This is by far the best drain company in the Youngstown area.They were prompt with a response and came same day to unclog my basement drain. Logan assessed the clog and quickly identified the issue and throughly explained what was needed to get my drain working properly again. He made sure the drain was back to 100% working capacity before wrapping up the job. If you want an honest, friendly, professional contractor in your home this is the company to use. Logan was such a nice guy! He came to my house relatively promptly and was in and out in no time. The machine they are using to clear the drain is one that most companies are not using, and they should be! That machine is awesome! And Logan was so knowledgeable and precise, it was great! Called them to come out and unclog our toilet after my 3 year old flushed a big screw. The tech was out to our house within the hour of calling. Joe A was the tech and he was awesome! Had the toilet fixed and even unclogged the bathroom sink that was full of hair within 30 minutes. Couldn’t ask for better service. So quick and reasonable priced. Highly recommend!!

Larry came out, assist the matter, My toilets were backing up into the bathtub. He checked everything out. He got with one of his associates so they could come out and fix the problem. It was very professional, putting my mind at ease. Can’t wait until the guy comes and finishes the job. Josh and Joe came out, To finish the job went on the roof use their camera blew out the main stack drain clear within minutes.Cost under $1000. They did an awesome job the price I couldn’t beat it. Larry came to our home to install a new washer and gas dryer and new water heater and to run a water line to the refrigerator for the ice maker. Larry also replaced old faucets for the washer and dryer with new faucets. He did a fantastic job and I’m very pleased with all he did.

Neco and his side kick(I'm sorry I forgot your name,im terribleabout names,i shouldhavewrote it down, but you and your crew know who you are,and I know who you are) Listen, at first I was like,this is gonna be pricey.But you know something they give you your estimate, and they don't pop any other surprise additional money.If something is still going on. We had a difficult situation, but we never felt alone. This crew and even their whole team came out,four guys,just to get us through, until they said they would be back,and they were!!! Man,they are unbelievable. What we had going on,was so much. But they were sure to come back,and Neco said we're gonna take care us this.He was calm,he never complained.Always kept us up to date on what was happening. They went above and beyond. When they were having to work outside,in this frigid weather we had, negative and minus 0 degrees,they came out and took care of business. We had frozen drainage pipes,from one end of our house to the very back. We had to deal with some inconveniences, for a couple weeks and a few days. If you live near western Pa.,you know how vicious the storm was ,how cold and snowy it was.... Yet still they never complained.These guys came out 4 times, because they weren't afraid to do their job. They stood by their word. The ladies at the office where awesome to deal with also.Michelle made sure we were on the schedule. I can't tell you how much better we felt ,know that this company was legit. Don't hesitate If you need something done right,and you want to be treated with respect,Do Not Look Any Further. We would call them back if necessary,in a New York minute. **Updated Edit** In my review I mentioned I thought the price might have been a bit high. Well, since then I was finally able to get home and actually see the work Danny had done. And I must say,I was pleasantly surprised! Everything looked and WORKED perfectly!Danny had to cut a hole in our drywall, I knew this ahead of time, what I didn't know is he out a vent cover over the hole to make it look nice so we just didn't have this gaping hole there! It looked so nice and I was so surprised! That was perfect! I was also told about a part of the plumbing that was about to burst and it would have flooded our basement if it had gone much longer unfixed and would have cost us easily thousands. So now knowing and seeing the finished results,I no longer think the price may have been a bit high, now I think the cost was well worth it! I'll definitely call them again with any of my plumbing needs! 100%! (Original post) We had an emergency problem with an outside spigot not turning off and water was gushing out for days. And we couldn't turn it off at the main cause when I turned it,water started spraying straight up in the air! Daniel (Danny) came and looked at the situation and was able to get the outside spigot turned down so it wasn't gushing anymore, but it still had a significant leak. The water company couldn't come till the following day to turn it off. Danny came the following morning and fixed all the problems and now everything is working smoothly without ANY leaks as it should be. Danny was very friendly, kind, and explained everything very well. Only minor complaint I might have is the price seemed a bit high, but at the same time, the way the water was gushing out, it would have cost us more at the water dept on list water than what the price to fix it was. So, so I wasn't complaining! I just needed it fixed ASAP! And Danny delivered! So I give 5 stars overall for great service by both Danny and the business cause they kept me up to date with friendly texts. Everyone was great! Thank you to everyone at 1-800-Plumber +Air! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Daniel Wines is a nice young man. He is very perfessional and personable. He converted my new stove to propane and hooked up the propane line. He checked everything to make sure it worked well and for gas leaks. I am very happy and appreciative with the work he did. I would recommend this company and Daniel to anyone. Thank you

This is the guy you want with you on a plumbing journey. Always uneasy to have to have your toilet taken out of the bathroom, but he takes care to keep things clean, had booties and bleach:) put everything back together. It started with me asking to blow out the “clean out” in my backyard, which turned out to just be a yard drain so he pivoted to the house. Brought his hose in through a bathroom window didn’t need any utilities. I’m on a slab. My clog/issue was ~18 feet in, when the jetting got to whirling it was a very satisfying sound. Reasonable price for serious work and friendly effective service.

What these went through to get 20 feet of kitchen drain open was unreal. Jetted it, then clogged again, Jetted again, Clogged again, Jetted from the other end, clogged again, Jetted again, Clogged again... At the very end they never gave up and finally were able to break through 20 years of garbage disposal "muck" I would highly reccommend this company to anybody.... Good Guys and Great Work!!

I had been having problems with roots in my sewer for decades. It finally got to the point where we decided to get it fixed. I was recommended Sureflo by a friend, and I’m glad I did. The entire staff is excellent. Becca is super helpful with scheduling, and Seth and crew handled it promptly and professionally. They came and opened up the drain, and showed me what was going on via a camera. He was very detailed in describing what had to be done, and the whole process only took +~- 24 hours from start to finish. They installed a blown-in sewer liner and saved a ton of digging and extra expense. I would definitely use them again. Very courteous and clean. Great crew overall. Thanks!

First time using this company and I was very impressed. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, and they were able to send someone out the same day. My technician was Donnie, and he was very efficient and friendly. I definitely will use this company in the future.

I called on tuesday late afternoon, and they sent someone the next day for an estimate. Robert Chapman was amazing start to finish. Very professional with not only his work, but just the way he presented himself from start to finish. Came gave me an estimate, and the Came back the next day to fix the problem. Robert explained everything from why it needed fixed to how he was going to fix it. After he replaced what was broken he tested everything several times. I felt very comfortable with his and his work. Would highly recommend Robert for anyone in need of pipe repairs.

Called Delong's today to come investigate my drain issue. They were able to come on same day, Rodney and his assistant were nice and knowledgeable and were able to find my collapsed drain and show me where exactly the issue was. Very impressed with their promptness and equipment to locate the issue. Thanks Delong's....definitely would recommend them.

Delong did fantastic job! We had a sewage backup issue in our rental property basement. I called Delong in the morning and they had 2 highly skilled and capable technicians at the property within in 2hrs. They removed the roots causing the issue, flushed the lines and sprayed down the basement. Highly recommend using their services.!

They were amazing and totally professional. They called me when I was their next job and gave me an estimated time on when they’d be here. They diagnosed what the problem was over the phone and were right on the Mark. When they got here, the job was done quickly Explain to me and showed pictures of where and what the problem was. I contacted James about a clogged pipe and how it was backing up into the basement and he came out within the hour of the phone call and helped me get to the resolution we needed!
