Expert Drain Cleaning in Kettering, OH

This was our first experience with Mammoth Plumbing. Taylor and Matthew initially came out as a second opinion for basement drain backup issue. They gave a good explanation of the problem and did an excellent job making the appropriate repairs at a more reasonable price than the initial estimate Colin joined them with the repairs and they did a great job and cleaned up well after they were done. Matt, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and did a great job of returning calls when there were questions. We would definitely recommend Mammoth plumbing for any plumbing needs.

(TLTR: They're awesome!) Over the holidays, we had several guests. While one set of guests were here on Sunday (with another set due to arrive Monday), we replaced the garbage disposal and what ensued was complete and total chaos. I am unsure how replacing a disposal backed up three sinks, but we managed to do it. How? I can only conclude that the house hates us and was taking its revenge. Thank goodness we were able to get in contact with Mammoth Plumbing, who really saved our heinies. The owner and the plumbers were all excellent in the service they provided. After messaging them Sunday night, Mammoth was able to come Monday knowing that we were under a time crunch and they were very busy with the holiday rush. They addressed anything that came up quickly and effectively as the situation evolved. As they assessed the situation, and even as things changed, they responded with patience, professionalism, attentiveness, and flexibility. They also charged a fair price. They sent three separate people to address three separate issues as they arose (nothing that was their fault, it's just what the situation called for), and with 30 minutes to spare before our last guests arrived on Monday evening, they finished and we were able to be ready. I am pleased with our experience with Mammoth and would not hesitate to call them again. Thanks for being one of Santa's elves, Mammoth!

The team at Mammoth Plumbing was exceptional! They got our for our quote quickly. Every step of the way was very professional and even the owner reached out to make sure my husband and I understood the whole process. We had a main line backup. We needed 64 feet of clay pipe lined. This was a HUGE job! We had other quotes but we ended up going with Mammoth because their owner was so wonderful. This was already a very stressful event and the team at Mammoth Plumbing made it seem manageable. To top it off they sent us cookies as a thank you! I highly recommend!

Man come out to my home had my pipes cleaned drained going amazing within 15 minutes of getting here very very reasonable price up front would recommend to anybody if you have any problems with your drains sewer or just regular house drain is definitely the C.Burns is who you want to call and have come out and do the work

Curtis came to unclog bathroom drains. As soon as he started to snake the drain water started coming out of might kitchen light. I told him to stop and he said my pipes were old and that happens. I called his office to complain and was told he would call me but he never did. Pay the extra for reliable plumbers.

Curtis was such a nice gentleman. He was prompt, knowledgeable and affordable. I called first thing in the morning, had a time set up the same day and they were able to come out to the house earlier than expected, which is awesome and much appreciated, especially dealing with plumbing issues. He didn't try to upsell anything and when asked a question/s for future maintenance, he was very friendly and honest. From calling first thing in the morning and talking with Courtney to set the appointment up to the end with Curtis it was a 5 star experience and I will recommend Affordable Sewer and Drain to anyone, hands down... I'll be calling them again!

If I could put zero stars I would. . . I thought only roto rooter would have tried to pull what these guys did. . . A main clean out is about a hundred to 130 for almost every place you call. . . Not these folks. . . I dug a path for the machine due to the snow. . . Dug up the clean out. . . Set everything up in advance to make their job super easy. . . The guy gets here and informs me a drain snake is 550 bucks. . . THATS INSANE. . . . Then they demanded 100 bucks for a trip charge. . . Which I get totally . . . They probably get told no alot given they are 500% higher than the average plumber. . . Then they proceed to take the hundred bucks and drive off with no reciept and no invoice. . . . I've been a contractor for 30yrs and aside from roto rooter I've never encountered such a horrible predatory ordeal. . . I would not recommend these folks for services due to the insanely high prices they charge for menial tasks . . .

French Drain was obstructed with roots and cleared by the technician. I appreciate his honesty and help!

