DrainMaster Drain Cleaning & Sewer Line Repair
4696 Trabue Rd, Columbus, OH 43228, USA
(614) 739-8464Great customer service. John was very knowledgeable at what he does. I was so glad to have found Drain Masters. They were able to schedule me in quickly ( next day) compared to the other company (a 24 hr emergency service plumbing company ) which was scheduled a week out. ??
5 months agoJohn was fantastic! He was kind, intentional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the issue before getting to work. He went above and beyond to make sure our drain was fully unclogged and running properly. We truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
3 months agoFrom my first phone call to Drain Masters they (Charity) were attentive, responsive and clear in terms of options and costs. They got us on the schedule quickly as well. Great communication during the entire process. The techs, Devin and Eric, clearly knew what they were doing, easy to talk with, explained things clearly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. (Just for context, this was a commercial call to a relatively old church building, so a little more complicated, I'm guessing, than a residential call.) We did need a follow up visit, and I'm happy to say that it was taken care of efficiently and professionally, just as the first was. I'm very happy with DrainMaster.
3 months agoPlumbing Columbus & Drainage Clean
4300 Janitrol Rd #110, Columbus, OH 43228, USA
(380) 234-4382I discovered a stubborn clog in the shower drain, so I called their experts team to take a look. Their tech showed up promptly and assessed the situation. The buildup of hair and soap was removed with professional tools. Water now drains fast again. Very happy with the outcome.
3 months agoThe washing machine drain overflowed during spin cycles. Their crew cleared blockage and verified pipe slope. No overflow since.
4 months agoArriving right on time—or perhaps a few minutes early—Jeromy and Eloy replaced our hot water heater. Although I am not a plumber, they seemed to be quite competent and were really friendly and professional. They took the time to complete the work right, closely making sure our house was not negatively impacted as they drained and then hauled away the old leaky hot water tank down stairs. They were more than happy to answer all in great detail when I asked them several questions on how the system ran as well as some broad ones like shutoffs. I will most certainly recommend Columbus Plumbing to friends in real estate and property management around here. They were exactly the finest!
1 year agoPlumbing & Drain Professionals
372 Morrison Rd suite d, Columbus, OH 43213, USA
(614) 758-6237Plumbing & Drain Professionals was GREAT. They arrived quickly and addressed the issue with the basement drain quickly and professionally. The cost was reasonable and fair. Gary was fantastic, explaining the issue and how to keep it from happening in the future. I highly recommend this company and the services they provide.
5 months agoCarl was extremely friendly. He explained what he was going to do and why and the cost. I would recommend using Plumbing and Drains to anybody. I will use them again. I called yesterday around 4 pm and they arrived around 9-9:30 am this morning. My drain is running clear because Carl made sure it was.
3 months agoArrived same day and fixed a clog and replaced the incorrect plumbing left by the previous owners. Gave tips for preventing a problem in the future. Rodney was very knowledgeable. Very happy with service! Will use again (but hopefully I won't need to!)
3 months agoTRANSIT & FLOW
875 N High St suite 414, Columbus, OH 43215, USA
(614) 333-8092I had a great experience with this plumbing company. They did an excellent job with the drain cleaning—everything is flowing perfectly now. The team arrived right on time, were professional, and got the work done efficiently. I really appreciated their punctuality and the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing services!Robert and Alloune did great work on the drain cleaning!
3 months agoHad to repair my water heater and the whole process was super fast and smooth. I was able to book a next-day timeslot and the communication was great throughout the whole ordeal. I appreciate the help, transparency, and efficiency of the job. Would definitely recommend.
4 months agoI highly recommend Transit & Flow! From the moment I called, their customer service was excellent. The plumber arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but they exceeded my expectations.
5 months agoMr. Rooter Plumbing of Columbus
405 Brice Rd N, Blacklick, OH 43004, USA
(614) 254-5463Woke up to frozen sump pump drain lines. Mr. Rooter was able to send someone out and remedy the issue same day. Anthony, the tech who did the work, was great. Very personable and professional. Kept me informed every step of the way. Will call them again if needed.
4 months agoSimply the best. We had our Sewer back up. Gave them a call. They came out asap. Very professional. Diagnosed the issue, and showed me on the camera what was wrong. They got to work right away. Treated our home like it was theirs. Over the four days we only had a couple hours of downtime which was awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. We had no worries. The final product looks and functions great. Price was more than fair. If we need to have anything else done Rotor Rooter will be the ones we call. They also give a military discount. Great guys!
7 months agoSo, who do you call when your husband tells you on the morning of Christmas Eve that both of the downstairs toilets in your condo are non-functional? And we were expecting nine people on Christmas morning! After looking online for Same Day Plumbers, I called Mr. Rooter - Columbus. They were helpful in starting the process of getting us on the list — and never mentioned that I was calling at a busy holiday time. We were given a four hour window and Brandon arrived about two hours later. Since these were the original toilets from the 2007 construction, he explained that there were several options. We had already tried to ‘solve the problems’ by replacing various parts several times, but that wasn’t working. So, we decided that they this time they needed to be replaced. Brandon left for about a half hour to get what was needed, then returned and installed the two toilets. He was careful to clean up as he worked. We were so thankful that we were able to get kind and courteous help the day before Christmas! We felt that the price was reasonable. If there happens to be another plumbing situation, we NOW know who to call!
