Expert Drain Cleaning in Buffalo, New York

I called in the morning and Kenny came to our house within 2 hours in blustery winds and a winter storm watch for WNY. Got all new pipes, fittings, kitchen drain and cleared the drain from the garbage disposal out with snake 15ft. We were concerned that our dishwasher was leaking but Kenny said it's most likely the pipes and the kitchen drains were the issue. After all his work the dishwasher was fine and no water was leaking from the bottom of it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, very fast and efficient work from Kenny the Technician.

I can’t say enough about Jim Ando Plumbing! Not only are they ridiculously accommodating when it comes to response time but they’re honest in what you need and don’t need. Our technician Zach was so nice and had the patience to explain everything multiple times so I understood everything. The staff at the office was polite, kind, and the cheery person you need in the moment. From a small problem to a big problem you can definitely trust they’ll fix it the best way for you and your house!

When I called for service the girl was very polite and the explanation of the process was perfect. When the technician, Zac arrived the same day he explained what need to be done. Although I thought the price was a little high I had him complete the work. GLAD I DID!! Zac was a perfect professional. Job complete. Would without a doubt use Ando again... Nice work Zac!!

We are very satiated with Hazlett. The owner gave us an accurate quote for a retrofit of a dishwasher and the installation crew did truly superb work. Both of the crew were polite, respectful and efficient. A few weeks later we experienced a blockage in our storm sewer from our house to the street and again the crew cleared it effectively, was efficient and respectful. We highly recommend this family owner and run company !!!

Great to work with. Spoke to someone directly who was able to coordinate instead of leaving a message or being triaged to different schedulers. We had a sewer line issue on a cold and snowy day and they were able to get someone out same day. Pricing was very reasonable and comparable to what we’ve paid previously (~$280 + tax) with other companies.

Crew came in and ran all new drain line for a cottage I am rehabbing. Ran all new pipe under floor joist and made multiple connections in an extremely tight area. Tried to have a dishwasher installed but needed the piping under the sink fixed before they would agree to the install. I called Shawn and he got me on his schedule quickly. He showed up on time, could not have been any friendlier and easier to work with. The price was more than fair and the work he did was top notch. My bath tub had a blockage, and the water was draining slow. I called Home Serve and they sent All Pro Plumbing. I am so happy with the service I received this morning. They were wonderful. Our hot water tank stoped working on Saturday night and I called many other places but would not have been able to get anyone to our home until Tuesday or Wednesday as they were all over booked due to the weather. All Pro Plumbing tryed their best to get to out our house on Sunday evening but due to a major job with frozen pipes and no water they were unable to do so which was understandable. They said they would have someone at our house on Monday morning by 9:00 am and they did. Would highly recommend this company.

I discovered early in the morning water soaked carpet in the basement. Upon investigation it was the gas fired water tank blew. I called Cellino almost immediately and they were able to secure an appointment that afternoon. While waiting, I spent about 3+ hours draining the remainder of a 40 gallon water heater and shop vacuuming up about 7-10 gallons of water out of the carpets. Nick (technician) contacted me around noon and arrived before 12:30 to assess the situation. He gave me an estimate including a discount to save me about $200. He spent about 3+ hours for the whole job. Since I live in old house, he struggled with getting the water heaters out/in the house. Overall, Nick did a great job and as I've come to expect from a Cellino employee, he was courteous and explained everything about the job clearly. Thanks Nick.

Gotta be honest, I was surprised how responsive they were. I’ve dealt with plumbers for 30 years. They tend to make a mess, overcharge and show up whenever they feel like it. Working with Cellino was a completely different. They reached out immediately when I requested a quote, showed up on time, were respectful and did the job fast. They quoted me a fair number for both jobs, kept me informed with the status of the special order part and did the work without issues. They noticed a maintenance problem that needed to be corrected and did that too. Just a great experience all around. I’d recommend them and will have them back again for some preventative work I need done. Very Happy

My furnace stopped working during a deep cold wave. Cellino came out the next morning and completed the repair right away. I have used them for a major ceiling plumbing repair this year and they replaced a hot water tank within 5 hours recently. Their work is really excellent and staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. I have always had a very positive experience with them.

He also spoted a small leak in a humidifier valve and was able to replace it while he was there installing the tank. Tony showed up on time and completed the job perfectly. He also did it on Saturday and there wasn’t an additional cost for it being the weekend. Tony’s pricing was more reasonable than the “other guys” who advertise on TV! Please keep Tony’s card for the next time you need plumbing!

I called Advanced Sewer cleaning after receiving multiple quotes from other companies wanting to dig and replace the entire line. I was told to call Advanced Sewer and drain before I dig to get another opinion. I'm so glad I did! Shawn did an amazing job! He was able to locate the issue (clog and tree roots) rite away. He was able to clear the entire line and the water was following like new pipes. He literally saved Christmas 🎄!!

Had a great experience with Brandon who not only fixed the blockages, but fished out the remains of a broken snake that a previous operator (different company) had left IN THE DRAIN (see photo). Reasonably priced, prompt service, will call again if needed.

We used Gideon for a kitchen sink removal/installation and he was fantastic...if I could give Gideon more than 5 stars, I would. He was upfront, honest, and professional throughout our entire job. This was the 2nd time I’ve called Frank’s (different issue). I mention this because other plumbing companies I’ve used didn’t get return business from me. Now I know who to call. Frank’s has plenty of 5 star reviews but deserves another one. The customer service is top notch for what I’d consider a large company. The techs, particularly Kevin, but also Seth and Aiden, were so kind and respectful. Great personalities too! (Renee was awesome too in taking my calls while I was spiraling). They all went above and beyond with their service and ensured my nearly 70 year old drains were working and never threw in the towel on these tough jobs. Kevin is outstanding and I’m just so beyond grateful for all of his help and hard work. I’m very happy with the service I received and will be using them again. I cannot recommend Frank's Mr. Plumber enough! After our usual plumber wasn't available for an urgent plumbing issue, I reached out to Frank's this afternoon. The assistant/dispatcher treated our situation with urgency and sent a tech out immediately. Our tech, Joel, was extremely polite, professional, and did an excellent job. He had boot covers on and used drop cloths to ensure our home was left spotless after going in and out in the snow a few times. He fixed our main line issue and a couple of hours later, we have two working bathrooms again! 🥳 The service was also much more affordable than what I was expecting. Frank's may be our new go-to!

Called due to some drain blockages and was helped out by Joel. He was super friendly and kind and was extremely clear with pricing and communication.
