Great experience & Great team work on identifying the problem, giving real advice, and true knowledge of the situation about pipes being frozen & how my system is setup. They gave me up front standard price at first along with a military discount quote. They went to work, identified the problem, figured out my complicated kitchen pipes having well & septic system and figured out where the pipes run. Unfortunately a fix could not be done today and no fault of there’s because they truly tried, but only due to the extreme cold temperatures and how my pipes run. Instead of doing extreme damage or over quoting prices for the fix. Advice was given on temporary work arounds until some of this snow melts and temps rise a little more. I thanked them and asked how much it comes to and I was met with a thank you for your service. I responded thank you for your support and asked again I appreciate the help and knowledge and again asked how much does it come to and they responded again with another thank you for your service & stay warm & we are sorry we could not do more as they slowly walked away. Me in disbelief they took 0 payment when many others would jump on the opportunity of a payment. Instead they showed Grace, kindness, & knowledge. They are dedicated, knowledgeable, & hard working. I will not make another call to any other plumber other than this team next time. Highly recommend.

Our adventure with Urus began at the end of October. Throughout the entire process the team were professional and highly responsive. Anytime there was a change I was made aware of it right away. We had them replace a section of our sewer. As soon as we were able to break ground the process seemed to go easier than getting there (permits and such). I also have three kids and a dog who were all too eager for the temporary extra people around the house and the big equipment that was brought. The kids were treated with the same respect as us and the dog with pampering pats. Please consider them or give them a call with your sewer/drain needs if they can help, they will.

I had a flooded crawl space (1 ft water) under my house due to tree root encroachment at multiple levels in my sewer drain. To make a long story short, I had a few other companies and a couple friends fail me on jetting out this drain which in turn caused a major back up. I was referred to Oceanus. Oceanus came out and completely jetted out all of the encroachments from the sewer access at the sidewalk and used their camera to make sure it was clean. These drains have never drained so freely in the 10 yrs I've lived here as they do now. Their employee Jon came out and got to work. He did a phenomenal job. I am so grateful that he is so knowledgeable and took his time to make sure he got every blockage. I will recommend Oceanus Plumbing to everyone. Overnight, the flooding totally subsided and disappeared overnight. I am so thankful and grateful that they cared enough to help me out.

Jim, John and Mike are knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and quick to respond and assess the problem. They are honest and explain different solutions to your issue. They helped update 100 year old plumbing and water jet old clay drainage tile that had some nasty roots causing a backup. Much respect to them.

We were having problems with our main stack pipe in our 60+ yr old home and the drain plumbing from the upstairs bathroom. We were given an estimate including a worst case scenario of digging up a portion of the basement floor and time frame of 3 days. Jim was spot on with his estimate. Jon got all the work done in 3 days as promised. So very grateful to Mike, Jim and Jon for their honesty, superb workmanship and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I was referred to Dan by a friend. I clogged my kitchen sink pipes during the Thanksgiving cooking marathon. I called Dan. He replied almost instantly. We set up the time for his sevrvice. I highly recommend this organization. We had a chronic sewer plugging problem. The owner, Chris, came out and performed a thorough investigation. He found the problem and provided a reasonable quote. We agreed. Three techs showed up on time and spent two days. The work involved excavation and lining of a significant length of sewer line. Very professional and courteous. I consider their service value added.

The guys were so quick to come out to fix My shower. They did such a great job and recommended an awesome shower wand. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are quick, reliable and reasonable.

Worst experience in my 30+ years of homeownership. We hired this company for routine sewer line maintenance and were upsold to an $800 high-pressure cleaning. Just two months later, our basement backed up. We called twice and left messages with no response. When I finally reached the owner, I explained that the city inspected our line and found large roots and a major blockage under the house. His response was that the high pressure service “wasn’t guaranteed” and “roots grow,” which is unreasonable in a two-month span. When I reminded him we paid $800 to clean the line, he told me to hire someone else. When I tried to resolve the issue in person, he threatened me, saying if I showed up I “better have a bulletproof vest on.” My next call was to the police. And the next call to an attorney. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and threatening. I strongly advise against hiring this company.

This is my second time using North Ohio Sewer & Drain. First time was a sewer line backup and today for a slow bathroom drain problem. Everything was handled quickly from scheduling the appointment all the way to the completion of the work Mike is very thorough and always provides upfront pricing with no surprises. We have used this company many times over the last year on our old Lakewood home. They are very efficient, ontime and easy to communicate with. When our toilet wouldn't flush for an unknown reason they were able to locate and remedy the problem quickly as well as get us a concrete contact to finish the job. They have properly diagnosed and fixed multiple plumbing problems including replacement of wax rings, installing a new toilet and leaking pipes. Homeownership is expensive, but its nice to pay a company with such integrity and knowledge.

We were having problems with our main water line and shutoff valve so we needed a plumber. We saw some magnets attached to the new phone book they delivered that had Plumbing 911 on it so we checked it out and liked what we read so we gave them a try. Setup an appointment. Employee came out and let us know the problems, options and prices. I forget the name of the first guy to come out and give us an estimate. He was very nice and friendly. So we went with Plumbing 911 to do the job. The Plumber, Arya Manouchehri, showed up on the time we setup. He was very professional and friendly. He did the job we needed with out any problems. We were more than satisfied with the job he did. If all the employees from Plumbing 911 are like Arya we will be repeat customers. Thanks again Plumbing 911.

Arya was amazing! He explained every step of replacing the wax ring my toilet needed. Extremely friendly. Actually the friendliest repair man I’ve ever encountered. Have some partially frozen PEX pipe and gave plumbing 911 a call, they sent rob out. As he was nice and respectful. I was charged 326 for pipe thawing service and all I received was tiny holes in my dry wall and an explanation of a space heater by the pipe facing the wall. No machine was used to thaw my pipes nor did he attempt to even try to thaw them unless it was with my own space heater. He stated “ he hates the leave defeated”. As a plumber you would think you’d try everything especially when the customer tells you to do what you need to do to get the pipe thawed. When making the appointment they sured me that it’ll be resolved and was not.
