I called Action today for my Dad tree roots in the tile. I live 2 hours away. I was amazed at the customer service, kindness and understanding I had for my Dad's needs. They kept in contact with me so I knew what was going on and could keep Dad informed. Action Drain and Septic is the only place that even answered the phone.

Fantastic service. Had a broken waistline that needed replaced outside. Came out gave me a very reasonable quote and within a few days were there with equipment to dig up the old pipe and replace it.. provide a constant feedback via phone calls as to the process until they showed up and gave me continual updates during their work. Would highly recommend for any drain or septic work

This business answered and responded to my home within an hour when my septic system back up and began flooding into my basement. Within two hours the problem was fixed. The employees were very helpful and professional and the prices are very reasonable.

I needed someone quickly for bathtub drain problem Stevie was here when he said he would be here. He took care of the problem and he actually cleaned up everything spic and span. First time any repair person ever did. Friendly, gave good advice on what to do to prevent another problem. The cost was very affordable and I paid on the spot. I like his secretary Sarah too!

Came out, pumped the septic, paid my bill and they were done in a short time. Very friendly, answered my questions because we have never owned property before that had a septic tank. Also gave me some advice on when the tank should be pumped.

They handled a very challenging install on a hot water heater that was located on a shelf in the laundry room. It was handled very professionally and they also cleaned up the area after they left. He also installed a new sink and faucet which Will recommended. I love them. It has changed the whole style of the kitchen. I have gotten a ton of compliments on it. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future projects.

Not just for homeowners!!! We don't have the greatest response time on issues within our apartment. Were desperately in need of a working sink that had been rigged in an improper manor over many years (we've all been there trying our own fixes). Legacy plumbing was swift in answering our call as well as efficient in the job itself. Extremely courteous and no mess after the job. Never had that before with a plumber. Would highly recommend.

Not long after moving into our house, we started having septic backup issues, despite a new septic system. Periodic backups went on for a couple of years. No one was able to diagnose the issue. Eventually, we wound up with a backup so bad we had to tear out the basement bathroom and closet walls, cabinets, etc. Awful mess. Enter Dylan. He discovered that there were some incorrect Y junctions in the floor plumbing. Those required cement demolition before the repair could be done. Dylan recommended the contractor for that work and then fixed the pipe while the floor was open. His recommendation was great, too. Can’t say enough good about Dylan!!

AMAZING service! So the day we brought our newborn daughter home from the hospital, our main out from the house backed up and we had sewage in the basement. I frantically called a bunch of places and Bright plumbing returned my call on a Saturday night and came out on a Sunday at noon. Dylan was the tech and not only was he fast, he was knowledgeable and helped us with everything we needed. The service was extremely affordable and I will absolutely be using them in the future and recommend them.

We called Bright Choice Plumbing Dylan came out to cam our main line due to some problems good thing we did the previous owner was a dyi guy because we had trees roots and could see the small holes left behind so we had it hydro jetted and he got all the root and our pipes look great afterwards !! Called first thing this morning he was out immediately came in went right to it downstairs our main drain out of the house got it unclogged and was done within an hour I would definitely use him again definitely really nice guy got the job done quick seem to know what he was doing

Even though they were late, had to reschedule, and was late again, they got the job done quick. Id advise if you make an appointment, for say 12, expect them to show up between 12 and 3. David was willing to work with me since I was on a budget, but all in all, they were good, minus being late.

This is my second time using Chris for my Plumbing needs. Both experiences thus far have been outstanding! The first service I had him replace my main water shut off valve in my house. He also replaced a couple outdoor hose bibs and added shut offs to them as well. He did quick and excellent work! I tend to be very particular when it comes to most things and he exceeded my expectations! When I needed to find someone to replace our Hot Water Heater when it began to leak, I knew exactly who I wanted to call for the job! We opted to upgrade from our 20+ year old tank and go with the tankless option. From recommending which tankless model to buy to the completion of the install Chris answered every question we had. During the install he kept me informed and also addressed some other issues and fixed those during the time of the install saving me time and money down the road! Install was also quick and the new Water Heater looks so nice I can't stop going to the basement to check it out! Can't recommend Chris enough to anyone looking for someone to do a reliable and thorough job! You will not be disappointed and he is the only person I will use moving forward when needing something done!

I called him in the morning. He made my problem a priority because we didn’t have water to my house because the water main shut off broke. Came and fixed it right away, even though he had other projects. Very professional and fast.

Chris came to fix my washer at the last minute while I had guests staying at the property and ended up selling a spare washer he owned. He came in the clutch and now we have a brand new washer for 1/5 the price. Super nice guy!

I brought SPT in for a second opinion after receiving an estimate from another contractor to determine what work actually needed to be done on my lateral line. I requested a camera inspection to identify any issues, and Justin and Thomas were polite and professional throughout the entire process. The camera quality was far superior—at least 10 times clearer—making it easy to clearly see the problems. After reviewing the video, they were honest and straightforward about what needed to be done, without being pushy or sales-oriented. I’m still waiting on a quote, but I will look to SPT for any future drain issues and recommend to anyone

SPT did an awesome job. We had several cracked and broke clay tiles, multiple wyes and they were able to get the repair done. They also were patient on scheduling with us, as this was a commercial building and we needed to work around our tenants schedules to some degree. The level of communication from them was fantastic. We will definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend.
