Reliable Basement & Drain did an excellent and thorough job, was a pleasure to deal with - like family - and kept the conversation going, so I understood. I felt taken care of and completely confident in their abilities and their attitude. Didn't feel like I had to watch my step - or my back. They diagnosed the problem quickly - and came to a conclusion no other plumber did...and it turned out they were right. All this at the best price I could find, too! They had the knowledge and answers immediately when I asked questions (esp Thomas!); they have the long (family business) experience, know their stuff, and do the research. And it became obvious they "go the extra mile" when carrying out the work. You could tell they want you to feel like you're being taken care of by family members. Loved dealing with Adam, Alec and James. Good people! And good old-fashioned personal service. AND from a LOCAL business. I highly recommend Reliable ! (PS - They had a positive and kind attitude, even as they worked for 3 days in sub-zero bitter cold temperatures.)

This is the second time in recent months that we have had Reliable Basement and Drain Plumbing out for a plumbing issue. This is also the second time we have been lucky to have James O'Brien as our technician. He is a very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and likeable young man. The service was extremely quick and efficient. Reliable has been very reliable! I thought we would have to wait days for service, but he was able to come out within an hour of our call. Great Job!

I spent a good bit of time dealing with Justin over phone and email, asking him numerous questions about the work, and he was absolutely top tier. He never rushed me, and he patiently provided every bit of information I needed, ensuring I felt completely comfortable with the process and the pricing. He is genuinely a great employee. I've been using Valu Rooter for 9 or 10 years. They are quick to get you scheduled and serviced. Although I've always been satisfied, it was today's service that I felt compelled to rate. Arthur was awesome! He braved the very frigid temps and went above and beyond to clean out our drain line. He even showed me the "root" of our problems. I appreciate the further knowledge and hope he can help us again in the future. Thanks for being kind and funny and helpful.

I was pleased Nathan & Dave arrived before the scheduled appointment time. After accessing the situation with a 124 year old leaking bathroom sink pipe. They advised me of my options & quickly got down to business. I opted to have the whole pipe replaced. It was certainly alot of hard work, as they had to open a pretty big hole in the hallway wall to access the drain pipe. With tempatures outside being in the upper 90's, they never complained & were very focused on the task at hand. The end result seems great, water is draining as it should & I am very grateful. The cost of it all seems reasonable for such work & Nate & Dave were very personable & professional. They even offered a referral to a company that does water damage & drywall hole repair, I appreciate that. Essentially, I feel they went above & beyond to help & do a good job. Dan was easy to schedule and arrived promptly both times. What impressed me most was his honesty. When I called about the drain, I assumed it would need to be snaked, but Dan quickly identified a simpler solution and fixed it on the spot. I was referred to Dan by a friend. I clogged my kitchen sink pipes during the Thanksgiving cooking marathon. I called Dan. He replied almost instantly. We set up the time for his sevrvice. He was punctual, pleasant and most importantly got my sink snaked out and running beautifully. If I am in need of plumbing services in the future, I will definitely call him. When calling to schedule an appointment to fix my Outdoor fireplaces gas valve the individual. I talk to was very courteous and worked with me on the time. Travis came out to my house and was able to fix the issue with the gas valve. He was very service oriented very kind And I was very happy with him and his work.

Chuck and the team at Semper Fi Plumbing are top notch! They came out right away when we had an emergency situation and got it taken care of same day. Very informative and thoughtful and you can tell Chuck really cares about his business and giving his customers excellent service. Takes the time to explain what he installed and run you through operation. Reasonable pricing for his services and he even pointed out another small plumbing issue while here that took him just a second to fix but was still a major find as it could have been a big problem had it failed. Would give 6 stars if I could and will give future business exclusively to them!

We had a great experience with this plumbing company! They came out to fix our garbage disposal, repair a leaking kitchen sink, and take care of a few other small issues around the house.
