Jeremiah showed up to our house quickly and assessed the issue. He found a clog in our main drain. He got right to work, and explained everything very thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He was quick to fix the issue and helped clean up afterwords. I would 1000% reccomend his services to anyone. This was our first big plumbing experience since we bought our house and it’s safe to say, he earned a customer for life. Thank you!

Jeremiah from Main Drain was awesome to work with. He came out and jetted our leach lines and also ran a camera through them so he could locate and mark exactly where the lines run. That was super helpful for us to finally know where everything is. He’s a really nice guy, easy to talk to, and just overall great to deal with. He explained what he was doing as he went and answered all of my questions without making it feel rushed. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. John was very prompt and professional to come unclog our main drain. Throughout the whole time he was very communicative and professional. He was able to quickly and thoroughly snake the drain and remove the offending object (something that shouldn't have been flushed). I would definitely recommend anyone looking for plumbing work to reach out to Pembroke and request John come out and do their work.

Had a sump pump fail over the weekend. Pembroke was able to get out to me late in the day and replace it. Shareef was super polite and very knowledgeable

Phillip and the three other crew members are awesome!! They worked every minute and were so personable and respectful of our property and wanting our yard to look as good as possible after having the underground drainage system replaced! They will return in a few days to finish up some loose ends. They gave 110% and I am so impressed with them, their work ethic, and the end result of this project. Very happy and satisfied!! Even though they were hours late and yes, really messed up my day schedule wise- the tech that came was great ! Kevin W was my technician (which he didn’t exist as one of the options to leave feedback about) but he was very thorough. Listened to all our concerns, and ran 100’ snake from an outdoor Cleanout to the road. I had preferred the snake to be ran from my inside cleanout due to what was happening in my interior plumbing, but the exterior was easier access and less messy, I guess. And he did get the large blob with some roots in it out of the main. My understanding was the $93 special included it being cameraed which it wasn’t. I asked if they would clean it out from two locations -which would be pulling the toilet in the furthest bathroom where the original problem was. And it was going to be more than $500 To pull the toilet and run a basic snake/no rotator/cutting. I think that amount is crazy especially since the hours late arrival cost me a few hundred dollars in other domino effect scheduling problems where I was supposed to meet someone an hour away and I couldn’t make while waiting for this appointment -and that cost me $$$. Overall Regarding the specific service I received while Kevin was here though, he was kind, professional, and definitely removed a large clog from my main about 25 feet from the Cleanout, toward road.

Elijah was great. Came in and got the job done in about 2 hours. Didn’t push anything additional and let me make a call. There was expected, but minimal removal of a current DIY project and I won’t have to do much to fix and be back on track. Elijah also tested and cleaned up before leaving which was better than how it looked when he got there. I would def recommend ECO and call them again if I have an issue

This was our first experience with Mammoth Plumbing. Taylor and Matthew initially came out as a second opinion for basement drain backup issue. They gave a good explanation of the problem and did an excellent job making the appropriate repairs at a more reasonable price than the initial estimate Colin joined them with the repairs and they did a great job and cleaned up well after they were done. Matt, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and did a great job of returning calls when there were questions. We would definitely recommend Mammoth plumbing for any plumbing needs.

(TLTR: They're awesome!) Over the holidays, we had several guests. While one set of guests were here on Sunday (with another set due to arrive Monday), we replaced the garbage disposal and what ensued was complete and total chaos. I am unsure how replacing a disposal backed up three sinks, but we managed to do it. How? I can only conclude that the house hates us and was taking its revenge. Thank goodness we were able to get in contact with Mammoth Plumbing, who really saved our heinies. The owner and the plumbers were all excellent in the service they provided. After messaging them Sunday night, Mammoth was able to come Monday knowing that we were under a time crunch and they were very busy with the holiday rush. They addressed anything that came up quickly and effectively as the situation evolved. As they assessed the situation, and even as things changed, they responded with patience, professionalism, attentiveness, and flexibility. They also charged a fair price. They sent three separate people to address three separate issues as they arose (nothing that was their fault, it's just what the situation called for), and with 30 minutes to spare before our last guests arrived on Monday evening, they finished and we were able to be ready. I am pleased with our experience with Mammoth and would not hesitate to call them again. Thanks for being one of Santa's elves, Mammoth!

The team at Mammoth Plumbing was exceptional! They got our for our quote quickly. Every step of the way was very professional and even the owner reached out to make sure my husband and I understood the whole process. We had a main line backup. We needed 64 feet of clay pipe lined. This was a HUGE job! We had other quotes but we ended up going with Mammoth because their owner was so wonderful. This was already a very stressful event and the team at Mammoth Plumbing made it seem manageable. To top it off they sent us cookies as a thank you! I highly recommend!

If I could put zero stars I would. . . I thought only roto rooter would have tried to pull what these guys did. . . A main clean out is about a hundred to 130 for almost every place you call. . . Not these folks. . . I dug a path for the machine due to the snow. . . Dug up the clean out. . . Set everything up in advance to make their job super easy. . . The guy gets here and informs me a drain snake is 550 bucks. . . THATS INSANE. . . . Then they demanded 100 bucks for a trip charge. . . Which I get totally . . . They probably get told no alot given they are 500% higher than the average plumber. . . Then they proceed to take the hundred bucks and drive off with no reciept and no invoice. . . . I've been a contractor for 30yrs and aside from roto rooter I've never encountered such a horrible predatory ordeal. . . I would not recommend these folks for services due to the insanely high prices they charge for menial tasks . . .

