Top Rated Plumbers in Hamilton, Ohio
Pembroke Plumbing
3535 Port Union Rd, Fairfield, OH 45014, USA
(513) 916-0123John was very prompt and professional to come unclog our main drain. Throughout the whole time he was very communicative and professional. He was able to quickly and thoroughly snake the drain and remove the offending object (something that shouldn't have been flushed). I would definitely recommend anyone looking for plumbing work to reach out to Pembroke and request John come out and do their work.
5 months agoHad a sump pump fail over the weekend. Pembroke was able to get out to me late in the day and replace it. Shareef was super polite and very knowledgeable
5 months agoJonathan was very informative & explained all procedures. Customer service was very friendly & got an appointment scheduled immediately. Thank you Pembroke Plumbing for serving the community in such an outstanding way that we feel like our business matters!!!!
6 months agoEco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians
9114 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069, USA
(513) 342-8502Phillip and the three other crew members are awesome!! They worked every minute and were so personable and respectful of our property and wanting our yard to look as good as possible after having the underground drainage system replaced! They will return in a few days to finish up some loose ends. They gave 110% and I am so impressed with them, their work ethic, and the end result of this project. Very happy and satisfied!! Would also like to recognize Kevin Walters and Ryan Montgomery. Also thanks to Jordan and Evin who handled installing a new water heater! Thumbs up to them all!
7 months agoEven though they were hours late and yes, really messed up my day schedule wise- the tech that came was great ! Kevin W was my technician (which he didn’t exist as one of the options to leave feedback about) but he was very thorough. Listened to all our concerns, and ran 100’ snake from an outdoor Cleanout to the road. I had preferred the snake to be ran from my inside cleanout due to what was happening in my interior plumbing, but the exterior was easier access and less messy, I guess. And he did get the large blob with some roots in it out of the main. My understanding was the $93 special included it being cameraed which it wasn’t. I asked if they would clean it out from two locations -which would be pulling the toilet in the furthest bathroom where the original problem was. And it was going to be more than $500 To pull the toilet and run a basic snake/no rotator/cutting. I think that amount is crazy especially since the hours late arrival cost me a few hundred dollars in other domino effect scheduling problems where I was supposed to meet someone an hour away and I couldn’t make while waiting for this appointment -and that cost me $$$. Overall Regarding the specific service I received while Kevin was here though, he was kind, professional, and definitely removed a large clog from my main about 25 feet from the Cleanout, toward road.
7 months agoElijah was great. Came in and got the job done in about 2 hours. Didn’t push anything additional and let me make a call. There was expected, but minimal removal of a current DIY project and I won’t have to do much to fix and be back on track. Elijah also tested and cleaned up before leaving which was better than how it looked when he got there. I would def recommend ECO and call them again if I have an issue
5 months agoMain Drain
2900 Tytus Ave, Middletown, OH 45042, USA
(513) 465-2525Jeremiah showed up to our house quickly and assessed the issue. He found a clog in our main drain. He got right to work, and explained everything very thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He was quick to fix the issue and helped clean up afterwords. I would 1000% reccomend his services to anyone. This was our first big plumbing experience since we bought our house and it’s safe to say, he earned a customer for life. Thank you!
4 months agoJeremiah from Main Drain was awesome to work with. He came out and jetted our leach lines and also ran a camera through them so he could locate and mark exactly where the lines run. That was super helpful for us to finally know where everything is. He’s a really nice guy, easy to talk to, and just overall great to deal with. He explained what he was doing as he went and answered all of my questions without making it feel rushed. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. Really appreciate the work he did for us. If you need septic or drain work done, I would definitely recommend Jeremiah at Main Drai
2 months agoWe called him the Wednesday before Labor day. He was out with a good price great guys and got the job done in a few hours. The clean up looks great. Highly recommend

6 months agoHELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drains
6 N Commerce Park Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45215, USA
(513) 973-4124Josh did an amazing job! He was very kind and courteous! He wore boot covers and put covers on the wheels of the drain snake to make sure my floors stayed clean. He was here about an hour, and got my floor drain in the basement cleared. Fantastic service and price! Even when I scheduled them out, the lady who made my appointment was extremely nice! I HIGHLY recommend HELP!