Victoria in the office was very accommodating and polite. And Mr. Rubke- well first of all the man put on booties!! Already scores points. Then he carefully addressed all our concerns and fixed our clog. I would 1000% recommend this company again!!

I walked into my kitchen to find water pouring down from upstairs, right where my water heater is. I was pretty overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do at first—I even ended up calling some family members for advice, and I quickly shut off all the power in my house. After calming down a bit, I searched online for a plumber nearby and found Knight Brothers Plumbing, which had great reviews. Anthony arrived at my place in Storage Lincoln in less than an hour. He was really friendly and put me at ease right away. After checking everything out, he explained that the problem was just a faulty valve and not a whole new water heater like I had feared. The repair was done quickly, the price was fair, and the whole process was simple and stress-free. I truly appreciate the professional and kind service. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a plumber.

I needed a plumber to fix a gas leak in my house that I accidentally caused. They sent out Collin and Jamie, who arrived quickly and got right to work. They checked out the issue, carefully opened up the wall, and replaced the damaged section of black iron pipe efficiently. Both plumbers were friendly and took the time to explain each step of the process. The price seemed fair, especially since it was an urgent situation. I was really grateful they were able to take care of everything on a Saturday, so I didn’t have to go without hot water. Once the job was done, they made sure to clean up the area. If I ever need plumbing help again, I wouldn't hesitate to call this team.

While the gentleman that came to the house was very polite and the issue was competently resolved, when my wife set up the appointment she was misled into believing the cost would be 99$ to snake the drain. Upon arrival, we were told it would be 330$ (he did end up giving me 50$ off). I have had the drains snaked in this house before, and it has never cost more than 100$. Once I heard the price, I wanted to call a different company, but then I was on the hook for the 99$ privilege of having the gentleman tell me what I already knew...the line needed snaked. Lesson learned. Go elsewhere. Eco plumbing runs circles around these folks.

I called on a Friday morning and spoke with a nice lady who booked a tech to come out the same day between 12-5 pm to replace our sump pump. I told her we already have the new unit. I asked for a ballpark estimate for labor and she wasn't able to tell me that over the phone, which should have been a red flag. She assured me that rhe tech would look at the situation, give me a quote, and once agreed upon, perform the work right then. So..we waited and Roody showed up a little after 5 (the company did text to let me know he was running behind). He looked at the sump pump pit and determined this basic plumbing repair would take him over an hour to do and he doesn't usually use box store products, but he would do it for us, though he would highly recommend their company's commercial grade system. So he went out to his truck to gather quotes. He came back in and told us It would be $615 to replace the pump. For 1-1.5 hours of labor. Guys this is a plumber. Not an anesthesiologist or lawyer. Do not let this company rip you off. Their commercial grade system was over $3k. Needless to say we declined. Maybe we were naive, but we did not realize corporate companies like this charge significantly more than local plumbers. Lesson learned.

Mr. Moonbeck arrived on time and resolved the water heater problem expediently. I also enjoyed the education he provided about improving the performance of my water heater with preventive maintenance tips. I would and will likely trust his help in the future.

We had a back up on Saturday after Thanksgiving. I called Clark Discount Drain Care and they were there faster than they promised. They gave me a preliminary quote over the phone, based on the main line clog being the issue, and that's it cost. The price was VERY reasonable, especially compared to larger national companies, and they did an great job! Dave and Rick did not stop after they had just cleared the line, they kept at it until it was all cleaned out. they told me what they were doing, explained everything and made sure it was done well, and done right. I was glad to find a local company to support, and even more impressed at the amount of pride they take in their job. That goes a long way with me.

We had roots causing some minor backup in our main sewer line and these guys were in and out in 30 minutes. Problem solved, good honest work. Thanks again!

Fantastic company! We had one of our main drain lines plugged up badly and called Clark leaving them a message. Dave returned our call within the hour, scheduled our non-emergency service and was there right on time. They stuck with the plugged drain until it was finished. Thanks for your help!

