Great experience & Great team work on identifying the problem, giving real advice, and true knowledge of the situation about pipes being frozen & how my system is setup. They gave me up front standard price at first along with a military discount quote. They went to work, identified the problem, figured out my complicated kitchen pipes having well & septic system and figured out where the pipes run. Unfortunately a fix could not be done today and no fault of there’s because they truly tried, but only due to the extreme cold temperatures and how my pipes run. Instead of doing extreme damage or over quoting prices for the fix. Advice was given on temporary work arounds until some of this snow melts and temps rise a little more. I thanked them and asked how much it comes to and I was met with a thank you for your service. I responded thank you for your support and asked again I appreciate the help and knowledge and again asked how much does it come to and they responded again with another thank you for your service & stay warm & we are sorry we could not do more as they slowly walked away. Me in disbelief they took 0 payment when many others would jump on the opportunity of a payment. Instead they showed Grace, kindness, & knowledge. They are dedicated, knowledgeable, & hard working. I will not make another call to any other plumber other than this team next time. Highly recommend.

I was in a jam. Concrete coming tomorrow and I've got a blocked and broken lateral now. Along came 🎉Harrison 🎊, told me that he (and his crew) had the skills, then went on to prove it! They removed the blockage and installed a liner. Great experience and fascinating to watch. I highly recommend these guys.

I had a flooded crawl space (1 ft water) under my house due to tree root encroachment at multiple levels in my sewer drain. To make a long story short, I had a few other companies and a couple friends fail me on jetting out this drain which in turn caused a major back up. I was referred to Oceanus. Oceanus came out and completely jetted out all of the encroachments from the sewer access at the sidewalk and used their camera to make sure it was clean. These drains have never drained so freely in the 10 yrs I've lived here as they do now. Their employee Jon came out and got to work. He did a phenomenal job. I am so grateful that he is so knowledgeable and took his time to make sure he got every blockage. I will recommend Oceanus Plumbing to everyone. Overnight, the flooding totally subsided and disappeared overnight. I am so thankful and grateful that they cared enough to help me out.

We were having problems with our main stack pipe in our 60+ yr old home and the drain plumbing from the upstairs bathroom. We were given an estimate including a worst case scenario of digging up a portion of the basement floor and time frame of 3 days. Jim was spot on with his estimate. Reliable Basement & Drain did an excellent and thorough job, was a pleasure to deal with - like family - and kept the conversation going, so I understood. I felt taken care of and completely confident in their abilities and their attitude. Didn't feel like I had to watch my step - or my back. They diagnosed the problem quickly - and came to a conclusion no other plumber did...and it turned out they were right. All this at the best price I could find, too! I could not recommend Carey Plumbing enough. I’ve hired them a couple times now, first for main line issues and most recently to replace my water heater that was damaged during the CPP electrical surge. Scott and his team respond super quickly, are very fairly priced, and their work is top notch! Had Gordon come out for another project this week and he was awesome as usual. Got my vessel sink and faucet installed, and tucked everything into a tight footprint under my vanity. Can't even tell there is plumbing under there. And he put my toilet in as well in about 15 minutes. Won't hesitate when it's time for the kitchen plumbing.

We hired Carey plumbing to remove and replace an old bathtub, toilet and sink. The existing plumbing was over 100 years old and they assessed and replaced what was necessary. The old tub was not easily removed and though they had to break it into small pieces and cart it away, they left the worksite spotlessly clean each day. Many contractors clean up just once at the end of the job. The end result was astonishing and their care of our new tub was superb. There were no chips or scratches and everything is sparkling new and works fine. Nick and James were especially patient, polite and professional. Easily navigating a challenging task. When we experienced a blockage in our storm drainage pipe, we called our trusted plumber. He advised us that this was something he did not handle and highly recommended Plunger Plumber for the job. Highly recommend Plunger Plumber--the team is quick to respond and very professional. They worked with me to make a new bathroom in my basement, undated sink and vanity in kitchen and upstairs bath, and did some drain clearing along the way. For this work, my technician was primarily Matty, but I also worked with Nick a lot. Both were friendly and professional and I got to know Matty since he was at the house almost everyday for two weeks. One recommendation: assume that every home you enter is "shoe free." I have a sign on my front door; for my household it's less about cleanliness and all about keeping the house free of lead dust and pesticides, both contaminants are very toxic. In greater CLE, much of the housing stock was built before laws prohibiting lead in paint were passed (1977), so it's in the soil and in the walls of homes and buildings we're working on now. Excellent Service/Highly Recommend! Carlong Plumbing replaced a broken sewer pipe for me in December. They were very knowlegable, professional, and kept me updated about what they found. I have had no problems since they fixed the pipe. Through HomeServe insurance, they came back this spring and did a restoration of the area that had been dug up in December. Cory and another man came out and were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Carlong Plumbing and will use them in the future if I have any other issues.

I contacted Drain Be Clean Plumbing to assist with repiping our kitchen sink drain. We went from a double sink to a deeper single sink which caused the existing drain coming up from the basement to no longer line up properly. We were running short on time and I didn't want to be without a kitchen sink for too long until we had a free day to complete the work ourselves. John was polite, on time and completed the job the first thing the following day. He even finished installing our new garbage disposal. I highly recommend John as a plumber. It's hard to come by contractors these days that are respectful of their clients homes and John was the perfect match for this small job. Luke, who installed a beautiful new faucet on my newly-refinished sink, and checked a shower faucet and head that were dysfunctional--was delightful--professional, respectful of me and my property, and absolutely willing to help me in any way that he could. I'm a long-time homeowner (this is my 8th residence), and I know from long experience that when you find a good, fair, and honest repairman of any kind, you stick with him! Beetles will be my plumber for any kind of plumbing work I need in the future (and I've already contacted them about additional work)! Update: Larry and his team of experts just completed a major project for me, the magnitude of which you have to see to appreciate: taking a wannabe "handyman special" that was as dangerous as it was unattractive (because washer plumbing--which was poorly designed, and must've been malfunctioning for decades--was buried behind a tiled concrete floor, and the working end of the HVAC system was buried behind a wall, with insufficient clearance between the A/C filter chamber--maybe 8"--even to install a new filter). They replaced the old handyman "cabinets" with beautiful new oak ones (as you'll see, I couldn't even open my toploader properly, before); the tile flooring with waterproof "oak"; and the poorly-constructed drop tile ceiling with a bright new one (in addition to adding outside faucets where there were none before). Not only that, but they replaced the ugly paneling "walls" with real (sheet rock) ones, put in some lovely louvered sliding doors on one side and solid ones in front of the HVAC; and gave me a brand new sliding door to the next room, instead of the falling-apart plastic according door that was there before. Just look--now it's a room I can be comfortable and happy in, doing laundry! Update: Larry did a final inspection and put on some minor finishing touches today. I couldn't be happier with the work, and we are already talking about the next project.

This is my second interaction with Beetle’s plumbing and they have been nothing less than exceptional each time. They are so professional, honest, and caring about your situation.
