TL;DR: Fantastic experience, great company!! Will never use another plumber. Here's the backstory...We recently had an extremely frustrating experience with multiple plumbing companies trying to resolve a sewage backup in our basement. We had two different companies come out multiple times, and each time they assured us the blockage was cleared—only for the line to back up again a week later. It was a cycle of frustration and broken guarantees, and we were repeatedly told the issues were just flukes. After being quoted an outrageous $25,000 by a third company to dig up and replace our sewer line, we decided to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing. That was the best decision we made. The owner, Tyler, and his lead plumber, Ryan, who has 11 years of experience---were professional, empathetic, and confident. They came out promptly and told us they would do a free inspection and that they wouldn't proceed with trying unless they were very confident they would be able to help... In just 45 minutes, they had the line cleared when three other companies told us we were basically a lost cause and that we would need to dig up our sewer lines. Their pricing was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone. They truly know what they’re doing and saved us a huge headache.

We had a big issue in our basement bathroom, Neighborly Plumbing came in with a fair estimate and got the work done quickly, in budget and on schedule. They took extra care to protect and clean up after the job. Jack hammering, digging up pipe, replacing the damaged sewer pipe even replacing the concrete - everything was done as promised. Had an unfortunate sewer backup a different plumber had helped me fix. That plumber cameraed the lines and told me I needed to tear out my pipes which would have cost over $8K. I called Neighborly Plumbing for a second opinion. They took a look at the pipes, and hopped down in the manhole to take a closer look. There was a ton of gunk in my pipe and in the manhole causing me issues and they instead recommended I jetted the pipe and get the manhole area clear. I felt a lot more sure about this recommendation and that they had my best interest in mind. Their quote for jetting my pipe was also significantly cheaper than the other plumbing company. I feel a lot more at ease now that my sewer pipes are clean, and I feel like the work was done for a very fair price. I can't thank Neighborly Plumbing enough for their assessment and work. The only thing that could have been better was faster scheduling. Other than that, they were awesome.

Sewer issues were solved with precision through a well executed sewer repair by South Jordan Plumbing. The technician knew exactly what needed fixing & got it done the same day. No lingering odors or problems since.

My kitchen sink backed up right before guests arrived. Their crew came out the same day. They cleared the clog fast and checked for other issues. I was very relieved.

Their specialists took time to test multiple fixtures. Air trapped in the water lines had been causing sputtering at the faucets. The system was bled carefully and rechecked. Water now flows smoothly without interruption. Each outlet was tested before they left.

Theo came to check it out. He was very professional and very friendly. I felt that I could trust him to do the repair directly and correctly, which he did. Same-day service is hard to get without paying an arm and a leg, but we were able to get things handled without problem. Dallin took really good care of us. He walked us through multiple repair options and made sure we were satisfied with our choice and with the work.

I don't know anything about Happy Pipes except when we really really needed a plumber a few years ago for an undesirable job, they were available on a weekend. They did excellent work then, and have performed several additional service calls in the ensuing years. Always professional, personable, and available. Total satisfaction.

Eddie and Landon did a great job cutting in a new clean-out and auguring our under-the-basement sewer line. Then sent a camera down to assure us it had been cleaned out and had no major issues. Since the line was quite scaled up, Eddie recommended a product that would clean the sludge up and do an even better job - in a 50year old line. we had major work done 10 months ago, replacing part and relining part of the sewer line from the house to the main line. Valley did a great job. At that time I purchased the membership which was around $80. And due to that, we saved over $200 on this project. I believe Valley plumbing is honest, Efficient, does quality work and to top it off, cleans up after themselves afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing inside or out.

The laundry room drain bubbled every time someone flushed a toilet, which was confusing. This plumbing service sent their tech, who corrected a venting problem immediately.

I called about a leaking valve behind the toilet. Their experts arrived promptly and fixed it. They also checked nearby pipes for safety. Great service from start to finish.

Last weekend, I found water spreading across my kitchen floor from under the sink. The damaged pipe was replaced, all fittings were secured and everything was dried properly. The problem hasn’t returned and the area looks great again.

So far I haven't had any work done with Valley Plumbing but they have been EXTREMELY thoughtful and accommodating with my schedule even after I had to cancel with them!!! They have been MORE THAN understanding!! I'll let you know after they do the work. LOL but I'm sure they will do a great job.

After dealing with a young independent plumber to do the annual flush on my tankless system and who I believe was trying to stick me with repairs not needed, I contacted Valley Plumbing for a second opinion. Trey Hacking came out and looked over my tankless system. He was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me clear answers to my questions. He also made sure that two additional filters, one on water and the other for intake air, were cleaned out. Something the other contractor didn't do. He even showed me how to clean them myself. Turns out the other, quoted work wasn't needed. Trey also did not charge me even though I assumed I'd at least pay for him to take the time and do the consultation. I really appreciate Valley Plumbing's integrity, knowledge and honesty. I'd come to them and to Trey without hesitation for any plumbing work I needed and I'd know I'd be dealing with an honest and professional company.

Isaac & Collin arrived on time. When I opened the door, they were courteous and stood back a few feet before being invited in. The put on shoe cover before entering my home. They confirmed what our appointment was for (yearly water heater flush and whole home plumbing inspection), and then I showed them to the laundry room where the water heater is located. Isaac was training Collin on the processes for this type of visit. I got the pleasure of over hearing him patiently explaining the next step, things to look out for, and encouraging Collin as they went along. They drained my water heater and then went around inspecting each shutoff valve in my home to confirm it is working. They found 2 that wouldn't shut off and they notified me about what that means. These gentlemen were very polite throughout the visit. I'm on the Herd Membership, and visits like today reaffirm the reasons why. Trustworthy, respectful service is so important and difficult to find. Court had worked tirelessly to build that into the culture of his team, and it shows in the work they do. Greg was amazing! I had a bathroom leak that turned into a bathroom remodel. He advised me on replacing plumbing from 1973 so we didn’t have further issues and I had him install the tub, toilet and faucets and he always did very quality work.
