I have used H. Jacks several times and they are always super friendly and helpful. Had to call on a weekend for an emergency plumbing situation. Ken came out within 30 minutes of my call and snaked my main drain line. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I know when I need them they will be there!

Ron and Ben came out to look at and diagnose an issue I was having with my septic/sewer lines. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issues, explained everything thoroughly to me and quickly got me on the schedule for a repair. They were incredibly nice; I highly recommend them!

Called for an emergency appointment once our main drain backed up in our basement laundry room again. Jen was able to schedule a tech the same day. Matthew (Matt) was prompt and timely after communicating his drive time. I knew I needed the pipes jetted from past situations. I have to give Matt a huge shout-out cause he worked his butt off on the main drain for nearly three hours. He made multiple jet and camera passes to clear the clogged line and our water flows freely now. He was very knowledgeable and offered us great advice. He was respectful and cleaned up well. Thanks Matt for a job well done!

I am very impressed with the job Buddy's did for us. John did our hot water tank and recirculation pump replacement and was prompt, thorough, tidy and just overall very professional. Outstanding! Ryan Swiney and Dave Swiney of Valu Rooter Medina are absolutely amazing! We called them around 5:30 PM and they had our sewer line which was completely blocked solid with tree roots cleaned out, and had all of their tools and supplies picked up by 10:00 PM! They are among the most courteous and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Valu-Rooter was able to come out same day and fix a clogged pipe I had tried unsuccessfully to snake. Dave was very personable, understanding, professional, and helpful. He not only got the job done but also gave us tips how to think about and operate our disposal for better results. Thanks Dave!

Nathan came out to do an overall inspection and was honest with his assessment. He fit me in the schedule next day, and was able to help clear my concerns. He’s been here before to help with an emergency and does an amazing job.

Unfortunately amending my original review… Ray and his team were friendly but unfortunately ended up being disappointed. Ray’s team came out to look at our kitchen sink that would not drain. We gave them the run down of the issue we were having and explained everything we had tried to fix the issue. The plumber decided to snake the drain. The snaking did not fix the draining issue. Initially the plumber stated all of the lines looked set up properly. The plumber called his boss (Ray) to discuss the issues. It was not until the plumber sent Ray pictures of the kitchen sink plumbing set up that it was stated to us that the set up was actually not up to code. They stated that they would need to come back out to redo all of the kitchen sink piping. They ensured us that they would assist with our home warranty plan to make sure it would be covered. Weeks went by with nobody reaching out to me. I sent a follow up email with no response. At this point I decided to consult another plumber. This plumber stated that the piping set up may not be how he would have done it but, it was still functional. The new plumber ran a snake and within 15 mins the sink was already started to drain very well. He then checked the leveling of the piping all the way to the main line. He stabilized a few sections that seemed a little bit off. (Something ASP did not do) he let the water continue to run and then snaked on last time to ensure all of the blockage cleared. I asked the new plumber how much it would be. He said typically they charge $275 for the service but he would only charge me $200 since he felt bad that ASP came out and did the same service with no success. So essentially ASP charged us $400 (which we were told was a great deal) to not fix anything and then never follow up on the additional service they said was needed. I even asked the new plumber how this wasn’t fixed initially by ASP he simply stated that it was a lack of knowing how to snake a drain properly. All and all very disappointing because I was charged $400 for them to not fix the issue at all.

Outstanding customer service! They genuinely care about fixing your issue, and they are incredibly professional. They had to jet our drains in our retail store, and they were very polite & mindful of our customers. 10/10 recommend!! Without a doubt, we will absolutely use All Service Plumbing again in the future :) Update: During their 1st visit, they properly diagnosed the issue (unlike 6+ other companies in the past) and informed us that the concrete would need to be broken up to fix the issue. They came back and performed the job all while being VERY considerate to us & our customers (as the job location was on our retail floor). It is such a relief to have a professional & honest team that you can trust to get things done right. They take pride in their work, and are the most professional plumbers I've ever met in my life. I can't recommend them enough - they are awesome!!!

I had a slow leak of my hot water heater and called for an estimate to repair. Shane came to the house (no fee just to show up for an estimate) and provided a thorough estimate. He scheduled the repair. Unfortunately, the repair did not work so I had to have a new water heater installed. They actually gave me partial credit towards the new install from the repair effort. Shane did a WONDERFUL job. He was friendly, personable, courteous and most of all efficient. I would highly recommend if you needed repair work or new installs to call Plumbing 911 and specifically ask for Shane! My experience could not have gone any better.

Mackin & Sons provided excellent service when my water heater failed. My phone call was answered immediately--no automated voice system, no need to leave a message. They got me on the schedule the first day I was available, removed the water heater and gave me a written estimate that included options to repair or replace. I chose replacement, for which they helped me secure financing. There were issues with my subfloor and surrounding area that needed to be addressed before the new water heater was installed. Mike worked with my insurance company and recommended a company to do the remediation work. Mindy in the office was always pleasant and helpful, as was everyone else I spoke with. Once the floor repairs were done, they were available right away for the installation. Josh and Ethan did a fantastic job fitting a 40-gallon water heater and drain pan into a small opening that previously held only a 30-gallon. They even managed to fit a thermal expansion tank into the limited space. They explained what they were doing without my even asking, and the questions I did have were answered patiently and knowledgeably. Turning the water back on caused my ancient faucet to give way, and Josh was able to repair it on the spot. The whole company was professional from start to finish, and it showed in the end result. I would recommend them anytime.

Mack N Son’s helped us get through a winter of sewer damage. Christian was so helpful in guiding us through restoration and preparing us as we rebuild both bathrooms. He came the same day and was a hug help!. People had previously blocked off a drain and rerouted the plumbing so what should have been an easy unblock took hours. He was professional, found a way to fix the problem and prevent future issues, and cleaned up after himself (washed whole laundry room floor!). The price was less than I feared as well.

Last year, I purchased a condo that was poorly built during the early 1980s and had ongoing issues which lead to the discovery of slow leaking drain pipes from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen. The quoting process was clear- and the scheduling and communication exceeded expectations. The entire Harner team was a pleasure to work with. From speaking with Dana on the phone to talking with Rick in my home these guys are great! After questionable service with another company that were recommending tearing out my granite countertop cabinet and deck as the only solution, Rick had my drain running free and clear in a very short time with none of that necessary.