Victoria in the office was very accommodating and polite. And Mr. Rubke- well first of all the man put on booties!! Already scores points. Then he carefully addressed all our concerns and fixed our clog. I would 1000% recommend this company again!!

Amazing experience all around! Found Ricky through Yelp and started messaging there. Communication was quick and clear. He worked with our schedule (evenings or weekends only) and got us booked in to replace our kitchen faucet and clear a blocked drain. He arrived within the estimated window, wore shoe covers, and was very efficient. Pricing was good for the value of service we received. He cleaned up after himself and took all packaging with him. Great service, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Ricky was great to work with from start to finish. Came out to check our toilet that was not flushing properly. He found that the toilet was a water saver that had an interesting contraption in the bowl for efficiency. He offered two options, and we went with the new toilet that he recommended. If a plumber uses it in their own home, it must be a good one! I was able to get the toilet ordered and then scheduled with Ricky quickly. He was very polite and did a great job! Will recommend him to others and continue to use him for future jobs.

I have had a horrible experience with a reputable plumbing company. They were suppose to come to my house yesterday between 8-10 am. Something told me to call them at 9 this morning . The rep who answered the phone was the same person who made my appointment this past Friday. He pretended to act like he did not know who I was and that I did not have an appointment. He said he was going to call the techs and then call me back. Needless to say, I am still waiting for the phone call. I researched Evergreen. Adam even came out to my house the end of April to give me a quote. One of the reasons I did not use him was because I had a membership with the other company. Well, I called Evergreen yesterday morning crying about what had happened and if they could kindly help me. Hailey the receptionist/secretary was WONDERFUL and very helpful. She got me an appointment first thing this morning. I received text messages and emails… excellent job communicating and assuring I had an actual upcoming appointment! Evan came to the house within the first hour of my blocked time. I received a phone call, text messages and emails introducing himself so I knew who he was upon arrival. He listened to me. He surveyed the circumstances thoroughly and gave me options. He spent almost 2 hours at my house for a job that could have easily taken him an hour. He chose to talk with me and build a repoire with me! I am forever grateful! He did a beautiful job installing a new shower head and turn on/off lever. He had me look at it and see if I liked it. I loved it!! Beautiful work! I did NOT hesitate to become a yearly member of Evergreen Plumbing! I called the business when Evan left to tell them how much I appreciated Evan and Hailey! They made me beyond happy and satisfied! I highly recommend Evergreen to anyone who needs a plumber. They are very knowledgeable and do very nice work at a reasonable fee. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They unclogged our bathroom sink, cleaned out our main pipe, and completed a full flush on our water heater—all done efficiently and professionally. Noah and Sean were great! Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done right the first time. I also have to mention their CSR, Hailey who was absolutely amazing—prompt, friendly, and great at communicating every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company with both top-notch technicians and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Ok, I know it sounds weird to think of a plumbing company as awesome, but Evergreen Plumbing is AWESOME. They are a small company that CARES about their customers. The owners are actual plumbers themselves, as opposed to a sales person just trying to maximize profits. To say they are knowledgeable and passionate about their trade is a humongous understatement. They are , like, water quality obsessed. And that is precisely who you want working on your plumbing! They didn’t just give me an estimate, they educated me on the differences between products and why they use the products they do. They replaced my water heater, installed a new water softener (with a carbon filter- it makes a big difference, look it up!), replaced faucets in the master bathroom, replaced an outside spigot, and installed a new main water shutoff valve. Yes, I got a lot done, but the price was very reasonable. They were not the cheapest quote I got, but once I did the research on the quality and warranties of Evergreen’s products verses what the other companies were going to install, it was a no brainer. When Noah was done installing my new water softener, the water was so silky smooth I did a happy dance. From now on I will only trust Evergreen with my home’s plumbing. Give them your business. You’ll be glad you did! Oh, and ask for Noah (journeyman level) or Evan (master level).

Jacob did a fantastic job. He was transparent with every step of his repairs. Connor was amazing as well. They were polite, considerate, and honest. I’ll use 1-Tom-Plumber, Jacob , and Connor again when other issues arise.

After calling numerous companies we happen to dial yours and you were here in a hour and half on a holiday weekend. Definitely extra kudos for explaining everything and answering all my questions. Jacob came out to work on our water heater today. There was a bigger issue than just the pilot light not igniting. He explained the issue and he fixed it to where we will at least have hot water until it’s taken care of. He was very nice and worked quickly. We will definitely use the company again.

Nick and Jerred were wonderful and fixed my kitchen sink quickly and with obvious skill. They diagnosed further issues and solved them on the spot, leaving us with a fully functioning system. They were professional and friendly even when my kid poured random questions at them. Would absolutely request them personally again.

It was unfortunate that my 15-year-old hot water heater decided to die. I've had Spartan plumbing, come out to my house 2 other times. This is the second time. Braden has been to my house and both this time and the last time where flawless work. Matt dropped off the water heater and assisted with the install. I now have a brand new hot water. Heater and all new brass and plumbing and even replace some of the gas lines. Both other appointments were a brand new main water, shut off and exterior faucets. I also had them replace all of the water lines going to each one of the toilets with all new handles and fixtures. Every time they come out is very professional, clean work. Tim with Spartan Plumbing did an excellent job on our water heater. He was on time, courteous, and extremely thorough.
