas came back and replaced them with better quality parts at no extra charge. After finishing the installation, Douglas made sure the sink was perfectly level and the seal around it was neat and even. There were no leaks at all, and our new sink and faucet look fantastic. He also cleaned up the area and took away the old sink and faucet, leaving our kitchen spotless. I'm glad I gave these guys a call when I went into my utility room and heard a spraying noise and felt the tropical humidity of the burst thermal tank of our water heater system. Anthony came within about thirty minutes of the call, and he took the time to teach us all the things that were wrong with our setup. You don't know what you don't know! Grateful for experts who take the time to explain and teach. I felt like I could trust what he was telling me. Hard to know always what to do in an emergency, but we felt good about his assessment and plan and price for it all. And within about two hours, all was repaired and rearranged for the better. He also patiently explained other things we might do on our own or have him do later if we want. He personally sent me before and after pictures. Now we know a thermal tank needs changing, a water heater needs yearly draining, and things to do to get closer up to code in our special aging house. Appreciate the quick and professional and friendly service.

Randomly called 1-tom-plumber this morning an I’m so glad I did!! 😊 Frankie & Jordan were the guys that came out, They were both very friendly , both were super knowledgeable, helpful in all ways, they got straight to the source, (Made jokes about what was stuck), Solved my problem in half the price that I was quoted elsewhere, Even cleaned the residue around my toilet when they didn’t have to! Alma is a wonderful man and great at his trade. I would recommend him to anyone. We noticed that our water heater had gone out at 11 PM on a Saturday night and I saw that Sunset Plumbing was open 24 hours, so I called. Alma helped troubleshoot the situation for about 30 minutes and we did get the pilot light back on and the heating going again. He was very kind and friendly and gave advice in a way that I could save money if I decided to do things myself. Unfortunately, the heating went out in the morning and there was only one person I was going to call to get help! Alma came by and got the components replaced. I finally have a great plumber. I can recommend.

Fantastic company. I never thought I’d write a love letter to a plumber, but here we are. My kitchen sink had been leaking like it was personally offended by my cooking for weeks. Every time I turned on the faucet it sounded like a sad dolphin crying into a bucket. I was one drip away from naming it and claiming it as a dependent on my taxes. Enter Moes — absolute heroes in work boots. Moe showed up the same day I called (yes, SAME DAY — I almost fainted). The tech walked in, took one look at my sad plumbing situation, and said, “Oh yeah, she’s got commitment issues.” I felt seen. Within 45 minutes he had it fixed, explained exactly what was wrong in plain English (no upselling me on a “premium titanium pipe upgrade” or whatever), and even crawled under the sink without complaining about the mystery hairball ecosystem I’d been cultivating down there. Moe deserves hazard pay and a medal.
