I had a great experience with this plumbing company. They did an excellent job with the drain cleaning—everything is flowing perfectly now. The team arrived right on time, were professional, and got the work done efficiently. I really appreciated their punctuality and the quality of their work. Be careful with this company and its referrals. After a failed snaking for a back up in our basement, they referred me to Zoom Drain for a jetting and camera. Both companies were in suspiciously close contact with each other about the situation and cost to repair, stating that there was a collapsed pipe which would need to be dug up and replaced for thousands of dollars. I got a second opinion from a third company, who addressed a clog and confirmed there was no structural damage. I feel a responsibility to post this for others to be aware. Please do not feel pressured to go down a certain (expensive) path if something doesn't feel right with this company or its recommendations.

Had to repair my water heater and the whole process was super fast and smooth. I was able to book a next-day timeslot and the communication was great throughout the whole ordeal. I appreciate the help, transparency, and efficiency of the job. Would definitely recommend.

From my first phone call to Drain Masters they (Charity) were attentive, responsive and clear in terms of options and costs. They got us on the schedule quickly as well. Great communication during the entire process. The techs, Devin and Eric, clearly knew what they were doing, easy to talk with, explained things clearly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. (Just for context, this was a commercial call to a relatively old church building, so a little more complicated, I'm guessing, than a residential call.) Just before Christmas my basement floor drain kept backing up all over. I called Drain Master’s the day after Christmas as they had good reviews and were local family owned. John and Dillon came out in about 4 hours to investigate. They were very knowledgeable, professional and nice guys all around. Thankfully I had an outside drain clean out and chose to hydrojet and camera my main line. They were here about 2 hours scoping and jetting my line as it was tree roots causing the problem. My house is 93 years old and it was great to watch their camera scoping to see that my overall drain was still in quite good condition! They let me hangout with them the whole time and learned they also do many other drain, plumbing and HVAC work as well. Will definitely use again for any future issues!

Carl was extremely friendly. He explained what he was going to do and why and the cost. I would recommend using Plumbing and Drains to anybody. I will use them again. I called yesterday around 4 pm and they arrived around 9-9:30 am this morning. My drain is running clear because Carl made sure it was.

Parson's Drains and Plumbing were magnificent. Matt and Trevor showed up at the time stated in the email, and the call. They were eager to get the job accomplished as well. As the job got started Matt and Trevor would explain each step if necessary. They were polite, and knowledgeable about their profession. The job took about an hour and Matt and Trevor had me come down to examine their work. They explained in detail how the new Hot water heater worked; thus, stated if there were any issues just call. Matt and Trevor then cleaned up the job over and beyond. I'd recommend Parsons Drains and Plumbing. Matt and Trevor were A class. I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. I had a steady water leak coming from a shutoff valve on a Friday afternoon. I called around 3 pm, and they came out the same day, checked the valve, tightened the bolt, treated the area, and stopped the leak right away. They also let me know they could come back later and replace the valve if needed. Keith also helped get my outdoor spigots ready for the colder season, which I really appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about this plumber. We had a leaking shower faucet that was starting to damage the drywall, and the bathroom had very old antique plumbing and fixtures. We had two other plumbers look at it first. One gave us a very high quote, and the other started some work but did not seem confident with the repair and wanted to open up the shower tile instead of going through the drywall, which would have made the job much more expensive and harder to restore. We called this local plumbing company over the weekend, and they quickly sent Keith out the next day. He did excellent work, paid close attention to the details, and repaired everything in a solid long-term way. He used proper plumbing methods and took the time to make sure the shower valve, pipes, and connections were done right. He also explained our options clearly, including rebuilding the old shower fixture or updating it, and we decided to modernize it. The final cost was very reasonable and saved us money compared with the earlier quotes, especially since it also avoided unnecessary tile damage and extra repair work. As an added bonus, Keith helped with a small door issue at no extra charge. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and honest. The Waterworks plumbing company provided a pleasant and efficient plumber to open up my outside drain from the street to the sump pump. They did this for me about five years ago. My service man was very professional and took care to do his best. Price increased significantly in five years but otherwise, I’m satisfied with the outcome. They did however, offer once again a senior discount.

I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Waterworks was recommended to me by a friend. Just to be sure I checked out their reviews online, which added up to 4.7 out of 5 stars. I called at 7:45 a.m. the day after New Years Day (a Friday morning), and an actual human, who spoke understandable English, answered. I explained my problem, and she checked that day's scheduled openings, of which there were none. That didn't surprise me, but then I was happily surprised when she offered me an appointment Monday morning. I happily booked it, and, sure enough , Kameron showed up right around 8:30. After some show and tell on my part, he quickly, efficiently, and professionally got to work. He found that I needed new hot and cold water shut-off valves with new 1/4-turn angle stops for improved serviceability, which I authorized him to do after showing me the problem. He was most polite, personable and respectful to me and of my home, and knowledgable, finishing the job in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I am putting Waterworks (and Kameron) on my speed dial for any future needs. Can't recommend them highly enough!

He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly from start to finish. He walked me through the issues in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was that he never talked down to me or made me feel rushed. He answered my questions respectfully and made sure I understood my options. We experienced a full-on plumbing emergency on 2/3/26 when water started pouring both outside our house from the second-floor soffit and inside the same kitchen wall. After turning off the main water to the house, I did some quick research and found T&H Plumbing Services recommended by a few friends. I gave them a call, and within two hours, Tony and Owen were here to inspect the issue and provide a repair recommendation. What impressed me most, though, was that instead of doing a quick fix or needing to come back another time, they prioritized our project and stayed for hours to do the job the right way. They didn’t just fix what was broke, they took the time to address the bigger issue: a PVC hot water line that had been run through the soffit area outside/above the kitchen window, which never should have happened when the house was built. They could have done a quick patch, but instead they made repairs in a way that helps prevent this from happening again. They were incredibly thorough and genuinely invested in making sure we had a long-term solution, not just a temporary fix. Emergency situations are stressful, especially when it’s been freezing for weeks and you’re forced to shut off the main water to your home. Had a pipe burst behind drywall on first floor. Dave was able to determine the location of the leak with minimal impact to drywall. Arriving right on time—or perhaps a few minutes early—Jeromy and Eloy replaced our hot water heater. Although I am not a plumber, they seemed to be quite competent and were really friendly and professional. They took the time to complete the work right, closely making sure our house was not negatively impacted as they drained and then hauled away the old leaky hot water tank down stairs. They were more than happy to answer all in great detail when I asked them several questions on how the system ran as well as some broad ones like shutoffs.
