Expert Drain Cleaning in Findlay, OH

We recently used Siferd Plumbing for a repair job over the weekend. The plumber Levi showed up promptly and did his best to unclog our kitchen drain. In the end, after further troubleshooting the necessary repair was too involved and required that it be scheduled later in the week for a drain pipe replacement. The repair was promptly scheduled and Levi and another plumber completed the repair. They increased the size of the drain pipe and made sure everything was completely clean and clear all the way to the main drain. They were both very professional and cleaned the work area when they were done. The drain works great and the repair work was well done. I highly recommend Siferd Plumbing.

This is an unfortunate review to have to write. We have in the past really enjoyed using Siferd. They do excellent work, so I certainly cannot fault them for that. Their plumber who has been assigned to us saved us many times from headaches, particularly with a tricky dishwasher installation. However, that experience was tainted quite badly as of late. We reached out for an estimate on replacing a toilet (customer-supplied) and replacing a toilet valve at the same time. We were quoted almost $700, close to double what we've been charged for similar work in the past. I understand that small jobs carry a high price to the business compared to more lucrative jobs, but we really thought given our past experience we would be quoted a reasonable price. In the process, it was also explained that there had been service call fees charged to us when they were never listed on our invoices for past service. This was broken out more fully for us on this quote. It's painful to me because I really thought we had found our company. Unfortunately, with these prices, we need to look for a new plumbing company now. I give them full credit for their past work, but their apparent new pricing prices us out of service.

israel was the best and so reasonably priced ,work he did to unclog the sewer line ,he was so easy to talk to, and will have him as my plumber for good. A+

When I have a clog he is always available with in a few hours. I have always had the best service and if I still have some issues he will be there in a timely manner. I feel his pricing is always fair. I give Charlie 5 🌟

We hired Dr. Drain to fix bad pipes and to install new ones. They kept rescheduling our service out over 3 weeks. Then, after the service, we've had bad odors coming from the drain and the dirt is sinking oddly where they buried everything. We called and they said they'd send someone out same day and never did. We've been trying for two weeks and now they are screening our calls. They answered from a friend's number today and they said they would contact the office to send someone out. Very dissatisfied for almost 7k ! Update 3:54 pm. Now Dr drain has called and threatened to call the health department for "the way we live," We live fine. Call them. My lawyer will be in touch! BTW I'm not the homeowner so we will see what he does too.

Dr. Drain was very unprofessional. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to use them. After doing the job improperly (leading to the sewage smell in my whole house) they also left a sink hole UNDER the foundation of our house. We haven’t even fixed all the problems they created. They took our money and when we tried to reach out to them, they refused to do anything. And yet they took a great deal of money and refused any refunds. They are crooks in my opinion and I wouldn’t trust them with any job! If I could give them a 0 star review, I would! Run, run away.

CHS plumbing has been the absolute Greatest plumbing service that I had ever called. Charlie and his crew were very thorough and gotten to the bottom of my problem that no other plumbing service didn't even bother try to do! I HIGHLY SUGGEST THESE GUYS! Horrible service, agreed to take the job then backed out last minute without even a phone call to left me know, I waited an hour for them to show up and heard nothing from them, Only to be told when I called that they decided they didn’t want to do it! Wish I could give negative stars

Tony showed up the next day 5 minutes early. He even took the time to open the man holes on the street and check the villages flow to see if it was my problem or theirs. I decided to have him snake the sewer line and he had it flowing in about 10 minutes max after he got all set up. He then had me run my water and went back through the entire system at least 3 times. Guys a awesome person and great at what he does. Im very happy I was recommened him by another business that couldn't help due to a machine being out of working order when I called. I had another company in town come out and could not open the main sewer line, then wanted to replace all of it from the house to the street. Then I called Tony and he had the drain cleared in a matter of 10 minutes and for a fraction of the price! Drainmaster will be my first call from now on.

I have used Mark on multiple jobs. I own a rental company. He has installed faucets unplugged sewer mains, replaced drain lines. I've yet to come up with a job that he is not been able to handle. He's very knowledgeable. He explains to you what is going to be done. Unfortunately, as with any job, unexpected issues do arise. He's handled any of them that has happened. I would highly recommend him to do any plumbing job..

Very good service, friendly staff. Had a clogged sewer, called them about 9:30 am by noon they had it open and running fine. I would highly recommend them.

They are friendly people and know what they are doing. However, they seem to be more capable and willing to do quick fixes or immediate fixes rather than a larger task that is more time consuming. I have been contacting these guys for over 3 months for an issue that has only gotten worse, it is now to the point where I can't run water in my house. When asking for an update today, we were told that a phone call from just 2 weeks ago takes precedence over my issue of about 4 months.

Drew and Diego were wonderful when they came out to install our A/C! They were kind and informative, and Diego even stopped to pay attention to my cats :) I highly recommend All Star; they are very nice and efficient.

What a great company! They always are right on time, do great work and are very, very reasonable when it comes to cost. Had an ongoing issue with a clogged sink and they even found and put in a solution so I could easily go in and fix the issue myself for future issues. They have fixed my air conditioning a couple of times, as well. Tom, Wade and Anette are fantastic, reliable and trustworthy people. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Tom Hiatt's Plumbing and Excavating for any plumbing, HVAC or excavating needs.

Recently the hose on our tankless water heater ruptured. My husband was able to stop the flooding by turning off the water, leaving us without water in the house. Hiatt's sent someone out within a couple hours of our call. They replaced the hose. Since the water heater itself was starting to have issues (it was well over 10 years old), we also had them order a new heater. The job was done within a week. We felt the price was reasonable and we are very happy with the performance of our new Rennai gas-fired tankless water heater. Tom, Wade, Annette and their staff are dedicated to getting the job done right. I appreciate that the times we've needed them they have been johnny-on-the-spot.

I referred a family member to use Hiatt's Plumbing services when they were having issues with their sump pump not running correctly. Wade arrived quickly, was very polite, & corrected the issue in very efficient time. Not only that, but Wade noted that he needed to raise the power point for the pump, as it was close to being a safety hazard with the plug position being very close to the water line. Their service was very much appreciated!

Matt was very professional and quick to fix the issues with my faucet. he was initially only there to replace the faucet, but he noticed my drain was draining slowly, and i had a leak under my sink, so he went ahead with my permission and fixed both. i would use this company again, and would definitely recommend them!

Matt was very unprofessional. He kept having to make calls to his boss cause he didn't know what he was doing. He had multiple smoking breaks as well and charged me $200 and did not solve the problem. He also said he prefered to be paid in cash...He then made suggestion he could fix it but he would have to go out of his way. He took his time as well and I also helped him. I'm very disappointed and especially since I'm a single mom I felt I was taking advantage of. I do not recommend!

Was not expecting same day appt when I called on a Friday! Was happy to see Matt arrive on time, found the problem, gave me an estimate, went got the parts.. and was done in half hour ! (Broken flange) Matt was such a nice guy, very professional, and cleaned up his mess when he was done ! Very impressed! Thank you !
