I had a great experience today with technician Richard Johnson. He helped with our kitchen sink and was extremely thorough and informative on next steps to help us avoid any further clogs/issues. He provided us an estimate for future work if we decide to go that route and product recommendations. Customer service was great. 10/10 would book again and refer anyone who needs plumbing services!

Very happy with this experience with Mr Rooter! Tyler was so kind, professional and helpful when deciding whether to replace our old sewer ejector pump vs just the float switch. He was also very meticulous with his work and left the area very neat. Definitely felt like we were in good hands during what could have been a much more stressful experience! Dakota was very friendly and quick. He got right to work and had our drain unclogged in no time. I am very pleased with Dakota and Lynn at the office. I wish I had an extra pair of slippers for Dakota so he wouldn't have take bags on/off his boots. Mr Rooter should buy those folks a nice pair for Christmas!

If you need to call Roto Rooter, please ask for Jared R. He is an awesome guy, friendly and explains everything he’s doing without making you feel stupid. He has an awesome sense of humor. We thought the drain was cleared as a lot of running water went down, but as soon as he left it backed right up again. I called immediately and he turned right around and came back. Took another hour clearing the drain and making sure it was crystal. Overall, a 5 star service. You should note that my kid put expanding spray foam in the sink so this was no easy task, but he was lighthearted about it and took care of the problem. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, I know who I am calling.

Kitchen sink was clogged. I called in the morning, they sent someone that afternoon. Chris was great. He helped me secure a loose pipe in the basement before tackling the problem in the kitchen. Cleared the clog and ensured the drain was totally flushed before packing up and leaving. He was very friendly and pleasant the entire time. Overall, I am very pleased.

It was very easy and convenient to make an appointment. Chris was very personable and I felt comfortable having him in my house as a woman living alone. My kitchen drain was backing up so he got some information from me then was able to send the cable down and quickly clear it and its been working great since.

Zach Stewart Plumbing came to my home for a clogged kitchen sink drain. It was an old iron pipe that needed to be bypassed. He went out of his way to come the same day. Zach installed a water filter system for us. When I came home to inspect the finished product I was amazed. Zach did an awesome job. It looked like a piece of artwork. It isn't often that I review a business that I never officially hired, but this one stands out. I gave a call to Cross Bros because we had water backing up in our basement - the main outlet drain was clogged. I spoke with Joyce who was very nice, and she told me that while they could definitely get me on their schedule, the county might be able to flush the drain line from outside of the home for free. She said that she would hate for us to pay for something that could be done for no cost. Joyce gave me the number of the county to call, and they sent someone out the same day and took care of it. I was very impressed with the honesty and customer service of Joyce and Cross Bros, and we will certainly call them for our next plumbing issue.

had an issue with my sewer grinder ejection pump, these people did not do what was asked. they wanted to repair issues I didn't call them for. They took the pump that was broken and the lid to my pit and told me they could not proceed. They want to charge me an extra $6000 to replace a super pit and left it open. If I had small children they literally could have fallen into the open sewer pit and drowned. They are careless crooks. I can recommend perrone plumbing. They a very perfonsional and complete the task you hire them for.

I’ve had Cross Brothers Plumbing out to my house multiple times in the past year and have had wonderful experiences every time - specifically thanks to Jeremiah. He is very professional, prompt, genuine and personable. Appreciate you guys and will continue to use Cross Brothers in the future!

A technician from PA Leone came out to check a major leak in our basement. He completely misdiagnosed the problem. He said the gallons of water in our basement were from small splashes on the bathroom floor when we took a shower. That makes no sense—who splashes gallons of water during a shower?! He left without fixing anything, and it was obvious he didn’t want to be there. That same night, the leak happened again. We called AP Plumbing instead, and they quickly found the real issue: the septic vent was almost overflowing from a clog. They cleared it with a drain snake in just 30 minutes. My advice: Don’t go with PA Leone. Their technician missed the real problem, we had to call another company, and we still got stuck with a $100 bill.

I cannot say enough good things about PA Leone & Sons Plumbing. Great customer service and highly skilled & friendly professionals at a decent price. They fit me in the same day to unclog my drains and the guy was fantastic. A few years ago they installed a new hot water heater and it went perfectly. There is no way I would ever use any other plumbing company.

