Expert Drain Cleaning in Newark, OH

Had to have my main line cleared had 3 different companies try, they lied try to upsell Dave got it done for me. For a lot less. Can't state how much we appreciate it!

Dave Riley is the absolute best drain service. He is affordable, honest, and funny once you get to know him. I had to use him a lot before we had our drain fixed and he always worked me in as soon as he could. I never waited more than 3 days even if he had a full schedule. Dave is a great and nice guy and most everyone I know recommends him. The only ones who don't are those who do not know of him. Wonderful man and great service.

I called Friday evening and the repair was completed Saturday by noon. No extra charges for it being weekend hours and all my drains are draining now.

A rental main septic line was backed up. Carnahan's snaked the line from inside the house all the way to the septic tank and left. There was no improvement and they came back the next day to snake from the septic tank all the way into the house and left. He provided a 25% discounted rate for the second snaking. Sill no improvement so we brought in another vendor. They snaked the line and were unable to get all the way through. A camera showed a root ball blocking most of the pipe as well as a significant blockage 2/3 of the way from the septic line. The line was hydrojetted and the hydro cleared the root ball (about the size of a softball) but was unable to get past the second blockage. The line was dug up and an 18" section of 4" clay pipe was found to be mostly full with cement (leaving about 1 3/4" opening in the clay pipe). It's possibly an artifact of how snaking is done, but I'm surprised the snaking was considered successful and made it past the blockage. I'm leaving 2 stars - 1 for quick response (same day of call), and one more star for being polite when I called to provide this feedback. For a quick fix, Carnahan Drain Cleaning might work for you. But in my case they were unable to fix the problem, assumed twice it was fixed, and I was charged twice despite there being no way it could have been fixed.

Great example of what drain opening contractors should be. Very knowledgeable, and a great price with abilities that include cameras/ toilet replacement and more. Don't get bamboozled by the first google search on drain openers wanting to charge you big $$$$ and finance you. This company is the one you want to do the work the right way for the right price the first time.

Called they never called or showed up, So I got Buckeye Plumbing & Drains to do the job, very happy with Buckeye Plumbing.

Do not remember his name that helped us but he was great and worked hard to clear the drain.

They did a great job and I felt so bad for them getting up so early, it was the only time I had. Also I don't know why Google's forcing me to use this account lol.

Good dude, good work, good advice, good price, would recommend again, 5 Stars Has given me direction to fix an issue myself and saved me money. Called again for a job where a sink and dog bath need to be hooked in to the water and drain system of my home. The drain connection from the sink before had to be lowered in order to be able to properly drain from the new unit. Showed up on time, did the job as promised for a good price

David completed a job that another plumber refused to attempt. It involved using a jackhammer with a whole bunch of skill, experience, and creativity. His quote was the final price which is extremely unusual. David carefully explained what he was doing and even gave us options. We chose the one he thought was the best, because it made the most sense. We highly recommend David for any plumbing job no matter how large or small. He is the best!

This was the second time I have called David with Dry Spot. Both times service was incredibly fast and affordable. I called midday with a water heater issue yesterday and by midday today I am looking at a new system. He is friendly, professional, and does high quality work! Highly recommend!

I spoke with Kyle and the plumber who worked with him. My basement drain was clogged. They worked until they got it unclogged. They were courteous and explained the process before they started. They kept me informed of the progress as they went along. I was very impressed. I would certainly recommend Drip & Drain to family and friends.

I needed a new toilet installed and a new shut off valve. Called Drip and Drain, talked to Kyle and told him what I needed. He scheduled me right away, quoted my estimate, showed up on time. They did a great job and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs..

I've spoken with Kyle a few times after moving into our new house - each time he's been courteous and helpful. Most recently he came out to review a wet spot in our subfloor. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a poor caulking job from a different plumber who installed a new bath/shower combo, and recommended we replace the caulk. He was happy to do the work himself, but explained that this was an easy fix for almost anyone, and recommended the materials we need to buy to do the work ourselves. Kyle will be the first person I call when I need an honest opinion on any plumbing questions I have in the future.

Zaine was amazing! He explained what was wrong with my furnace in a way I would understand and so super nice! Timing was amazing and Zaine was at my house within 2 hours of me calling in to get a service on a Saturday! He did not have the part on hand to fix my furnace but he was able to get it working until he returned on Monday with the replacement part and installed it in less than 5 mins. Thank you so much again!

It was Saturday and I scheduled an appointment online for a Monday. I got a call a few minutes later saying they actually had an opening today. Zaine was here in about an hour from that phone call and he had us all fixed up in about a half hour. VERY impressed with the service, efficiency and expertise of this company. Oh and the price was affordable! Well done APEX

I was very impressed with the technician, Eli, that came out. He explained things very well and was super attentive and knowledgeable. He was able to get things fixed quickly. I was also very happy with the speed at which I could get an appointment. The pricing was very expensive compared to others. The repair cost more than a new water tank/heater, so that was kind of surprising.

Called today for service and within 1 hour Derrick showed up and gave a welcome he went straight to work and showed me everything and I decided to buy a new furnace and then he gave me discounts plus military and then topped off everything with next day install and we are very happy

The technician did a great job pretty quickly . Cost was more than I expected . Still rating 5 stars .

Glasmeier has been very responsive and helpful, especially Ryan! He took his time to fully address our issue at hand and cover some more very helpful information otherwise. Dusty was also super helpful in resolving the issue we had with our kitchen drain. We will be happy to call them again when needed. Most certainly recommend Glasmeier!

Absolutely horrible!! Nancy was fantastic but other than that, I got hustled. Plumber came out with another gentleman, very professional, they showed me a video of how the line outside my house was "misaligned", "holding water" and "old clay pipes" and didn't clear anything. Charged me $749. to tell me that in need to replace from house to main. After a second opinion I contact Glasmeier and spoke to the owner and he offered to send crew back out. I got the same fellas and I see the same videos of nonsense and kept to all needs replaced. The plumber SHOOK MY HAND and told me he would return to flag the line yard, tell me where all roots came in and the depth on Monday. Never showed up, a man doesn't shake and break his word. Thank God they didn't, I called a real plumber and he cleaned out EVERY ROOT and didn't rip up my yard or replace anything, that weird huh??? Good to go!!! Now they did say that this will probably need to happen every year or two but the honesty means a lot!! I will be telling evry one of my buddies at the VA about this situation. The eagles club, moose lodge, elks lodge and the American legion friends about how I paid $749. and still had a back up, pay someone else about the same and I see the results. Take your business elsewhere.

Responded quickly to my plumbing request, sent someone that was very knowledgeable, they were very polite and friendly, they resolved my request quickly and without incident. I will be using them again.

They were excellent very quick at getting here and replacing my hot water tank and pipes and getting the job done. next day my hot water tank had a manufacturing issue came back and fixed it for me. 100% recommend them to anyone. very good prices and knowledgeable if you have any questions to ask them. Thank you for they helped save me a lot of money as well.

I called Wheeland Plumbing after having a drain issue. Brandon came out. He was on time, very polite and professional from start to finish. He had everything needed for the job on his truck. Absolutely love the Wheeland Team! I've worked closely with Brandon and Erica and they are both so amazing! Brandon comes to my properties on time and ready to work! He always explains in detail answers to any of the million questions I have and will continue to ask him without ever getting annoyed. Erica is always so helpful in the office.
