I had a great experience with this plumbing company. They did an excellent job with the drain cleaning—everything is flowing perfectly now. The team arrived right on time, were professional, and got the work done efficiently. I really appreciated their punctuality and the quality of their work. Robert is the man! Augered out 65 feet and fixed my clog same day I called. They were very nice and professional. Highly recommend these guys.

Be careful with this company and its referrals. After a failed snaking for a back up in our basement, they referred me to Zoom Drain for a jetting and camera. Both companies were in suspiciously close contact with each other about the situation and cost to repair, stating that there was a collapsed pipe which would need to be dug up and replaced for thousands of dollars. I got a second opinion from a third company, who addressed a clog and confirmed there was no structural damage. I feel a responsibility to post this for others to be aware. Please do not feel pressured to go down a certain (expensive) path if something doesn't feel right with this company or its recommendations.

Plumbing & Drain Professionals was GREAT. They arrived quickly and addressed the issue with the basement drain quickly and professionally. The cost was reasonable and fair. Gary was fantastic, explaining the issue and how to keep it from happening in the future. I highly recommend this company and the services they provide.

Carl was extremely friendly. He explained what he was going to do and why and the cost. I would recommend using Plumbing and Drains to anybody. I will use them again. I called yesterday around 4 pm and they arrived around 9-9:30 am this morning. My drain is running clear because Carl made sure it was.

Arrived same day and fixed a clog and replaced the incorrect plumbing left by the previous owners. Gave tips for preventing a problem in the future. Rodney was very knowledgeable. Very happy with service! Will use again (but hopefully I won't need to!)

Parson's Drains and Plumbing were magnificent. Matt and Trevor showed up at the time stated in the email, and the call. They were eager to get the job accomplished as well. As the job got started Matt and Trevor would explain each step if necessary. They were polite, and knowledgeable about their profession. The job took about an hour and Matt and Trevor had me come down to examine their work. They explained in detail how the new Hot water heater worked; thus, stated if there were any issues just call. Matt and Trevor then cleaned up the job over and beyond. I'd recommend Parsons Drains and Plumbing. Matt and Trevor were A class. I had a great experience with Abdias Israel from T&H Plumbing Services, Inc who came out to inspect the outside drain line at my house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly from start to finish. He walked me through the issues in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was that he never talked down to me or made me feel rushed. He answered my questions respectfully and made sure I understood my options. It’s hard to find technicians who are both skilled and personable, and he definitely was. Highly recommend!

We experienced a full-on plumbing emergency on 2/3/26 when water started pouring both outside our house from the second-floor soffit and inside the same kitchen wall. After turning off the main water to the house, I did some quick research and found T&H Plumbing Services recommended by a few friends. I gave them a call, and within two hours, Tony and Owen were here to inspect the issue and provide a repair recommendation. What impressed me most, though, was that instead of doing a quick fix or needing to come back another time, they prioritized our project and stayed for hours to do the job the right way. They didn’t just fix what was broke, they took the time to address the bigger issue: a PVC hot water line that had been run through the soffit area outside/above the kitchen window, which never should have happened when the house was built. They could have done a quick patch, but instead they made repairs in a way that helps prevent this from happening again. They were incredibly thorough and genuinely invested in making sure we had a long-term solution, not just a temporary fix. Emergency situations are stressful, especially when it’s been freezing for weeks and you’re forced to shut off the main water to your home. Having professionals like Tony and Owen who show up, communicate clearly, and go truly above and beyond makes all the difference. Tony from TH Plumbing flushed my hot water tank and advised on a solution for our hard water problems. He provided a quote for a whole house filtration system as an alternative for a water softener (as I am restricted on space). A few days later he was back to install the filtration system. His work was efficient & clean and he was professional and friendly. It was a pleasure having him in our home. I would be remiss if I did not also mention how nice the office staff were to deal with. I had roots in my main drain line and had a small flood from the floor drain. I called Josh the next morning and he was at my house by that afternoon. He ran a jetter to the street and a camera to make sure it's clear. Best knowledge and equipment around! Highly recommend these guys!

Josh and his team were amazing to work with. They replaced my tub/shower surround, both bathroom shower valves (they removed ones from 1979), faucets in both showers, and replaced the laundry box which was old and rusty. The guys that work for him are respectful and very friendly. I have worked with a lot of contractors and these guys are at the top of my list for my plumbing needs!

I spoke with Kyle and the plumber who worked with him. My basement drain was clogged. They worked until they got it unclogged. They were courteous and explained the process before they started. I've spoken with Kyle a few times after moving into our new house - each time he's been courteous and helpful. Most recently he came out to review a wet spot in our subfloor. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a poor caulking job from a different plumber who installed a new bath/shower combo, and recommended we replace the caulk. He was happy to do the work himself, but explained that this was an easy fix for almost anyone, and recommended the materials we need to buy to do the work ourselves. Kyle will be the first person I call when I need an honest opinion on any plumbing questions I have in the future.

I had a great experience with Eddie from West Plumbing and would absolutely recommend him. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He took the time to clearly explain what the issue was, what he was going to do to fix it, and walked me through all of my options without any pressure. What stood out most was his honesty, he didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary work, which I really appreciated. He communicated everything in a straightforward way and made sure I understood before moving forward. Had a pipe burst behind drywall on first floor. Dave was able to determine the location of the leak with minimal impact to drywall. We also appreciated their timely communication and that they were able to come out the same day. We have used their services several times and plan to continue to do so.
