Drain main backed up into the house. They were upfront and honest about everything. No pressure, just gave me the information I needed to make a decision. They were also able to clear out my main line obstruction very quickly and thoroughly. Response time was great. Cole did a great job.

Called for bathroom sink clogged drain. Wanted peeled to Street. Kept promising me they would be there fir 3 days. Sent a guy who wanted to work on tub. Only peeled out a small ways and said it would clog again. Didn't fix the problem. Tech said he didnt have the equipment to eel to the street. WILL NEVER USE ROTO ROOTER AGAIN!

Still haven’t got my service. Called before 1pm and was told that a technician (Derrick) should be here within 2 hours—that’s fast, wasn’t expecting that, but was happy since my soon-to-be 8 year old daughter was having her birthday party today. I figured maybe it’ll be quick and I can actually make the party. 8pm has come and gone, still no tech, and no one called me to give me a better eta. I got 7 texts telling me that they ‘were running behind schedule’ and that I am ‘next in line’ to receive service—but no details. I called at around 7pm and was told (by Michelle) that I would be notified when the tech would be on their way. Ya.. I kinda figured that from the texts. I’ve done service jobs, I know how these things go, but I was hoping that maybe someone could say ‘hey, they shouldn’t have told you 1-3 because we’re really backed up, and it’s looking like a late arrival tonight’. That would’ve been absolutely fine, and if I had known that we were looking at a late night service, I wouldn’t have stayed home for 7 hours for nothing, missing my little girl’s birthday party. As it stands, I may have to cancel the service for now as I can’t be up all night because I have to volunteer at church tomorrow (helping special needs children). Otherwise, I’d stay up and see how it goes. But now it’s past 8pm, and I have no idea when we’ll be able to take a shower or flush a toilet. I get it, Roto-Rooter didn’t cause my plumbing problem, but they did give me false expectations and a bunch of annoying auto texts reminding me that I’m ‘next in line’ (essentially reminding me that I called the wrong company). I will not use RR again (assuming they even show up), and will advise others to not use this service. It smacks of the typical large publicly traded service company that makes all decisions based on stock prices. Customer service probably isn’t a concern. Just got another text saying they’re running behind schedule. Very helpful. Kinda wondering if this is just what they do on the days they don’t want to do the emergency services. They just blow off the customers and send texts? Cuz texts will unclog my sewer main. 👍

Had Precision out a couple of times for some plumbing issues we were having. They found that it was the city sewer that had backed up. We were need the cast iron replaced an appointment was made forThursday February 26' Doug arrived promptly and jumped right into it. He showed great professionalism and was conscious of not tracking in dirt. We were quoted a price and it was very reasonable. Final bill matched the quote exactly. Doug after completing his work explained in detail what he had done and also of something was wrong to call them. Also a shoutout to Logan the excavator operator. Very kind and courteous as was Doug. Xavier, took time to wait for me and when he worked on my clogged sink he work fast and with a lot of precision. Very polite and ready to lead a help. I will definitely call upon them next time I have an issue with my plumbing or anything other matter they deal with.

Doug was the technician who installed our new water heater. Did a great job! He went beyond by noticing that our furnace had a blockage. If not we may have suffered carbon monoxide poisoning. After getting the chimney cleaned The owner Jay was considerate in having someone relight the heater no extra charge! Very happy and thankful!

Our problem was severe in waste lines being sealed up significantly leading to our sewer line. The cast iron was beyond repair and replaced. Fernco fittings and PVC used. Had I not thought to have my water line turned off at the curb before they started I would have had a major flood in my home as there was nowhere to shut it off but at the curb. This line came in different from where my shut off was. They ended up severing it, then charged me to fix what they severed, adding a shut off at my request. They were quick to help begin sooner than we could have had other companies come and due to that it was more expense. Glamping in our home for over a month was not appealing but we had already been doing that for a couple weeks. Things are now repaired but restoration will proceed now for tile, drywall I removed to give them access, etc.,…

I highly recommend Steady Does It Mechanical Service. They are so kind and courteous! I had a BAD problem with a sewer pipe leak. They came, gave me a quote, and by the next morning it was fixed! (Bless their hearts because I know that was a "crappy" job to tackle) I will be recommending them to everyone I know! They are top notch!!

This business needs to be rated higher than a 5. Talked to them on a Tuesday. Prompt response. Said they could be out Thursday morning to replace the kitchen faucet. Got a call that they were on the way. Arrived and put shoe coverings on before they entered the house since it had snowed. Went to work and within a half hour, they were done and out . Steady Does It Mechanical Services will be on my speed dial. Simply the best! Do yourself a favor and call them.

I was so happy he serviced Waynesfield! Our toilet was backed up. We have dealt with this before and with other companies. He is the most reasonably priced by far. And he Came the next day. Highly recommend.

We had a ruptured small piece of copper pipe after thawing our our hot water line. My hubby found the problem, would have fixed it himself but hasn't sweated pipes in a few years. We called everyone. No one was available. Thank heavens for the gentleman that showed up. On time and took care of it in a matter of minutes. They did a furnace and AC replacement for us and couldn’t be happier! Received 4 estimates and Mitch was the only one that caught only 6 feet of the ductwork needed to be replaced not everything in the house like others said. A week in and everything is working great! Honest, professional and clean!

Alltek has always done top quality plumbing and hvac work. Everyone at Alltek is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very good about scheduling, can give you a price up front on repair options, and will leave your house cleaner than they found it, along with plenty of sparkling new copper pipe. Christine is very good about answering the phone even after hours. Sam and Ben are the best plumbers I've ever met.

Alltek came to our rescue. We were trying to replace a kitchen faucet in my dad's house and while trying to loose the faucet hose nuts the entire shutoff valve came off and water went everywhere. Of course its 5 p.m. So we shut the main valve off and turned it on when we needed water but next morning they came to the rescue within 2 hours after I called!! 1.5 hours later we had newer pipe installed valves and faucet in place . The cost was a little more than I was hoping to spend but I'd rather update it now then have another expenditure in the future. The tech was Sam and he explained everything to me. Highly recommend!