3 months agoJJ was my advanced field tech who chauffeured me around on a ride-a-long. We went to this customers home to diag a condensers unit that was frozen over in frigid, icey conditions and although we encountered some complications like a language barrier and more we we able to defrost her system. Test her return lines and ensure her unit was safely and properly operational before we departed. Upon the departure, we notified the customer the best we could ( due to language barriers) about our visit. We packed, up cleaned up, double check and left without a trace. Thank you HELP and JJ.
3 months agoMy husband and I have been using HELP for years and have never been disappointed. Everyone that has ever come out has been friendly and knowledgeable. They never overcharge, leave a mess, or do a bad job. We had a new furnace installed, had some trouble getting it to work because of our old exhaust pipes. HELP sent someone out ASAP. They truly went above and beyond to get everything up and running. From going to multiple supply houses to find a part we needed to working on Christmas Eve. Especially our original installer, he not only came back out but climbed up on our roof in the freezing cold and wind to rerun the pipes. Some companies would have left us hanging but you guys did not. Thank you!
5 months agoAmerican Plumbing Solutions LLC
3471 Greenfield Ct, Maineville, OH 45039, USA
(513) 812-9114Amazing experience all around! Found Ricky through Yelp and started messaging there. Communication was quick and clear. He worked with our schedule (evenings or weekends only) and got us booked in to replace our kitchen faucet and clear a blocked drain. He arrived within the estimated window, wore shoe covers, and was very efficient. Pricing was good for the value of service we received. He cleaned up after himself and took all packaging with him. Great service, would definitely recommend to anyone!
1 year agoRicky was great to work with from start to finish. Came out to check our toilet that was not flushing properly. He found that the toilet was a water saver that had an interesting contraption in the bowl for efficiency. He offered two options, and we went with the new toilet that he recommended. If a plumber uses it in their own home, it must be a good one! I was able to get the toilet ordered and then scheduled with Ricky quickly. He was very polite and did a great job! Will recommend him to others and continue to use him for future jobs.
1 year agoBest experience ever with Ricky. He was early, informative, and offered a great value. A far cry from the last company we had out to offer an estimate. I would highly recommend Ricky for any of your plumbing needs

(513) 216-1724Great service, Great price, James Ashley was courteous and professional, he did a phenomenal job of cleaning my drains
9 months agoI own a bar around the corner from them, called The Belle and The Bear, I called them last minute and explained that my men’s toilet wasn’t working and without a working toilet I couldn’t legally open, they switched things around and did everything they could to make it happen and they did! They had an amazing technician Aaron come out and fix everything quickly and precisely. They were all so kind and thoughtful from the moment the lady answered the phone to the goodbye from the Aaron. I was so incredibly impressed with this company and extremely thankful to them. They go above and beyond and that is very rare these days. Well done!
5 months agoWater was pooling in my backyard. Aaron quickly found the leak and repaired it. I would highly recommend Blue Ash Plumbing.
8 months agoSchlueter Plumbing - The No Nonsense Plumber
11645 Lebanon Rd, Sharonville, OH 45241, USA
(513) 970-6874⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Schlueter Plumbing delivered exceptional service from start to finish. Their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and offered clear, fair pricing with no surprises. They even found the most cost-effective way to solve the issues long term. What really stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my home. The technician worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and genuine customer care, but Schlueter Plumbing does exactly that. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, high‑quality plumbing work. They’ve definitely earned my trust for future projects.
4 months agoThey did show up. The simple problem was fixed. However I was charged excessively for the job. They saw a huge house & tried to take advantage of me. My father was a master contractor. He could have fixed this in less than an hour. I was charged $538. Because I have roommates I felt forced to pay this amount. But I do know I was overcharged. I was told by the plumber it was a flat rate. When I called the company, they said the charge was based on the hours needed, supplies etc. So they gave me two different reasons. Very frustrating. My father would have never treated anyone like this. The water was seen in the basement. The leak was from above the room. It was simple to find. Simple to fix. And because this is an actual plumbing company, they should keep basic supplies on them. Not need to go get them. This was an hour job. By a younger licensed plumber. There is no way possible I should have been charged this amount. I work with contractors on a regular basis. Not to mention I grew up with a contractor father. At most this would be $150 job including supplies. I asked other plumbers & each said I was very much overcharged. Was the pipe made of gold & diamonds? No a regular copper pipe.
