I called this company for a few things. The first thing was my Jacuzzi had a leak and wanted to know what was the problem. When I called Eugene he gave me a quick appointment for the next day, but did not tell me that if he comes, I have to pay him no matter how. My major problem was my Jacuzzi and that’s what I called him but on the side, I told him One offmy toilet was clogged. I just wanted a suggestion, but when he walked in instead of dealing with my Jacuzzi right away, he unclogged the toilet within a minute. Then he looked at the Jacuzzi And told me there is a leak which I already know, but he said he cannot diagnose it. Because it is complicated. He wanted to leave right away without diagnosing it and asked me to pay him $150 for unclogging the toilet when I told him, you did not ask me anything before doing the job and the price is high for me, then he told me That it cost him money when he travels somewhere which he did not tell me before coming in. Then I asked him to negotiate the price but he does not wanna listen. He just want $150 no matter how. The next day I called a different plumber who came in and within five minutes That Plumber diagnosed the problem. it was actually the leak from the wall because the wall was not sealed properly.. I do not really understand how these people gets 4.9 Star review. I called him by looking at his review, but it is very misleading. I think this is how he makes money.

Angelo did an excellent job fixing a leak in the sink in our laundry room. He had to redo the piping (and fix the height of the sink cabinet), and the quality of his work was truly impressive. I had a fantastic experience with JP Plumbing and Sewer today. They came right away and proceeded to fix a very serious issue that needed replacement of my pipes and buying a new faucet for my kitchen sink. The person they sent came, evaluated the issue, and then after they confirmed I was ok with the cost, went to buy the faucet for me and made sure it was a great quality and then came back and very quickly finished the job. The faucet is amazing and I am beyond happy with it and I would have never known what to get myself. I feel as if it is Christmas! He also installed a soap dispenser which was part of the faucet kit. He also alerted me to another issue with my hot water which is a building issue. He also looked at other issues in my bathroom and advised me on them. He was polite, helpful and very efficient and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the company, and would recommend them highly to anyone, in crisis or not. Thank you!