Nice to deal with but very confused why it was this expensive to install (600.00) for two faucets… without the drains… very disappointed with the price

Repeat customer here! Our kitchen sink wouldn't drain, and we really needed a working sink. Texted Tim, and he and Pat came out within four hours of my text, in terrible weather. Friendly, super efficient, explained the issue, and our sink is back in great working order. We'll always call Any Time Drain Cleaning for any plumbing issues and won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors. Another job well done!

I cannot say enough good things about Tim, Pat and the Any Time team. They were incredibly polite, responsive and communicative thru the entire process. We have an older home and had a history of drain issues where we had used other services in the past and had been price gouged and run around - Any Time and Tim was the exact OPPOSITE of that. Quality work at a reasonable price that still goes above and beyond for their customers. I will no longer be using any other service but this one for my plumbing needs.

Tim was professional and did a fantastic job. It's always stressful to have a plumbing issue over a weekend, but Tim was in contact right away, scheduled a time on a Sunday, and was able to resolve the issue swiftly. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

They ran plumbing to a new bathroom in our Master Bedroom. The work he did looks great, and everything functions as it should. No clogging, water pressure issues; anything like that. Very reasonable pricing, as well. Would highly recommend.

My recent experience with Superior Drain Solutions of Brewerton, N.Y..... My problem was a DRIPPING 19 YEAR OLD old kitchen faucet. I called Tuesday November 18, 2025. Talked to an actual person ( not an answering machine ) and I was able to schedule an appointment for Friday November 21,2025. The day before ( Thursday ) I received TWO calls from Chris. The first asking, what kind of faucet, how old, could I send a photo of it ? Chris explained due to the age of my faucet ( almost 20 years ) they might not be able to find the parts anymore and might need to consider buying a new faucet. The second call from Chris was asking me was 8 A.M. O.K. for arrival to check / fix faucet ? Yes. Friday November 21, Phil ( a skilled technician ), called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up 8 am ( as promised ) . Phil was able to get the handle off but, it became clear, the faucet was too old and no way to fix it so, after a slight discussion with Phil, I decided on a NEW faucet and Phil DROVE all the way down to the LOWES in Cortland to buy me a new kitchen faucet ! ! ! Phil installed a, " Moen, Caldwell CA 87888" kitchen faucet for me. The installation was quick, about 15 to 20 minutes and was good to go in no time. I paid for labor fee, installation fee, for Moen faucet and and for two lines. The total price was very fair. I was VERY impressed with Phil driving to Lowes to get me the faucet and Chris calling me twice the day before. VERY professional and caring that the job was done right. I had a gnarly and urgent problem with my main sewer drain. Working with the team at Superior Drain Solutions was easy; they were responsive and helpful even after hours. Daryl, our technician, was right on time and quickly resolved our issue. He was clearly thorough and thoughtful about how to fix it. I will happily use this company again, and recommend them to anyone in the area who needs drain service.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Discovered we had a water pipe leak in our crawlspace. Called Superior Drain Solutions and the woman who answered the phone was great, and was able to get someone out to us same day. Communication was top-notch. Chris arrived and not only braved the crawlspace, but also moved the pipe so it was less likely to freeze (as it did the previous winter). He also did everything quickly and with a great attitude (seriously, no one wants to go into a crawlspace)! The price was very reasonable too. My husband and I are thrilled to have FINALLY found a reliable and trustworthy plumber to call.

They dispatched 2 individuals to take a look at a water leak that was caused by a bursted water pipe on my property. They charged me $650 just to put a hole in my ceiling—this fee doesn't even go towards the actual repair work. Additionally, they didn't even finish their diagnostic and review and advised I work with a general contractor to make some repairs first. I ended up getting a second opinion from another notable plumbing company who didn't try to price gouge me, and gave more solid answers and a reasonable estimate and timeframe for the repair work. I would not recommend this company at all.

5/5! Moved into a 60s-era house with several plumbing issues - the website and scheduling team were responsive and easy to work with. The onsite technician (Ben) provided very reasonable estimates, terrific advice, and potential DIY solutions! We'll have some additional non-emergency, future plumbing needs and we'll definitely be calling AP Plumbing!

I contacted AP this morning after an unpleasant experience with OCWA. Jason took time to explain to me the possible issues with high water usage (23K gallons in a month as reported by OCWA) He was patient and answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I should know where the issue is. He has amazing service and people skills. I would recommend this local company for all of your plumbing needs.
