Nathan was very kind and professional. He did a great job jetting my perimeter drain. He ran the jet at least 12 times up the drain. Then, he made sure the water was draining from the basement drain into our creek. I'm very happy I found him online.

Theses guys are amazing cannot say enough great things about them, got my problems diagnosed and fixed, very very reliable and great prices and very friendly. Would recommend over any other companies can't thank them enough. Means Drain Solutions LLC all the way thank you so much I first had a different company come out and tell me they would have too rip apart my entire kitchen and take out my cabinets just too fix what they think needed done but they were completely wrong on what needed done. The other company is just a down right scam artist, all they wanted too do was charge me outrages prices and rip me off and not even fix my problems. Never would I recommend the other company too anyone.

I can't say enough about the great experience I had with John Kirkbride of Kirkbride Drain Cleaning & Pipe Repairs LLC. John is licensed professional who provided great service. He was punctual, highly efficient, very knowledgeable in his field, very reasonable price and friendly! John did above and beyond working very hard to fix my kitchen drain. He repaired a bad plumbing job under the kitchen sink as well as drainage issue. Now that it was finally done correctly, I am confident there will be no further issues. John was helpful, considerate, and informative. He is professional in a company which values customer service. He was pleasant to do business with. I am very impressed by top-notch service. I will definitely consider using his services again if there are ever any issues in my house and would highly recommend John to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Our sewer line became root bound. We called John and he was very quick to show up. Said we need a new sewer line, found the best way to go. had us back up and running in no time. We can not say enough good things about him. We HIGHLY recommend him.Thank You so much!!!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I can’t abstain from this phenomenal company. We had a horrible experience with a plumbing company in the past so when we learned we were going to have a substantial repair ahead of us we were very anxious. We were recommended to reach out to Drain Bro’s and it was nothing short of a 10/10 experience. Their communication skills are top-tier; Summer is a pleasure to speak with and answered all of my questions. Seth and Skylar came out and took a look and confirmed that it was unfortunately not an easy fix but we’re so kind and confident about what needed to be done. Within a day we were scheduled for them to come out and get started. As a woman, any construction project comes with a great deal of anxiety but they made sure our floors and furniture were protected from dust and debris. They originally predicted it to be a two-day project but stayed late to complete it in one day to ensure we didn’t go without water in our bathroom. After they were finished they ran thorough tests to ensure that everything was working properly and then cleaned everything up to where it honestly appeared they’d never been there. They had to cut out an entire built in from our living room which left a substantial whole and Seth personally picked out a decorative wooden slab to cover it until we can get the hole patched. They were thorough, informative, and unbelievably kind not just to us but even our daughter whom they brought a bag of gummy bears to after one trip for materials. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with a company in my life and while I hope I don’t need their services again it would be nothing short of a pleasure to work with them in the future. They showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely personable, which made the whole process stress-free. The pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided. I’d absolutely recommend Drain Bro’s and will use them again if I need drain services in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this family run company. People can get so nervous when trying to find a good reputable plumbing service. I called these folks in the morning concerning a bathroom drain leak. They scheduled, and sent a plumber out to my place (Jonathan) before noon. Jonathan was very polite, and courteous. He was very conscience about not tracking in anything from outside. Jonathan, being insured, and a licensed plumber, was very knowledgeable about the plumbing profession. He explained my problem very clearly and told me how he would fix it, and worked up a cost estimate. The estimated total cost was surprisingly, and pleasantly reasonable. He was able to do the repair completely, and quickly, and he left NO MESS. If you are looking for a plumbing service, I would highly recommend this family run business. They are honest folks, and can be trusted. They will treat you fairly, and I think you will be pleasantly pleased that you called them.

We called them at 1 PM. To schedule an urgent service needed. They told us they would come in between 4 and 8 PM. I called around 5:30 PM to get an estimate on what time they might be there. They said they were working at another location and it would be on the later timeframe of 4 to 8 PM. They then called at 7:20 PM and said they would not be able to make it out. This was a major inconvenience as we really needed our drain to be looked at. I would not give them five stars at all. Then we called and they said they can put us on at 12 PM tomorrow. We will not be using their services.

Braun was professional, thorough and so helpful in guiding me to a reasonable solution to my water heater and water softener problems. I've had this company before and so far they seem fair and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Their drain cleaning guy Nathan is the best drain guy in Lancaster have had many properties and he shows up every time even when I can't get ahold of anyone else

I had both of my water heaters go out and needed two new gas water heaters installed. John and his crew from Force Plumbing came and replaced both water heaters and had me back up and running the same day. I would recommend this plumber in Lancaster for your hot water tank replacements. Will be using them in the future.

The problem we were having with our water pressure were resolved. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and covered every single question we asked. I would most certainly hire Force Plumbing again!

I had roots in my main drain line and had a small flood from the floor drain. I called Josh the next morning and he was at my house by that afternoon. He ran a jetter to the street and a camera to make sure it's clear. Best knowledge and equipment around! Highly recommend these guys!

Josh and his team were amazing to work with. They replaced my tub/shower surround, both bathroom shower valves (they removed ones from 1979), faucets in both showers, and replaced the laundry box which was old and rusty. The guys that work for him are respectful and very friendly. I have worked with a lot of contractors and these guys are at the top of my list for my plumbing needs!

They did a good job. They took out my 28 year old furnace and instead the new one. I have natural gas. They upgraded the old exhaust and fresh air intake pipes. They also gave me CO2 detector and replaced thermostat on wall. I had older Google nest thermostat. The new one they installed can connect to Google Home or Apple Home or Alexa. It also has a temporary sensor, you can put in different room. If you want more you get more sensors for other rooms. The sensors can also detect motion. So they can tell when someone is in room and adjust temperature for that room. My older Google Neat E thermostat can’t do that or do Matter. So the thermostat was a nice upgrade also. The Lennox is very quiet compared to my old Carrier. The Lennox I had installed has 2 stage heater. It can basically run at 50% when it’s not really cold. Then 100% when it really cold. I had estimate from another place. They beat that price also and arrived at house next morning to install new furnace . They are fast I was not expecting next day install. They made improvements in 28 years to these things. You can compare my older one to the new one.

Same day service for leaking hot water tank that needed replaced. Excellent service, installation steps and warranties explained, as well as regular maintenance. The installation took no time at all and it was a quality installation. Extremely satisfied with the service I received from Mica. Highly recommend.

Matt was wonderful and professional. Not only did he detect the leak that another company misdiagnosed but he fixed it on the spot. I appreciate the service provided and Matt also used a leaf blower to clear the path so he would trample leaves into the house as he worked. I will recommend Apex to all my family and friends.

You guys were awesome. Thank You for responding when Roto Rooter did not. I had a 2 hour window with Roto Rooter no one called or showed. I talked to you guys and a half hour later James showed up and took care of our problem. Both the service and price were great. Thanks again for getting the job done in a timely fashion and not leaving us hanging like Roto Rooter did.

Our tech was the nicest, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, maybe a little overpriced but labor is not cheap and we were back up and running. Grateful to even get a tech when everyone was having flooding and sump pump issues.

Had a pipe burst behind drywall on first floor. Dave was able to determine the location of the leak with minimal impact to drywall. We also appreciated their timely communication and that they were able to come out the same day. We have used their services several times and plan to continue to do so.

Needed a new garbage disposal, and another minor repair done under the kitchen sink. Dave arrived during the time promised, was kind, and did the work without up-selling any products / services. He respected my decisions, and finished quickly and left the work area spotless. This is the business to call!
