Ron and Ben came out to look at and diagnose an issue I was having with my septic/sewer lines. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issues, explained everything thoroughly to me and quickly got me on the schedule for a repair. They were incredibly nice; I highly recommend them!

Zac, Ken, Steve M, and Steve B did an excellent job! I have a bit of weird situation, because I live in a condo with multiple units connected to the same water line. They went above and beyond to make sure my issue (sink backing up - my neighbor on the shared water line was experiencing the same) was fixed, even going up into the attic when they couldn’t access the blockage from more traditional entry points. They showed up within an hour of me calling, and I felt the price was very fair for same-day service and the amount of time they spent in both my and my neighbor’s units. The guys were very friendly (and had great taste in sports teams!). This is definitely a company I would recommend and use again

Full master bath remodel including custom shower. Chip, Steve, and Blake were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Kept a very clean work environment including cleaning up every day. Highly recommended.

It is not often you find a service company that you can trust 110% Joe and Tyler were my service guys and I thought I needed more than I did. They shared a better way to handle my drains that saved me a lot of time, money, and headache. They did a great job and left the "work area" cleaner than they found it. Thankfully there are those who still take pride in their work. 5 Star!

The guys from Big Tom’s installed a toilet in our half bath today within a half hour! Excellent workmanship! Clean and efficient! Thank you for such quick response time in scheduling this install. So pleased with this new toilet ( American Standard, round bowl)and the design! In today’s world where good customer service is very hard to come by and no longer the expectation Plumbing Excellence excels! From the moment I reached out to them communication was exceptional. I reached out on a Sunday night online and by 8:45am the next day Kevin was at my house.I knew I needed at least one of the two water heaters replaced. Kevin showed me and explained how both had failed. He took a very short time to put together an estimate which I knew was competitive based on my experience as an Engineer. He explained the steps they would take and after my approval began work. The work took most of the day and the quality was excellent. They gave suggestions for maintenance that would help extend the life of the water heaters. I highly recommend Plumbing excellence.

We have searched for over a year since you moved to the area for a plumber that was reasonably priced and did quality work. I wish we found Buddy's sooner. They are extraordinary. Allen was very professional and answered all my questions. Work far exceeded any expectations and he left the space cleaner and better than when he arrived. If you can request Allen he was great and would recommend it. I can not thank them enough and would definitely recommend them to all family and friends.

Matt Omilion did an incredible job replacing our water heater. Despite their estimate service being down for over an hour, he stayed late and ensured the job was done properly. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions that I had. He brought several items up to code - such as adding a shut off valve to the pipe feeding the heater. He thoroughly checked for leaks and provided us with a high level of confidence in reliability and safety. We would definitely hire Mr. Rooter (and Matt) for plumbing related issues again in the future. Thank you!

When my hot water tank quit, I looked up nearby plumbers. I called all with good customer reviews but Me. Rooter was the only one who offered to come out on the weekend They are a 24-hour service and there is no up-charge for the day or time. Whew! Michael Gundic, CVR, came to my house on Sunday and fixed my problem on Monday. We discussed all the options, including financial arrangements. All documents are on-line. I decided to have the old tank removed and Mr. Gundic installed a tankless water heater and hauled the old tank away. I am thrilled with the result. Mr Gundic did amazing, lovely work. I am so very grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing.

My family greatly appreciated the work and customer service we received from Matt today. My dad was concerned the sink would be fixed until Monday but fortunately Mr. Rooter was able to accommodate in such short notice.

Scott and Colton were fantastic! I had a sewer line back up and the first plumber who came couldn’t find anything and said the clog must have cleared itself. The toilets still sounded like they were gurgling so I reached out to Cardinal Plumbing and they did a thorough search to diagnose the problem - the backup was due to the garbage disposal and was still there. They showed me the gunk they were clearing from the line (gross) and shared tips with me for pipe maintenance. I am truly grateful and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!

Great local plumber with a lot of knowledge. I had Russel come out to replace my main drain waste pipe as it was rusted and corroded causing it to leak. He did such a good job that I had to hire him to replace my water heater the next day. On top of the exceptional services, his pricing was very respectable when compared to other plumbers I spoke with initially. Highly recommended!

He came the same day and was a hug help!. People had previously blocked off a drain and rerouted the plumbing so what should have been an easy unblock took hours. He was professional, found a way to fix the problem and prevent future issues, and cleaned up after himself (washed whole laundry room floor!). The price was less than I feared as well.

What a wonderful experience!!! Russel did everything he promised in my house and with a very quick turnaround. The shut off in my house was deteriorating and I was scared it was going to burst with no way for me to shut it off. I had also purchase a hot water tank to install myself, but after talking with Russell I chose to spend the extra money and have him install it as well as upgrade all of my piping in the furnace room. We agreed to do the work on a Thursday, and he completed the work the very next day. WOW I could not be happier knowing this is done and having the piece of mind knowing it was done right. I’m so happy for the work that Dan did. 3 plumbers came out to fix my sink drain and the gave up on the job but Dan spent the quality time and got it fixed. He ensured that he cleaned up the area before leaving as well. Other plumbers wanted me to cut my ceiling open to find the elbow but Dan quickly found a workaround. 5 stars.

Mackin & Sons provided excellent service when my water heater failed. My phone call was answered immediately--no automated voice system, no need to leave a message. They got me on the schedule the first day I was available, removed the water heater and gave me a written estimate that included options to repair or replace. I chose replacement, for which they helped me secure financing. There were issues with my subfloor and surrounding area that needed to be addressed before the new water heater was installed. Mike worked with my insurance company and recommended a company to do the remediation work. Mindy in the office was always pleasant and helpful, as was everyone else I spoke with. Once the floor repairs were done, they were available right away for the installation. Josh and Ethan did a fantastic job fitting a 40-gallon water heater and drain pan into a small opening that previously held only a 30-gallon. They even managed to fit a thermal expansion tank into the limited space. They explained what they were doing without my even asking, and the questions I did have were answered patiently and knowledgeably. Turning the water back on caused my ancient faucet to give way, and Josh was able to repair it on the spot. The whole company was professional from start to finish, and it showed in the end result. I would recommend them anytime.

Hot water tank started leaking at 8 pm last night and called Mackin & Sons late to schedule an inspection. By 10:30 am today, we had a new tank professionally installed. Wonderful service. They responded quickly and were on time and professional. They worked hard for several hours in terrible weather. They managed to unblock our very blocked drain and charged us fairly. They explained the situation and what they were doing clearly. I highly recommend and will call them again if we ever need their services again.

We have had many great experiences with Approved Plumbing. Most recently, our hot water tank failed and they sent someone out within an hour of requesting service.