After calling around to several places for a bad drain clog, someone referred us to Hyatt and I am very thankful they did! Being a Saturday, other places were booked out for several days, or charged extremely high weekend fees. Hyatt was able to get a tech out to my house within an hour, and he fixed the issue so quickly and the rate was so much more affordable than the other places. We will definitely be calling Hyatt for any future plumbing issues!

I can’t say enough about Hyatt Plumbing. They have helped me out so many times with my old house and pipes. From unclogging drains, to repairing faucets and toilets. They are my go to. Have had them out on a Saturday and their prices are so reasonable. Very professional and extremely affordable.

I needed both water valves in my downstairs laundry alcove replaced, and I thought it would at least involve cutting the wall open. Hyatt Plumbing told me they should be able to get the valves replaced without cutting the wall and they quoted me a very reasonable price. They did not try to make extra work or charge extra and they did great work. I then asked them if they could help me move my washer from the upstairs alcove to the downstairs alcove they had just fixed. They did not bat an eye and we’re glad to help me. Everything came to the same price they first quoted me. Hyatt Plumbing did a great job at a very reasonable price!

Mr. Tuttle came out to my house and fixed my clogged kitchen sink drain and fixed my dishwasher, which was leaking. He was here at the time he stated. Joe was very efficient and fixed everything in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the work he did. I would recommend him 10/10. He was very polite and very respectful! If you have any plumbing issues, Mr. Joe Tuttle is the guy to call! He is very fair in his prices and treats you like you family.

We had a leak in our kitchen faucet so we called Joe and he was here the next day to repair it! Job done quick and efficient. We have called Joe for all of our plumbing needs for over 16 years and recommend him highly to anyone with plumbing issues.

Joe came out quickly to help us with our shower problem. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the job. Very professional, friendly, all around nice guy. Can't recommend his services enough.

5 Stars all the way around!! As a new homeowner, you don't know what you don't know. I asked Stewart Plumbing to take a look at a few things and let me know what I was looking at. I respected his honesty when it came to what is a priority. There was a quick turnaround to get work scheduled and came on time during scheduled window. Even gave me a heads up that he was on his way. Good communication is hard to find these days and I appreciated that a lot. Jimmy replaced main water shut off valve and eliminated something I wanted removed for more space in area. He did a fantastic job and I am very happy to have things updated and more functional and streamlined. I will definitely be calling Stewart Plumbing for my next plumbing needs. I highly recommend this business.

I knew of the company because Jimmy showed up in a moments notice during the subzero christmas storm. Elderly neighbor's pipes burst through her ceiling, water everywhere. She was scared, it was a mess. Well known local companies wouldn't come til Mon...(it was Fri & a true water emergency). Stewart Plumbing was highly recommended on Neighborhood app so she called him through tears. He truly cares. Watching him troubleshoot, save her home, & rebuild was incredible. I didnt think twice about calling for some kitchen upgrades. This company is too good to keep to myself, must share good news with community. You will be highly satisfied here.

Found him through Facebook local group post and recommended by someone responded to my post. He responded quickly; even though, I dm him at 9:30 pm. I was in needed someone to fix my pipe as soon as possible, and he able to come out the next day as we planned. His price was fair, and his service was outstanding! I’m glad that I found him instead of using the contract or a big company that I would never had to pay this price. Thank you!

These guys came out and repaired my hot water heater that was still under a parts warranty, and installed a new kitchen faucet for me. They did a great job for a really fair price. Couldn't have asked for better service! They showed me how to drain my hot water heater to avoid the lime and hard water deposits that burned out my bottom heating element, too. They will be my go to for all my plumbing needs.

Was here for 25 minutes charged me 200 and told me to call electrician. Electrician took three minutes to find a busted pipe. AND he fixed it for me. Nothing wrong with electric. He came fast but was the only good thing bc he didn't even try.

I would highly recomend Joe Schmitt. My new water heater lower element burtout and Joe came out and repaired it quickly under warranty. He did not install this water heater, but came quickly and helped my family. Very professional and with 50yrs of experiance he really made us feel comfortable and gave us alot of tips! Thank you!
