I had a great experience with this plumbing company. They did an excellent job with the drain cleaning—everything is flowing perfectly now. The team arrived right on time, were professional, and got the work done efficiently. I really appreciated their punctuality and the quality of their work. Be careful with this company and its referrals. After a failed snaking for a back up in our basement, they referred me to Zoom Drain for a jetting and camera. Both companies were in suspiciously close contact with each other about the situation and cost to repair, stating that there was a collapsed pipe which would need to be dug up and replaced for thousands of dollars. I got a second opinion from a third company, who addressed a clog and confirmed there was no structural damage. I feel a responsibility to post this for others to be aware. Please do not feel pressured to go down a certain (expensive) path if something doesn't feel right with this company or its recommendations.

Had to repair my water heater and the whole process was super fast and smooth. I was able to book a next-day timeslot and the communication was great throughout the whole ordeal. I appreciate the help, transparency, and efficiency of the job. Would definitely recommend.

From my first phone call to Drain Masters they (Charity) were attentive, responsive and clear in terms of options and costs. They got us on the schedule quickly as well. Great communication during the entire process. The techs, Devin and Eric, clearly knew what they were doing, easy to talk with, explained things clearly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. (Just for context, this was a commercial call to a relatively old church building, so a little more complicated, I'm guessing, than a residential call.) We did need a follow up visit, and I'm happy to say that it was taken care of efficiently and professionally, just as the first was. I'm very happy with DrainMaster.

Just before Christmas my basement floor drain kept backing up all over. I called Drain Master’s the day after Christmas as they had good reviews and were local family owned. John and Dillon came out in about 4 hours to investigate. They were very knowledgeable, professional and nice guys all around. Thankfully I had an outside drain clean out and chose to hydrojet and camera my main line. They were here about 2 hours scoping and jetting my line as it was tree roots causing the problem. My house is 93 years old and it was great to watch their camera scoping to see that my overall drain was still in quite good condition! They let me hangout with them the whole time and learned they also do many other drain, plumbing and HVAC work as well. Will definitely use again for any future issues!

We called and got an appointment immediately. Omar came out and looked at our sink and clogged drain letting us know every step what was going on and what he may be doing going forward until our drain was clear. He was very respectful and friendly and would definitely call them again.

I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Waterworks was recommended to me by a friend. Just to be sure I checked out their reviews online, which added up to 4.7 out of 5 stars. I called at 7:45 a.m. the day after New Years Day (a Friday morning), and an actual human, who spoke understandable English, answered. I explained my problem, and she checked that day's scheduled openings, of which there were none. That didn't surprise me, but then I was happily surprised when she offered me an appointment Monday morning. I happily booked it, and, sure enough , Kameron showed up right around 8:30. After some show and tell on my part, he quickly, efficiently, and professionally got to work. He found that I needed new hot and cold water shut-off valves with new 1/4-turn angle stops for improved serviceability, which I authorized him to do after showing me the problem. He was most polite, personable and respectful to me and of my home, and knowledgable, finishing the job in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I am putting Waterworks (and Kameron) on my speed dial for any future needs. Can't recommend them highly enough!

you really need to call these plumbers if you’re in columbus. they showed up right on time, were super friendly, and brought all the proper tools to handle the job. i felt like i could trust them, and it was obvious they really know plumbing inside and out. their prices were very fair too. they took the time to listen to what i needed, worked with my budget, and didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs. when my old house had a tough, deep clog in the pipes, harold and keith worked hard for hours clearing it out, even with all the twists and turns in the sewer line and all the clean-outs. they got everything running smoothly again. i’ll definitely recommend these plumbers to anyone who needs help in columbus!

I’m happy to share how this plumbing company in Columbus really came through for me. When I discovered I had a big water leak under the slab near my kitchen, I was pretty worried about what would happen next. The plumber, Elias, quickly found the leak and explained two different ways to fix it. The best option meant they didn’t have to tear up my floors—instead, they put in new water pipes through the walls. Elias did an excellent job using the attic and wall space to reroute both hot and cold water lines to my kitchen and patio. He finished the work on time, made sure everything was high quality, and took special care not to damage my walls or cabinets. I was impressed with the fair price and attention to detail. I would rate Anthony’s performance 6 out of 5 stars. He called ahead 30 minutes before his arrival . He was cordial, professional and knowledgable. His deliberate communication style and pleasant demeanor made him easy to talk and listen to. He explained the plan using examples that were relevant to my project. Once the installation was complete he invited my wife and I to examine the results as he went over what he’d done and ask for any question. He then removed the floor covering that he used to keep our floors and stairs clean, thanked and wished us well and took off. Robert Crowder was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately diagnosed my water heater issues with me next to him and made it easily understandable. Likewise, he laid out my options for resolving the problems he found without coming off as salesy or pushy. No pressure whatsoever. I was very impressed with his approach.

Parson's Drains and Plumbing were magnificent. Matt and Trevor showed up at the time stated in the email, and the call. They were eager to get the job accomplished as well. As the job got started Matt and Trevor would explain each step if necessary. They were polite, and knowledgeable about their profession. The job took about an hour and Matt and Trevor had me come down to examine their work. They explained in detail how the new Hot water heater worked; thus, stated if there were any issues just call. Arriving right on time—or perhaps a few minutes early—Jeromy and Eloy replaced our hot water heater. Although I am not a plumber, they seemed to be quite competent and were really friendly and professional. They took the time to complete the work right, closely making sure our house was not negatively impacted as they drained and then hauled away the old leaky hot water tank down stairs. They were more than happy to answer all in great detail when I asked them several questions on how the system ran as well as some broad ones like shutoffs. I will most certainly recommend Columbus Plumbing to friends in real estate and property management around here. They were exactly the finest!

Waterworks has been my go-to for years, and they consistently deliver excellent service. Easy, timely scheduling, and they always send experienced, knowledgeable professionals who take the time to thoroughly explain what's going on and walk me through my options. I especially appreciate that they don't just fix the issue - they take the time to answer my questions and provide guidance so I can maintain things myself going forward. They stick to their original quotes when things become more complicated and provide options to manage my costs (e.g. order a part myself.) I had two services in the past two weeks: a kitchen sink installation that required reconfiguring and replacing all of the hardware underneath, and a toilet repair for which the part was not available, but the rep helped me order the correct part and provided enough instruction to install it when it arrives.

I have used Waterworks for years for all my plumbing needs. Their technicians are skilled and experienced. I’ve always received excellent service. Recently, I had the valve to the main water line replaced. The two technicians sent did an excellent job and quickly with no mess.

First visit cost $700 for a tankless water heater flush, whole house filter change, and a new disposal. The water heater flush was fine, he never changed the filter because he couldn't get the cover open (told us we should probably replace it), and installed the disposal. However, he had to go back to his shop to get a disposal after we were told he would have one in his truck. That took 2 hours. Had to come back a third time because instead of turning the house's water line back on, he turned on our irrigation system. We don't think that caused damage, although we won't know for sure until the spring. Within a couple of days the disposal stopped working. We waited a week to get someone back. Same guy said it was a loose wire. It worked after tightening it. Two days later, and it's not working again. I've used Waterworks for years, but this has been a horrible experience and waste of time and money.
