Trustworthy, knowledgeable, down to earth, all around just a great guy. I’ve been using Mike for 3 years in my old home. We’ve had countless different issues, septic, drain, sump pump, hot water tank. He’s solved them all quickly, affordably. He’s even been gracious enough to advise me on a couple small issues I’ve repaired myself. Mike’s your guy, just call and get on the schedule!

Simply put, Mike was fantastic. We had a blockage in our main drain and couldn’t flush the toilets in our house. I called Mike at 7:50 am, and he was at our place at 10:00am the same day. He showed me the issue and explained how he fixed it. The price was extremely reasonable especially since he came out same day on a Sunday morning. Mike will be my first call for any plumbing issues in the future.

Mike seems to be very knowledgeable about plumbing, I needed someone to snake my main sewer line. Mike was not only available within a day of calling but he solved the issue within an hour. He explained why the issues I had were occurring as well as replacing my flapper on my toilet. He is in my opinion a go to if you want quality, affordability, and overall a nice experience! Look no further!

Dave came and cleared floor drain in basement, snaked it and got it back to full function. The drain had slowed so was filling up at night based on furnace condensate draining into drain, so would have small amount of water around drain. Dave was able to be at my house shortly after I call the office same morning!

Called them about a slow basement drain. Their technician David was able to come to my house the same afternoon. He called ahead, showed up on time and got the drain to start flowing better than it has in over a year. I’ve used them before and will use them again in the future.

Called drainworks to clear clogged bathroom sink drain in Bexley. They were the only company to freely say what a clean out cost started at and what would make the price go up from there. The technician arrived the next morning exactly on time with a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. He was polite and communicative, had the tools he needed to complete the job quickly and cleanly. We’ll call them again next time for sure.

Chris did a great job of taking care of us. We had a weak flushing toilet that was actually indicative of a main line clog. Chris was fast and efficient and explained all that he was doing to fix the problem, Which included pulling the toilet and augering/snaking the main line from the toilet drain. He did a thorough job of diagnosing and treating the problem, and he was sensitive to the fact that we are a new church and didn’t have a ton of money. Thanks Chris! -Lewis Center Vineyard Church

I would highly recommend Bella Plumbing for any plumbing issues that may arise! On Nov. 2nd, I discovered my hot water heater was no longer working and my basement was flooding....not due to my water heater, but a water main pipe into the house had broken. I called Chris and he immediately responded within a half hour even though he was out shopping with his family. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very impressive with his work and pricing!! I will be using him for all future plumbing issues!! I hope you do too! You won't be sorry!!!

Good job clearing out our drain house to septic tank. Used the camera system to position and jet out roots in three places in a 75' run of clay tile. Cleared it right out. Tech recommended that a plastic liner be run thru. This was done in 40 degee drizzle.

My son recommended New Albany Plumbing & Drain from his experiences. They were the perfect solution for my broken garbage disposal. I called at 10:00 A.M. hoping for an appointment that day. I was immediately impressed when I heard a live voice. Alexis was so accomodating by scheduling an appointment that day between noon and 5:00 PM. Chris called at 2:00 PM to tell me he would arrive in the next 15 minutes. He arrived and immediately went to work providing me with a total estimate to install my purchased disposal. Chris is very personable and provided me with valuable information regarding the use of the disposal. He completed the installation, cleaned the area, and was in his vehicle by 3:45 PM. I was impressed with his punctuality, professionalism, and work quality. I will use New Albany Plumbing & Drain for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Over the years the bathroom plumbing for the upstairs and downstairs went through several repairs. When Steve came to give us an estimate he pointed out problems where it wasn't working together. Some repairs were just wrong. When Chad came to do the work he made sure he understood the scope of the project. He did an excellent job. The protection of the work area to the cleanup was excellent. The rerouted drains are working great. The price is very reasonable and materials are quality. We are so glad we choose the company we watched grow over the years. Amanda Plumbing grew because they are the best all way around.

5 stars isn't enough. They did work for us replacing an exterior drain from the house to the street. From start to finish it was done well. They are professional, have new tools and well trained staff. Pricing is clear and straight forward from the start. More recently had them come to fix a new bath install ( from another company) that immediately started leaking. John was great, kind to our little kids, wonderful to have in the house and did great work. Had I known they did bath installs before I never would have had Re Bath ( do not recommend) do the install in the first place. The drywall company they recommended was also 100/10 ( not a typo, I mean 100). we are so grateful for John and Duke for fixing everything so well. Every employee we have ever met from this place seems to love working there and is obviously treated with respect. Our 20 year old water heater leaked out and needed replaced. After selecting our new tankless water heater, Nick McKenzie was the tech who arrived first to start the installation process. Our utility room space is challenging/tight, but it didn't phase Nick at all. Another technician was supposed to come to relieve Nick to finish the job, but that tech got called out to another site, so Nick worked extra hours to get the job done. They also sent another tech named Parker to come assist with finishing the job. The installation took 5-6 hours to complete. About 2 hours in, my 8 yr old son arrived home and immediately begin quizzing the techs on how everything worked and wanted to help them. Both Nick and Parker were great with my son! Nick is a trainer, so he immediately went into teaching mode, showing my son what everything was and how it works. They made it fun for him and by the end of the night he declared them as his new best friends. I can't express enough how grateful I am for their approach with my son, all while working diligently to get the job done. They also answered any questions my husband and I had; and once the installation was done, Nick guided us through how to use the new water heater and testing all the fixtures in the house before they left. So impressed with their positive attitudes, knowledge and professionalism!

