Expert Drain Cleaning in Cleveland, Ohio

Nearly 7 years after I purchased my house, the county utility department decided the meter setup in my basement (which they signed off on and turned on the water back in 2018) was wrong (first picture). So they gave me about two weeks to get it corrected. I’d used two companies since 2018, neither one provided good services or costs for the projects. Although Formica couldn’t get to me for several days after my initial call, they did correct the issues on the first visit. Dustin was knowledgeable in what needed to be done (pipes rerouted/sewer deduct meter removed - second picture) and even checked in with the utility company to make sure it would satisfy them. Dustin even checked out the remaining pipes, the hot water heater, checked the water pressure and pH balance. I don’t know if the price was competitive, but it was under my (hoped) threshold.

We developed a major clog in our kitchen sink drain while making Thanksgiving dinner. Called Formica on Friday morning (which we later learned was their busiest day of the year) and they were able to send Gavin out THAT AFTERNOON. Took him a couple of hours but he cleared the problem even with our having a couple difficult turns in the drainage line. Also careful not to make a mess despite having to bring some major equipment into our kitchen on a snowy day. Reasonable price and very satisfied with the work done as well as their responsiveness and professionalism. This is our second outstanding experience with Formica. Highly recommend!

Formica was wonderful to work with. I had in my head the tub that I wanted installed and they made it happen. A deep soaker with nice sides to fit in an empty space in my bathroom. Danny and David were patient in helping me with the design and choices..Dustin made sure the installation was perfect. I'm very pleased and happy to give them.a 5 star rating. Blake and Chris had been working on my sewer line for the last 3 days and they have put so much effort to make my line correct way. They brought all the necessary tools and used them when necessary. I really appreciate their hard work and commitment to make my sewer line work.

I had a great experience with Black Diamond Plumbing and Drain. The team came the same day I called to work on a clogged drain/sewer backup. There were roots in the sewer causing the backup which they were able to clear out. Tucker and Christian were very kind and professional. They were thorough and efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing or drain problems.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the hard work of the guys from diamond plumbing. Tucker came out on a Saturday morning for a clogged toilet and needless to say everything that possibly could cause a problem caused a problem he worked so hard but ended up having to come back on Sunday with his wonderful sidekick Roberts. They worked very hard on Sunday and I’m happy to report my toilet is back in commission. They did such great work considering I had a crawlspace which we all know they suck. Called first thing in the morning with a sewer back up issue. Phone guy did a great job understanding my issue and immediately gave me a time of arrival and the cost to perform job. (Other companies have a show up charge THEN give you the price) Communicated after via text to inform me driver was on the way. Jacob and Brandon jumped out of the van ready to tackle the task at hand. Immediately uncovered the clean outs and fed their snake in. They used just about all of the 75’ snake until they cleared the obstruction. Very nice and hard working. Not easy finding employees like this today. Will call for future issues.

Ihor did an amazing job! He was persistent until the blockage was fixed, and everything was draining normally. I was getting back up into my footer drains and water into the relief cuts in the basement floor. By the time he had cleared the blockage, all standing water had dissipated. I highly recommend this company!

Had an urgent problem with the water in bathroom sink clogging. I tried numerous times and used different methods to get it unclogged. Thankfully when contacting the Parsons plumbing company they immediately set an Appointment to solve the issue. The Representatives from the Co. Were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The water is flowing so much better. They managed to resolve the issue and gave suggestions on how to continue to maintain an unclogged sink. Really Appreciate their promptness and proficient services.

The pilot light would not restart on the water heater...no hot water for showers last night. Parsons website has a form to complete for a quote. I heard back from Allen last night and he arranged a call for today. The old water heater was dead and over 12 years old. After speaking with him he installed a new water heater on the spot that he brought with him. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for getting me up and running today.

Jesse did a great job replacing both of my main water shut-off valves. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done correctly before leaving. Very thorough work and I highly recommend Parsons Plumbing!

I have three small children, one of which decided to play hide and seek with her toys and our family toilet yesterday. No matter what I did I couldn’t get the clog out. Heard great things about 1-Tom-Plumbing so I had them a call. Kevin was great to talk to and deal with and he sent out Daryl Looney to take care of me. What we thought was going to be a quick fix turned into a 3 hour adventure but Daryl didn’t stop until we finished the job. He was great.

Jay was a huge help for me! I had a bad water backup in my basement (due to overgrown roots in my main lines clay pipes), and the timing was terrible with it being the holiday week - thankfully, I was able to get an appointment quickly scheduled that worked well for my availability. Jay was knowledgeable and respectful, communicated well, and worked hard (as the clear out of the external pipes required more time to jet through than planned). The price was great and fit within my budget, and the issue has been solved completely! I’m so thankful for Jay and this company, and can’t wait to take a bath soon (without worry)!!

After an inspection and detailed explanation of the necessary work I was given the estimate and the job commenced. Advanced Plumbing & Drain were contracted to repair a pipe that had a gas leak in my home. I was very pleased with their customer service from the office to their plumbing technician. Allen was my tech and he was very friendly and professional. He explained the process for the work to be completed and kept me updated along the way. Advanced Plumbing did an incredible job. Rusty and his partner were focused like a laser on the task at hand, which was a challenging one, and they resolved the issue. They had to reroute supply lines and a drain line for a kitchen sink that would freeze in severely cold weather. Rather than putting a bandaid on the issue with heating cable, the permanently fixed the issue by rerouting the pipes. They are pros!

Quick service. Repaired drain in yard. Dug a massive hole and left dirt almost 6 inches above the ground. Said it would settle but has been almost a week and looks terrible.

I called Mr. Rooter on 12/28/25 and advised them that I needed a technician to come out same day. I had to shut the water off to my house to change a Moen shower faucet cartridge. The cartridge was stuck and would not come out. Mr. Rooter showed up around 6 pm. He spent no more than an hour. He said the cartridge was fixed and asked me to turn the water on only to tell me to immediately turn off the water. He said he installed the cartridge upside down. He later said he corrected the problem. I asked him is any water dripping from the spout. He said no. He turned the water on quick and turned it off. The water some water coming out of the spout, but I assumed that was from the technician just turning off the water. He immediately left. I went upstairs into the bathroom and watched a steady flow of water coming from the spout. I called Mr. Rooter about 2 to 3 minutes after the technician left. I was wanting the technician to turn around and fix the problem he created. Customer service said he cannot turn around and I would have to wait until 8 am to 12 pm the following day even though they advertise they are 24/7 service. All she kept doing was apologizing like some AI operator. So, I paid $370.00 (with a senior discount) for work that made the situation worse. I uploaded a video so you can see how much water is leaking. It is not a drip; it is a flow. I would shut the water off to my house, but family members need access to the bathroom and water. I'm sure this will jack up my water bill on top of getting ripped off. I thought Mr. Rooter had a good reputation. I tried uploading a video put this review put out by Mr. Rooter would allow me. So, I several pictures and they uploaded them. Not ask good as video, but the pictures show the constant flow of water.

My experience with Mr. Rooter was a pleasant one. They came out fast and gave me a quote. Very professional! I appreciate how they made me feel like a priority.
