Expert Drain Cleaning in Canton, OH

We are in North Canton and needed emergency service on a Saturday for a backed up sewer drain in our basement. We called Austin Drain Cleaning at noon and they put us on the priority list. They arrived just after 3pm. Dallas and crew were friendly, quick and helpful. They even helped clean up the mess after clearing the line. A backed up sewer can be an anxiety inducing experience for sure, so we’re super grateful for their fast response. And they don’t charge an arm and a leg. Highly recommend.

They came out quickly and got my drains cleared after I had been battling it for 2 weeks and helped clear the snow from my walkway. They were very reasonable.

I would highly recommend this company. My shower drain was blocked and I had a mess in the shower pan. I called in the morning and had an afternoon appointment. Tech was running a little late, but he notified me and kept me informed about arrival time. Two techs came and made quick work of it, snaking out the drain lines. Techs were polite and respectful. They wore protective shoe covering and cleaned up after themselves. The price was affordable and the service was superior.

I called Sturm & Sons for a bathroom drain that was clogged. Matt Sturm showed up early for our scheduled service time and had the issue fixed quickly. A week later I needed a plumber for my mother who had a toilet that was running and spraying water. After having such great service at my house I called Sturm's again for this issue. Matt arrived soon after my call and diagnosed the issue with the toilet. Again the issue was fixed quickly and at a great price. I recommend Sturm and Sons for all your plumbing and drain issues.

He did a wonderful job. He came out on a Saturday night. We had no water our hot water tank was broken. The pipe was stuck. No one else would come out until Monday. This company is wonderful. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much.

Sturm & Son Plumbing showed up 90 minutes early today Sat August 16th 2025. The job was 2 bathroom faucets and 2 toilets. The downstairs was done amazingly fast. The upstairs he encountered a problem with the Flange as it was rusted and broken all to pieces. He went out of his way to get the needed parts to repair it and the install continued. My 1st experience couldn't have been more rewarding having Sturm & Son come to our home for our plumbing needs. Outstanding pride in his work.

I bought another house and had drain issues and remembered the great service I had before and he has been to my home twice now because I purchased a home that needs work. He and his son are very honest, very upfront with the pricing, friendly, thorough and most importantly honest. From the cost to when they say they will be there they are honest. Considering the world we live in today, honesty is hard to find and very appreciated. Even his friendly wife who takes the calls provides customer service you won’t get even at the grocery store. They arrive when they say they will. There’s no games or hidden fees or agenda. This is a one of a kind family owned business.

I called dealing with a crushed sewer line at one of my tenants homes. I Explained we are a large corporation and would need to set some things up for billing, but we are looking for net30 billing. Was told everything would be fine and they set the appointment. I got a phone call back stating that they do not want our business. The office manager was rude and talked over me the whole time and would not let me speak. They claim they offer all these payment options but then completely removed our appointment off the calendar and said we are just uninterested with your business, and refused to even discuss other options. They stated it was because they dont offer Net30. She initially told me they offer financing, I asked for more information so that we could apply or work on getting a check request here to the property for them prior to doing the job, and she said that will be unnecessary because they just do not want our business. I am completely dumfounded, I have no idea why you would turn business away like that. I then asked to speak to the owner or office manager and she said she was the office manager and then reiterated that they dont want to do anything to get our business and she hung up on me. So happy all of our calls are recorded, I will be looking into further options on this repair with other conpanies. Run away from these unprofessional People, because seriously, how rude?

Very happy with the service and honesty. I had called another big name plumber who came out and charged me a service fee to tell me what I already told them. My hot water heater needs to be replaced. After company x quoted me and tried to pressure me into signing up that day I called plumbing 911 and one additional plumber. Both plumbing 911 and the 3rd company were within $250 of each other's quote. Also both were min $1500 less than plumber x. Plumbing 911 said they could be there the next day. I told them initially I knew company x had over quoted as I priced out the job. They provided me a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it. No surprises. My plumber Nick was professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also did not mind me asking questions. Total time within 1 day From arriving to completion of a new tankless hot water heater to replace my old tank. 2 days later I had them back out as my pressure regulator had also broke . Showed up the same day I called and had it fixed in about 2 hours including time to go pick up the new valve . Will be calling for future needs.

Very professional and skillful plumber came to my home and offered two solutions to my problem, one temporary and another more definite. I chose the more thorough job and he completed it quickly and very well. I highly recommend!

Had a great experience with quick flow. Very quick response got someone out the next business day for us. Made a pretty crappy situation bearable by actually going through options with us and just made the process easy! Found a break in our line under the kitchen floor which is worst case on a slab, and were very accommodating and helpful with the whole process. Eric, Jameson, and Jamey were great an definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs !

Jamey and Jameson came out on Monday and by Thursday, I had a new water softener and filtration system at a very reasonable price. Jameson and Nate were there to install it and their professionalism was top notch! They cleaned up and were careful to not disrupt other things in the house more than was necessary for the installation. Thank you!
