Tub was backed up and new utility sink not draining. Daniel and Jose were amazing and went above and beyond to re-pipe the sink and unclog my tub and now everything is running smoothly! Will definitely be using AP in the future!

My experience with AP Plumbing has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. This was supposed to be a two-day job. It has now turned into almost a month of delays, mistakes, and unprofessional service. They repeatedly rescheduled appointments and failed to follow through on their timelines. What should have been a simple, straightforward repair has turned into an ongoing disaster. Initially, they stated the estimate would be free. However, they ended up charging me for running a camera through the line. They first diagnosed one issue and gave me one price. When another crew came out, they changed the diagnosis and quoted a completely different price. It felt like the problem kept changing depending on who showed up. They broke open the exterior of my home claiming the pipe was damaged outside. After digging and breaking concrete, they realized they had broken the wrong lines. As a result, they caused structural damage to my home and left the area in a complete mess. The damage caused by their mistake is approximately $12,000. To make matters worse, it feels like inexperienced workers are being sent instead of qualified professionals. I no longer trust the work being done. I am currently waiting for experienced professionals from the company to correct the errors and properly complete a plumbing job valued at over $8,000. This has been one of the most stressful and unprofessional service experiences I have ever dealt with. I would strongly advise anyone considering AP Plumbing to proceed with extreme caution.

I wanted to thank the team at Roto Rooter! We are so happy with the work they did! Our sink in the basement was backed up and overflowing! They came right away to fix it and we were told that we needed a new line out front! We knew that was something we needed to have done but had put it off! They cleaned the line out and then made a date for them to come back in a few days! They just finished the job and you wouldn't have even known they were here! They weren't loud or noisy! It's winter but they tried to fix the lawn as good as they could because of the snow! Everyone has been so nice! From Levi in the office to everyone who came out! The price of the new line was so much more reasonable than other companies! Thank you so much!

These guys worked tirelessly through two days with the utmost professionalism and work ethic, with high attention to every detail. From the outside dig to the inside reconstruction, flawless! I had a plugged sewer lateral likely due to rags. Shawn T was excellent! Very professional, personable, methodical and capable. He quickly and accurately analyzed the situation and worked diligently to relieve the blockage in the lateral. He used a large electric snake that required removal of the toilet. After relieving the blockage, Shawn reinstalled the toilet with a new wax seal. I highly recommend Shawn!

Saturday afternoon a sewer backup sent murky water from the upstairs shower into the kitchen sink, so I called Mr. Rooter and Kevin was at my door in about two hours and walked me through what he’d do.He used multiple water jetters to clear a stubborn clog under the house and didn’t leave until the line was running clean again. The office kept me updated while he was on the way and payment was straightforward. It is not the cheapest option but the result and speed were worth it. Available around the clock when the mess hits, this was solid work start to finish. Easy five stars.

They did absolutely great. They were available to come out the same day and unclog a huge backup we had throughout the house. Matthew L. Did a fantastic job, was transparent and upfront about pricing, didn't feel rushed, and took extra time to explain where the clog happened. And Stephanie in Customer service was terrific as well. She was very communicative about scheduling and navigating around the massive snow storm we had the same weekend of our plumbing incident. They fixed our drain clog, but after remounting our toilet, there was a small residual leak at the base (likely due to the wax ring not resting properly). 100% not Zoom Drain's fault as all toilet mounting surfaces can be different and that can make wax seals unpredictable sometimes. But they came out a couple of days later to fix that anyway! Free of charge! Great team and great follow-through on their part. Would happily use this team again. They deserve your business!

We have an old house with some galvanized pipes that had become completely closed off. I read good reviews about their service and also the ease of getting a quick appointment, and they were absolutely correct. I made an appointment online and Josh came as scheduled to evaluate the situation. I got a text ahead of time with his picture so I knew who to look for and also had time to secure my dog. Josh explained the work that needed to be done, and I had an estimate the same day. It took 3 days total, and every time Josh and a co-worker (apologies for forgetting their names) were on time, friendly, and explained where they were in the process along the way. The pricing was flat rate, so the price I was quoted was what I paid. The person I spoke with on the phone (Angela) to make payments and schedule the actual work dates was also very helpful and professional. I recommend Zoom Drain without hesitation. One other thing that did not affect this review, but was very nice: the week after the job was complete I received a thank-you gift!

Paul & Andrew were polite, pleasant, and professional. They explained in detail what the were doing to clean the pipe running from our clogged kitchen sink. It was done as quickly as possible and they checked several other pipes before they left. I will definitely be calling Zoom Plumbing again.

Working with Colin the Plumber has always been a 5 star experience. We have had to use them for a couple different issues and each time I walk away knowing I can trust their people, their suggestions, and their work. Most recently we’ve had some issues with water backing up in our basement, causing water to flood. Originally we were told to contact the city to make sure our main line was clear. This was something they could have easily charged us for but instead they lead with integrity and told us the town would do it for free. I cannot say thank you enough for that. Additionally we had Brandin and Caleb come out to do some work - originally we thought we were going to go with a much more expensive “fix” but Brandin explained clearly why it wasn’t necessary and instead gave us a solution that wasn’t going to break the bank. Again, that integrity goes a long way! They both did great work for us! So happy we have found Colin the Plumber and I can honestly say we won’t call any other plumbers for any of our needs in the future!

