Fast and friendly service. Chris was very knowledgeable about well services. He even went the extra step to ensure our safety when he noticed I did not have a pressure expansion tank. He explained everything in detail during the estimate and did a great job with the finished product. He took pride in his work and I would highly recommend and use again if needed.

We had Dylan and his team out today to put in a sewer drain liner, i.e. trenchless sewer drain repair. He and his team were prompt, polite, efficient and thorough in explaining to us what they were doing and completing the job. They arranged to have the city clean their section of the sewer line that was obstructed by roots. Drain Tech removed the roots from our 95 year old, 4 inch clay sewer drain connecting to the city line then installed a Hammerhead liner and cured it. They finished ahead of the time they had told us it could possibly take. We were able to use the line as soon as they completed the job. Drain Tech saved us thousands of dollars compared to quotes we had from other companies for liners or trenches. So glad we qualified for a liner as our sidewalk, shrubs and yard did not have to be torn up. Cindy was great to work with setting up the appointments to scope the line and have this crew come out to do the work. We highly recommend this company.

I have been using Drain Tech for years. The last thirty days, I have had to request several service calls to rentals (at least four). I always get same day service, great pricing, fast communication, fair pricing, detailed camera/video footage and necessary communication. The experienced techs never discuss anything with my tenants. The owner goes over and beyond to make me feel as I am her only customer. It is so hard to find good contractors and Drain Tech doesn’t disappoint. I appreciate Cindy and her team.

Called in after disaster struck an my entire line backed up a poured water in the basement. Asked for an early afternoon appt Mike called at 1140 said he would be there in 20-25 minutes and arrived 23 minutes later. Very nice guy very polite and informative as he did what needed done!!! Would absolutely recommend drain tech to anyone needing plumbing service!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. . . I thought only roto rooter would have tried to pull what these guys did. . . A main clean out is about a hundred to 130 for almost every place you call. . . Not these folks. . . I dug a path for the machine due to the snow. . . Dug up the clean out. . . Set everything up in advance to make their job super easy. . . The guy gets here and informs me a drain snake is 550 bucks. . . THATS INSANE. . . . Then they demanded 100 bucks for a trip charge. . . Which I get totally . . . They probably get told no alot given they are 500% higher than the average plumber. . . Then they proceed to take the hundred bucks and drive off with no reciept and no invoice. . . . I've been a contractor for 30yrs and aside from roto rooter I've never encountered such a horrible predatory ordeal. . . I would not recommend these folks for services due to the insanely high prices they charge for menial tasks . . .

Victoria in the office was very accommodating and polite. And Mr. Rubke- well first of all the man put on booties!! Already scores points. Then he carefully addressed all our concerns and fixed our clog. I would 1000% recommend this company again!!

Needed help installing a new dishwasher because the old water connection was leaking badly. The plumber handled both the installation and the pipe repair during the same visit which saved a lot of hassle. He also made sure the appliance was level and running properly before heading out.

Nick and Jerred were wonderful and fixed my kitchen sink quickly and with obvious skill. They diagnosed further issues and solved them on the spot, leaving us with a fully functioning system. They were professional and friendly even when my kid poured random questions at them. Would absolutely request them personally again.

Came home from work to a smoking outlet due to a broken outside spigot line in the wall. I called and within 30 minutes our tech, Chris Sanchez, was there to fix the line since we could only stop the water ourselves by turning off the main line. With a 15 year old, 5 month old and 17 month old, having the water on quickly is a must. He was informative, professional and did the job quickly. Will definitely be calling with future needs.

We had our water heater flushed with a deal they had which was awesome compared to other companies. Our technician was Chris, he was very professional and quick. He was also very respectful to our home by taking on and off his shoe protectors going in and out of our home. This super important to me with having someone work on my home. We also requested a later time which I understand is hard to get when provided timeframes of services (exp: 12-5). The technician (Chris) respected that request which doesn’t ever happen I feel like. Also, thank you to the company for verifying that request was noted! We had a great experience and hope that continues.

I called on a Friday morning and spoke with a nice lady who booked a tech to come out the same day between 12-5 pm to replace our sump pump. I told her we already have the new unit. I asked for a ballpark estimate for labor and she wasn't able to tell me that over the phone, which should have been a red flag. She assured me that rhe tech would look at the situation, give me a quote, and once agreed upon, perform the work right then. So..we waited and Roody showed up a little after 5 (the company did text to let me know he was running behind). He looked at the sump pump pit and determined this basic plumbing repair would take him over an hour to do and he doesn't usually use box store products, but he would do it for us, though he would highly recommend their company's commercial grade system. So he went out to his truck to gather quotes. He came back in and told us It would be $615 to replace the pump. For 1-1.5 hours of labor. Guys this is a plumber. Not an anesthesiologist or lawyer. Do not let this company rip you off. Their commercial grade system was over $3k. Needless to say we declined. Maybe we were naive, but we did not realize corporate companies like this charge significantly more than local plumbers. Lesson learned.

The team at Mammoth Plumbing was exceptional! They got our for our quote quickly. Every step of the way was very professional and even the owner reached out to make sure my husband and I understood the whole process. We had a main line backup. We needed 64 feet of clay pipe lined. This was a HUGE job! We had other quotes but we ended up going with Mammoth because their owner was so wonderful. This was already a very stressful event and the team at Mammoth Plumbing made it seem manageable. To top it off they sent us cookies as a thank you! I highly recommend!