5 months agoThe Waterworks Plumbing, Drain, Heating & Cooling
1999 Longwood Ave, Grove City, OH 43123, USA
(614) 300-6225Waterworks has been my go-to for years, and they consistently deliver excellent service. Easy, timely scheduling, and they always send experienced, knowledgeable professionals who take the time to thoroughly explain what's going on and walk me through my options. I especially appreciate that they don't just fix the issue - they take the time to answer my questions and provide guidance so I can maintain things myself going forward. They stick to their original quotes when things become more complicated and provide options to manage my costs (e.g. order a part myself.) I had two services in the past two weeks: a kitchen sink installation that required reconfiguring and replacing all of the hardware underneath, and a toilet repair for which the part was not available, but the rep helped me order the correct part and provided enough instruction to install it when it arrives.
3 months agoFirst visit cost $700 for a tankless water heater flush, whole house filter change, and a new disposal. The water heater flush was fine, he never changed the filter because he couldn't get the cover open (told us we should probably replace it), and installed the disposal. However, he had to go back to his shop to get a disposal after we were told he would have one in his truck. That took 2 hours. Had to come back a third time because instead of turning the house's water line back on, he turned on our irrigation system. We don't think that caused damage, although we won't know for sure until the spring. Within a couple of days the disposal stopped working. We waited a week to get someone back. Same guy said it was a loose wire. It worked after tightening it. Two days later, and it's not working again. I've used Waterworks for years, but this has been a horrible experience and waste of time and money.
3 months agoHad them do a water softener installation. Plumber who showed up at my house was very polite, personable, and efficient. Didn’t take him long at all to do the job, was even able to do things in a way that saved us about $400 off the original estimate. Would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.
4 months agoParson Plumbing and Drains
2889 Johnstown Rd Suite C, Columbus, OH 43219, USA
(614) 916-8632Parson's Drains and Plumbing were magnificent. Matt and Trevor showed up at the time stated in the email, and the call. They were eager to get the job accomplished as well. As the job got started Matt and Trevor would explain each step if necessary. They were polite, and knowledgeable about their profession. The job took about an hour and Matt and Trevor had me come down to examine their work. They explained in detail how the new Hot water heater worked; thus, stated if there were any issues just call. Matt and Trevor then cleaned up the job over and beyond. I'd recommend Parsons Drains and Plumbing. Matt and Trevor were A class. I would recommend Parsons Plumbing and Drains because of their Performance, Friendliness, and the fabulous value. Thank You.
7 months agoWe are extremely pleased with the job done by Christopher with Parson Plumbing! He was very thorough, knowledgeable, communicated well, and explained everything clearly. He was also friendly and helpful! The company was able to schedule him quickly and that was important in our case. We just can't give them enough praise! We have multiple properties and have been looking for a decent plumbing company for years. They are now the only plumbers we will use! Needless to say, highly recommended!
3 months agoWorked absolutely amazing with our home insurance company. We’ve paid very little out-of-pocket team was more than friendly and willing to explain everything that I had questions for. Spoke to my home insurance just one time and unit was literally installed the next day which was a Saturday!!! Amazing team😁
4 months agoEco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians
4691 Northwest Pkwy, Hilliard, OH 43026, USA
(614) 665-5197Nick and Jimmy did a wonderful job with the installation of a new furnace and AC units. They explained what they were doing and how everything should work. They also had to fix a crapy job done by another company at no extra charge. We highly recommend ECO and their fabulous team of technicians. Thanks Nick and Jimmy!
6 months agoVery easy and quick scheduling- same day! David was fantastic. He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the leak was fully repaired and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he’s a good guy who cares about doing the job right. Really appreciated his professionalism and dedication.
3 months agoI would rate Anthony’s performance 6 out of 5 stars. He called ahead 30 minutes before his arrival . He was cordial, professional and knowledgable. His deliberate communication style and pleasant demeanor made him easy to talk and listen to. He explained the plan using examples that were relevant to my project. Once the installation was complete he invited my wife and I to examine the results as he went over what he’d done and ask for any question. He then removed the floor covering that he used to keep our floors and stairs clean, thanked and wished us well and took off. Robert Crowder was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately diagnosed my water heater issues with me next to him and made it easily understandable. Likewise, he laid out my options for resolving the problems he found without coming off as salesy or pushy. No pressure whatsoever. I was very impressed with his approach.