Needed my drain snaked, then totally excavated and replaced the week of Thanksgiving! They showed up and tried multiple times to get it open for Thanksgiving but couldn’t…gave me a great deal on pricing when I needed larger repair. Super clean…easy to work with..prompt…honest…great small business!

Nick has been working extremely hard to get my plumbing straightened out so my house would have usable plumbing again. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and a great guy. He also help me with the town of Greece and getting the ball rolling with there side of the repairs. The price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to give him a call the next time there's a plumbing problem

The guys were very polite and courteous. My only problem is it cost me $400.00 and they only drained my hot water tank which it did need but that was a lot of money. Unfortunately the leak isn’t fixed and I am not paying another $3600.00 for a new hot water tank.

Update today 9/28 now I’m stuck with cleaning water in the garage because clearly his cup theory doesn’t work. I need an experienced plumber, beyond upset and pissed is an understatement Thank goodness for the manager. All I wanted was to ensure the pipe for the washer drain was okay and for the hot and cold water hose connections to come off, the prior home owners seem like they couldn’t take them off and they were rusted on. Cayden told my husband that just dump a few cups of water down the pipe and if it goes down then it should be fine. Odd but okay ? Also he was going to charge $1k to fully connect a washer ?!?! I can do that myself. Also it was going to be $350 to remove the washer hot and cold hoses and attach them. I said on speaker phone that well I guess we can try it ourselves. But I did call for you guys to remove them. Because we had the tools but it was so hard to get them off. His manger said just to take them off and charge us for the visit. Thank goodness for the manager, but then he said to my husband if you leave a review I get $40. I think this kid is super green and makes $$ off of services. I think this is a training issue and he needs to be retrained. But I enjoyed talking to the lady who I booked with! She was kind. I booked based on reviews, but just watch if someone is looking to charge a wild number for something.

Joe from Main Line was outstanding. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable, and he communicated his schedule clearly throughout the entire process. After reaching out to ten plumbers the day after Thanksgiving, he was the only one who followed up, and it truly made all the difference. We were dealing with an emergency pipe break on a holiday and were incredibly stressed, but Joe showed up when we needed help most. His professionalism and reliability were exceptional. Highly recommend!

Great service as always! Our technician, Jesh, was fantastic—professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire visit. We had an old, leaking sink that needed attention and ultimately decided to replace both the sink and faucet. I will add we went from a 2 bay sink to a one bay sink so the plumbing underneath needed to be reconfigured. Jesh clearly explained the scope of work and walked us through every step of the process. The job was handled with care and done right. The pricing was reasonable, especially compared to another quote we received from a different plumbing company who wanted pretty much double of the amount I paid! I have no complaints for the quality of work that was done. Jesh and Nichols make sure you are satisfied and will take care of you. It started with a phone call from Isaac telling me he was on his way and letting me know he was stopping at Dunkin on the way and did I want a coffee. How thoughtful. Once here he and his partner were respectful of my property, explained all my options and answered many questions. They put in my 220 line expeditiously and even put my dryer plug on the unit and the vent hose and then pushed it back into place. I loved that. Great job.

I came home from from a 2 week vacation to find shattered pipes in the utility room. I called Pride Plumbing and Matt G. showed up on time. Matt quickly evaluated the extent of work and quoted a cost to repair on what was visible. As work continued, additional damages were identified and repaired. His work ethic, skill level, and customer service is second to none. His concern and focus on getting us basic plumbing quickly was noticed and appreciated. Nick joined Matt on Day 3 and the two of them quickly finished the job. Both Matt and Nick are a fantastic at their jobs and you should be honored to have either of them show up to work on your plumbing issues.

Ethan was in and out in under an hour, and my pipe is fully cleared with a brand-new clean out! He was also incredibly personable and professional! I highly recommend Pride Plumbing! They are well-deserving of their rating!

On January 5 James replaced a basement work sink for me. Work was done efficiently and the finished job was great. Positive experience, from the estimate through to the completed job. And James is a super pleasant guy. Good communicator too. Sam and Daniel have also done work for me in the past, and they were both excellent, too. Keep up the high standards! Nice to have a company I feel I can rely on.

Dan did a great job today fixing our furnace! We have always had great success with Wischmeyer's over the years for all our HVAC and plumbing needs. Great team, great owners of company, fast service, friendly and courteous... Oh... And they clean up after themselves! Highly recommend for furnace cleaning and anything else.

From the friendliness and efficiency of the person who answered the phone, to quickness of service, to thorough explanation of the issue and outstanding completion of service…I was beyond amazed, pleased and impressed. The bill was explained to me by the very penny (he was only off by $0.09 lol) and the work was completed efficiently and effectively. They charge by the job, not the hour and their rates were completely reasonable. Oh, I forgot to mention…JOSH WAS AWESOME!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this company. I will never use anyone else.