4 months agoOur toilet in our master bathroom was leaking. It went through the floor and was leaking to the bathroom on the floor below. I called Schleuter Plumbing and they got a tech out to us same day. Craig was great! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the issue and presented me with three options to resolve it. I ended up getting a new toilet. He installed it for me same day and now everything is nice and dry and good as new!

2 days agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Hamilton, Ohio
Hamilton residents know that whether you're living in a historic home near the German Village or a newer property closer to the West Side, drain issues don't wait for a convenient time. Finding a reliable plumber who is actually available when your kitchen sink overflows or your basement floor drain backs up can be a frustrating game of phone tag. That’s where we change the experience for Butler County homeowners.
Our service takes the guesswork out of emergency plumbing. Instead of calling through a directory and hoping someone answers, we utilize our network of 15 local Hamilton experts. We filter by your exact zip code and—most importantly—we personally call the technicians to confirm they can handle your specific drain cleaning job today. By the time you connect with us, we’ve already done the legwork to ensure a pro is ready to head your way.
Common Drain Issues in Hamilton, Ohio
Historic Home Pipe Scaling: Many older homes in Hamilton’s central neighborhoods feature cast iron or clay pipes that are prone to internal scaling and root intrusion. These materials often require specialized descaling or hydro-jetting to restore full flow without damaging the aging infrastructure.
Hard Water Buildup: Like much of Southwest Ohio, Hamilton deals with significant water hardness. Over time, mineral deposits combine with soap scum to create "rock-hard" clogs in shower and sink drains that standard hardware store snakes simply can't penetrate.
Great Miami River Basin High Water Table: During periods of heavy rain, the high water table in the Miami Valley can put pressure on sewer lines. This often leads to sluggish drains or basement floor drain backups, especially in homes without updated backwater valves.
Kitchen Grease and Disposal Misuse: With the thriving local food scene and busy family life in Hamilton, kitchen sinks take a beating. We frequently see clogs caused by grease solidification and fibrous food waste that requires professional-grade motorized augers to clear properly.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Hamilton, Ohio
Fall Leaf Management: Before the first frost hits Butler County, ensure your outdoor area drains and gutters are clear of fallen leaves to prevent basement seepage during autumn rainstorms.
Winter Pipe Protection: During Hamilton’s freezing winter nights, keep your cabinet doors open to allow warm air to circulate around kitchen and bathroom pipes, preventing the ice blockages that often mimic a standard clog.
Spring Sump Pump Check: With the spring thaw and heavy Ohio rains, verify your sump pump and its discharge line are clear. A clogged discharge line can lead to immediate basement flooding.
Summer Roots: Warm weather accelerates tree root growth. If you have large trees near your sewer line, mid-summer is the best time for a preventative camera inspection to catch root intrusion before it causes a total backup.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Hamilton, Ohio
Prices in Hamilton typically range based on the severity of the blockage and the equipment needed. A simple sink snake is on the lower end, while main sewer line hydro-jetting or weekend emergency calls will increase the total cost.
Frequently Asked Questions about Drain Cleaning in Hamilton, Ohio
Do you service all zip codes in Hamilton, OH?
Yes, we cover the entire Hamilton area including 45011, 45013, and 45015. We filter our network to find the closest plumber to your specific neighborhood to ensure the fastest response time.
How do you verify if a Hamilton plumber is actually available today?
We don't just look at a calendar. Once we identify the best-rated plumbers in our Hamilton network, we contact them directly to confirm they have an open slot and the right equipment for your specific drain issue before we connect you.
Is 24-hour emergency drain cleaning available in Butler County?
Absolutely. We understand that a sewage backup at 2 AM is a crisis. Our verification service operates around the clock to find Hamilton pros who provide 24/7 emergency support.
Can Hamilton's hard water affect how often I need drain cleaning?
Yes, the high mineral content in the local water supply can lead to faster buildup in your pipes. We recommend Hamilton residents consider a professional cleaning every 18-24 months to prevent 'calcified' clogs.
What is the most common cause of sewer backups in Hamilton?
In older parts of the city, root intrusion from mature trees into aging clay pipes is the most common culprit. In newer developments, it's often a combination of 'flushable' wipes and grease buildup.
