I am so thrilled with these guys. Not only were they able to come out on the same day that I called them, but they were professional and quick. They had my main line cleared in a matter of minutes. The price they charged was more than fair. Ohio drain doctors will be my go to plumbers from now on. Great service. I called to have a main drain unclogged. Within 20 mins the tech was at the residence. Very friendly. It was after hours so the price was a little higher but reasonable. Got the drain unclogged. Will definitely use again. The other companies I called wouldn’t come out but Walts did. So thank you for being quick and professional. Update: Used Walts to replace a main plumbing stack after my initial plumber bailed on me. After calling multiple plumbing companies in Marion and they either don’t answer, don’t respond to messages or quote a super high price; I used Walts. They are by far the best plumbing company in Marion. They are fast, professional, do quality work and at a good price. Highly recommend!

Fast, friendly, professional, and reasonable pricing! Our upstairs toilet was having issues flushing, and then we started seeing water leak through and drip into the living room downstairs. We called A-1 Tuesday morning and by 9:45am on Wednesday, they had unclogged the pipe, took out the old malfunctioning toilet, and installed a new one. All totaled, we paid under $650 for all of that labor plus the new toilet. This is not the first time we've used A-1 and I'm sure it won't be the last!!

From start to finish a truly "A-1" job by these guys. After speaking to Mike on the phone, and meeting Seth for the quote, I knew I wanted to give them my business. No need to contact anyone else. Call backs were fast. Seth was on-time for all 3 appointments, both these guys are incredibly friendly and professional. Pricing quotes were done on the spot and stuck to. They even brainstormed a cheaper alternative for one of our projects that saved us a couple hundred dollars. Overall, everything exceeded expectations by ALOT. The only sign Seth was ever here was the projects were complete. He cleaned up after and put everything back where it goes. Simply put, Mike was fantastic. We had a blockage in our main drain and couldn’t flush the toilets in our house. I called Mike at 7:50 am, and he was at our place at 10:00am the same day. He showed me the issue and explained how he fixed it. The price was extremely reasonable especially since he came out same day on a Sunday morning. Mike will be my first call for any plumbing issues in the future.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, down to earth, all around just a great guy. I’ve been using Mike for 3 years in my old home. We’ve had countless different issues, septic, drain, sump pump, hot water tank. He’s solved them all quickly, affordably. He’s even been gracious enough to advise me on a couple small issues I’ve repaired myself. Mike’s your guy, just call and get on the schedule!

Mike seems to be very knowledgeable about plumbing, I needed someone to snake my main sewer line. Mike was not only available within a day of calling but he solved the issue within an hour. He explained why the issues I had were occurring as well as replacing my flapper on my toilet. He is in my opinion a go to if you want quality, affordability, and overall a nice experience! Look no further!

Fast, efficient, and reasonable. They came within an hour after calling, figured out and fixed the problem without costing an arm and a leg. Would definitely recommend and use again for any plumbing needs.

The service was fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Called later in the evening on Sunday and they were here by Monday at 9am. Offered fair pricing. We had a drain pipe that busted or collapsed under a concrete slab house. The team that worked on the drain went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We liked them so well, we fed them on the days they were here all day. They worked hard to make it so they didn't have to dig up our kitchen, laundry room or drive way. They was able to keep the hole in the bathroom area. I definitely recommend them. We will use them again in the future if the need arises. (Not the final pictures because they need to primer the wall, caulk around the edge of the shower and replace missing tiles on floor but they will be finished tomorrow)

Commercial Water Heater needed replaced at the restaurant. Called on a Saturday, they had two techs come assess the job within 30 minutes. They were able to order a new unit and install on Monday. They also fitted new copper piping and valves. From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences I have had with a commercially licensed plumber. Collin and his crew were early to the job. Punctuality is a huge plus for me. Anna communicated each day with the estimates and even the follow ups after the install. Kasey and John were the two installers on Monday. Polite, professional, and thorough with their work. You could tell they were committed to doing a quality job. Kasey was clearly feeling under the weather and still put in a 9-hour day. The price was fair, the quality of work was excellent, and they are local. Couldn’t ask for a better overall experience. I highly recommend for any future plumbing needs.

Don was fantastic! Had another company come out before and they said we needed a whole new furnace and duct work. Don came and looked at it and said it was just a simple switch that needed changing. Saved us a lot of money and headaches. Definitely recommend!

Hate to say All in One Plumbing was our third call to get help with our water heater. From now on he will be our first. He did great work and was knowledgeable about our geothermal system. All in One is now our go to guy!

My heat went out right before a snow storm! Came out I believe on his off day in no time to figure out the problem and got it fixed very quickly so we didn’t have to go without! Highly recommended!

Still Waters came to my house on Monday. I've had a leak that I hought was maybe condensation. Well, they found the pipe in the wall it had 3 holes. The holes they made in the drywall weren't very big which I was thankful. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

I called Brian and explained mom's situation. Unable to turn off water in bath tub. He said he was booked solid; then asked if she was on well water or city water. City, of course. He said he would fit us in. He called after his last job, came over promptly and fixed the problem for us. He found another problem and we have him scheduled to come back to fix it.