Integrity plumbing did a fantastic job cleaning out my main drain line. Devin showed up with in 2 hours of calling for an appointment. It was 0 degrees outside in January and he had it cleaned out within a half hour. I would highly recommend this company.

I have one of the new construction condos where IPS was the plumbing installer. I figured I would reach out to them to install a water softener system I bought as they should know the ins and outs of all the piping. I had 3 other plumbers physically come out and quote me. IPS though, said they don’t even need to come out, and emailed me a quote quickly. I accepted and scheduled. 30 minutes prior to the 8-11am window, they said I have to reschedule due to company error. Since I took off work to be present, I asked Teresa there’s any discount I can now get as it’s the company’s fault and not mine, she said nope. Whatever, I rescheduled a couple days later and took off work again. Plumbers showed up, investigated, and immediately were questioning the quote that was given to me, as they claimed there was a lot more needed. The guy said we likely need 4-5 hours of work and it’d be ~$400 to do, and they would need to reschedule.. I said if IPS is willing to break a good deal, as not only did they fail to uphold their original quote, but now I’m rescheduling twice. Teresa very quickly sends me a new quote via email while the plumbers are still here and it’s for $1300! How ridiculous, the plumbers walked out with their tails tucked.. I questioned this yet she blamed the reasoning on me for not telling IPS the water softener system has a salt tank and that there’s not much room for installation as if they didn’t do the plumbing for the place? She offered absolutely zero resolution to make a happy customer after multiple failure points on company’s behalf. I couldn’t warn you enough to stay away from Teresa and this company.

We contracted with Atherton for installation of a Kraus double kitchen sink, Moen faucet, and Insinkerator disposal. George Strietz was the technician who performed the installation. He is a very experienced, highly skilled plumber who did an amazing job! He removed the old units, installed new drain traps, replaced old chrome/galvanized fittings with PVC, and installed the new units. Everything was done meticulously! When he was finished he cleaned everything up and took away the old units and boxes. We are so pleased with the entire process. His estimate was timely, price was reasonable, scheduling was perfect. We highly recommend Atherton and will certainly call them for any future plumbing issues.

My repairman, Ryan Maxwell, showed up on time, was friendly, efficient, and did a great job on a leaking toilet. The price turned out to be very reasonable because the fix was simple for him (not for me) and I had a coupon. I have been using Atherton Plumbing since 1971 when it was local and family run. It is now part of a larger company but the same quality, timely, work. I will call them again but I sincerely hope I won't need to.

Sunday morning text from our tenants that shower, sink and toilet were backing up. Called Atherton, they explained the emergency pricing, tech called me 5 minutes later and asked some questions and walked me through the process and pricing. 5 minutes later i had a text with a picture of my technician, Nick, and that he was on his way. 30 minutes later i met himat the property, everything fixed in less than an hour, keeping me in the loop at every step. He did a great job of fixing the issue and cleaning up after himself. I love Atherton for their responsiveness and quality of work.

I have had a horrible experience with a reputable plumbing company. They were suppose to come to my house yesterday between 8-10 am. Something told me to call them at 9 this morning . The rep who answered the phone was the same person who made my appointment this past Friday. He pretended to act like he did not know who I was and that I did not have an appointment. He said he was going to call the techs and then call me back. Needless to say, I am still waiting for the phone call. I researched Evergreen. Adam even came out to my house the end of April to give me a quote. One of the reasons I did not use him was because I had a membership with the other company. Well, I called Evergreen yesterday morning crying about what had happened and if they could kindly help me. Hailey the receptionist/secretary was WONDERFUL and very helpful. She got me an appointment first thing this morning. I received text messages and emails… excellent job communicating and assuring I had an actual upcoming appointment! Evan came to the house within the first hour of my blocked time. I received a phone call, text messages and emails introducing himself so I knew who he was upon arrival. He listened to me. He surveyed the circumstances thoroughly and gave me options. He spent almost 2 hours at my house for a job that could have easily taken him an hour. He chose to talk with me and build a repoire with me! I am forever grateful! He did a beautiful job installing a new shower head and turn on/off lever. He had me look at it and see if I liked it. I loved it!! Beautiful work! I did NOT hesitate to become a yearly member of Evergreen Plumbing! I called the business when Evan left to tell them how much I appreciated Evan and Hailey! They made me beyond happy and satisfied! I highly recommend Evergreen to anyone who needs a plumber. They are very knowledgeable and do very nice work at a reasonable fee. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They unclogged our bathroom sink, cleaned out our main pipe, and completed a full flush on our water heater—all done efficiently and professionally. Noah and Sean were great! Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done right the first time. Evergreen Plumbing was contacted to replace our water softener and RO system for drinking water. We spoke to other prospective plumbing companies about the work but we were not "comfortable" with any of them. Our online research led us to Evergreen Plumbing, and Adam came to our home to quote the job. We were IMMEDIATELY impressed with the professionalism. It was apparent that we needn't be concerned about the work being done to code. The replacement was done, timely, professionally, per code, with quality components. The plumbing crew Adam sent for the work, Kyle and Joel, were kind, friendly, and they performed the work in a way that respected our home!