4 months agoEco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians
428 Beecher Rd Suite C, Gahanna, OH 43230, USA
(614) 665-5197I have unfortunately been very unsatisfied with my experience with Eco. Some of my frustration in this whole process has been due to factors outside their control so I am not putting all the blame on them. However, there are some things I wish were handled better and that could have been prevented. I had a broken drainage pipe underground where the sump pump discharge piping and downspout pipe met. Eco determined I needed full pipe replacement from the beginning of the sump pump (in our backyard) out to the street. Cost was $6,100. After some cancellations due to Eco’s busy schedule (not mine), they finally came out only to be told that utilities (except for water) had not been marked and flagged. The workers waited outside all day in their truck for utilities to be marked but they never came. They waited outside in their trucks from 8am-5pm. Days later gas came and marked but internet and electric did not. It was the day before they were set to come out again. I messaged Eco saying it was not yet marked for these 2. This was the reply I received: “Hi David! We were notified that AEP, Brightspeed, and Charter (Spectrum/Time Warner) were all no conflict at this time in the digging area! Thank you for checking!” The next day the guys came out and started working. Within the hour our internet cable was cut….awesome. Apparently there was a conflict, which was obvious. They kept working until the guy came to my door and said they were getting close to the depth of where the electric line would be. He asked if I wanted them to continue but I might risk getting our power to the house cut. I appreciated him asking this time and told him, “No, I’d rather not risk it.” They left and told me there would be another day scheduled. They left with some of the work done and deep uncovered canal where they did not finish. Note: I have two toddlers. Open spots like this, mud from rain, all of it is super hard to keep toddlers clear of. Power came out and marked/flagged. The work was finally set to be finished. They came out while I was gone. It was my wife and two kids home. All the other days I flexed my work schedule to be home but I couldn’t on this day. They finished the work that day but the mess of our yard was kind of ridiculous. They finished out in the rain. Their machine made such a huge stretch of our yard so unnecessarily caked with mud. They led their machine and ran the pipe through a landscaped area that my wife had just planted flower seeds in. They easily could and should have gone around it. We’ve spent hours trying to consolidate the mud areas so we don’t have so much grass killed. It was so much hassle, such a long process and at the end of it all we get to spend hours trying to clean up the yard mess and I got to pay $6,100 for it. I do have confidence though that I won’t have to worry about the pipes breaking again. They put quality pipes in. So some of it was outside of their hand, but other parts definitely could have been prevented. I just feel frustrated with how things went and would be hesitant to call Eco again. Their communication is good, but with how much we paid out I was hoping to feel satisfied afterwards with their good work. After sharing with the company my experience they sent someone out to look at the yard. It was after I spent hours working on it. He acknowledged the frustration but ultimately said there wasn't anything they could do.
11 months agoAbsolutely phenomenal service from beginning to end. When questions about a diagnosis for our furnace arose The younger guys were very quick to bring Eric in for further diagnosis which made us feel like we were their only customer for the day. Every single person we’ve dealt with has been exceptional. By far the best experience I’ve had with plumbing or HVAC issues. They diagnosed and repaired one of our furnaces and replaced the second one within days of my phone call. Amazing. Highly recommend .
5 months agoCalled eco for furnace service ahead of a cold snap. Eric Spencer arrived and helped explain the issues he identified and the plan to help with short term results, along with more sustainable long term solution. He was happy to have me watch him work and explain in the process in more detail- I'm that person that's genuinely curious and like to learn about how my home operates. He worked efficiently and left no trace. The pricing seemed reasonable. I was very satisfied with eco and the work Eric completed. I'd be happy to work with them in the future.

Common Drain Issues in Grove City, Ohio
Tree Root Intrusion: In the established neighborhoods of Grove City, mature trees are a hallmark of the landscape. Unfortunately, these roots often seek out moisture in older clay or cast-iron sewer lines, leading to massive blockages and potential pipe collapses.
Hard Water Mineral Buildup: Central Ohio is known for its hard water. Over time, calcium and magnesium deposits can narrow the diameter of your pipes, creating a rough surface that catches hair, soap scum, and food waste, leading to frequent slow drains.
Kitchen Grease and Disposal Issues: With the family-centric lifestyle common in Grove City, kitchen sinks see a lot of action. The accumulation of cooking fats and oils, especially during the holiday seasons, is one of the leading causes of emergency plumbing calls in the area.
Basement Floor Drain Backups: Many Grove City homes feature basements that are vulnerable to heavy Ohio rainstorms. If your floor drains aren't clear, a heavy downpour can lead to localized flooding and sewer backflow, causing significant property damage.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Grove City, Ohio
Prepare for the Spring Thaw: As the Ohio winter breaks, check your outdoor drains and basement sump pump discharge lines to ensure they aren't blocked by debris or lingering ice.
Post-Storm Inspections: After the heavy thunderstorms common in the Grove City summer, watch for gurgling sounds in your toilets, which can indicate that the municipal sewer system surge has impacted your home's main line.
Fall Leaf Maintenance: Keep your yard drains and street gutters clear of fallen leaves during the autumn months to prevent water from backing up into your foundation or garage.
Winter Pipe Protection: Before the first freeze in Grove City, disconnect garden hoses and ensure that any exposed pipes in unheated crawlspaces are insulated to prevent freezing and subsequent bursting.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Grove City, Ohio
Standard drain cleaning in Grove City typically ranges from $125 for a simple sink or tub snake to $475 for complex main line clearing. Final pricing depends on the severity of the clog and the equipment required, such as high-pressure hydro-jetting.