Nick from Eco Plumbers did a great job removing our grill gas line and pipe. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The removal was done quickly and safely, and he made sure everything was properly capped and secure when he finished. He was respectful of our home, cleaned up the area afterward, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in doing the job right. I scheduled an appointment to have Eco come to my home for a plumbing issue. I was given a window for arrival from 8:00am-12:00 pm on my scheduled date. I was told I would receive a text close to arrival time. Around 10:30 I messaged my confirmation text to see if I could get a timeframe for arrival. The response to that text was that there were emergency appointments that they were attending to and my appointment may need to be rescheduled. This was unacceptable to me as I took work off to make sure that I was home for my appointment. I then called them to see what was going on. That service rep told me I was still on the schedule. No one showed up the entire day and now I’m getting texts for a $50 discount to reschedule since “I cancelled my appointment”. This experience made me feel that my appointment was not as important as others and not showing up was acceptable. Offering a small discount to reschedule is not even an option as I took off work and now have zero faith this company cares about its customers. Horrible communication and customer service is my experience.

Highly recommend! We had an issue with our water heater and Nick and his team quickly identified and fixed the problem. I appreciate that they took the time to educate me on what the problem was and solutions available. Overall, they were responsive, nice, and knowledgeable. Austin was absolutely amazing, he came out to do a sewer inspection and ended up finding some major issues, he wrote up the options and covered them with us in great detail. The team is coming to make the necessary repairs and I’m sure they will be just as impressive!

Denis and team did a great job. Briefed me about their approach to the installation of a new water heater. Called my attention to some differences between the install of my old unit and this new unit. Kept me informed as to progress and walked me through the system once they finished. Aside from a great new tankless water heater you would not have known they were here. Very conscientious and tidy. Also, just a super nice human being.

So this is an update to my last review from last month. Let me first say that if I have a bad experience, like a 1 star experience, it will usually move me to write a review and I've never gone back and updated the review, because I've said what there is to say and I'm done with that company. But in this case, Eco Plumbers called me several times regarding the review, indicating that they wanted to make it right. So I called and spoke with a couple very nice people. They committed to sending someone out to rectify the issues. Long story short Phil and John showed up today and not only adjusted the sore-thumb-looking wire repair from last month, but also addressed the dimmer switch needed on the chandelier. They were very professional and did a great job, the kind of job I was hoping for originally. Besides this, Eco Plumbers had them do this work at no charge (and they never cashed my original $332 check). Now obviously, this was never my objective (to get free work done) and I even offered to pay for the dimmer switch fix, but they said, "no charge". I've never in my life had a company bend over backwards to make a situation right like they did. So this changes my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Never done that before. May never do it again, but in this case it was fully warranted. So I can say that I feel like in the case that something isn't done right, they make it right. And in today's service world, that is a remarkable thing. ----- Previous review from a month ago for context: $700 per hour for electrical work. No joke. Fixed a wire (see picture), took 25 min. $332. That's my review.

Thank you for the excellent service. Was able to have Anthony come out same day as I placed the call. Anthony was great and patient working around the Water Company schedule for shut off and turning back on. No upsell pressure whatsoever. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service. They answered the moment I called and checked what the problem was with the leak in my house. They identified the problem instantly, answered all my questions immediately, and gave me two different solutions. Besides, they took care of arranging the permits and inspections required for the drain damage and water leak, and they left my house looking like nothing had happened. Was incredibly impressed with the professionalism from these plumbers. Kameron came to re-install a toilet that a prior plumber had installed to a rusted flange (which then failed within the year). He was precise with the original quote and charged an incredibly reasonable price. Referred them to my best friend and she had them out a couple days later to fix her toilet and clear some drains. I would highly recommend this company.

Mike and his team at Accurate Plumbing do an exceptional job of diagnosing plumbing problems and fixing them efficiently. They are very professional, knowledgeable and ethical. In addition, their service is very reasonably priced. I was very impressed with Joe who was recently at our house to fix a difficult bathroom leak. Not only did he identify the issue but he did a great job in fixing it and gave me some excellent suggestions for insuring less problems in the future. This is a great company!
