He worked hard to fix a deep clog in our pipes, and even came back the follow day to ensure the job was fully done. He found a 4ft long piece of wood in our drain pipe that a contractor must've dropped in there! Unreal. David saved the day and I highly recommend him.

I found david by chance. He was fast heat price And worked hard and double checked his work He pull out two beer bottles out of the main. Great service. I called this company for a few things. The first thing was my Jacuzzi had a leak and wanted to know what was the problem. When I called Eugene he gave me a quick appointment for the next day, but did not tell me that if he comes, I have to pay him no matter how. My major problem was my Jacuzzi and that’s what I called him but on the side, I told him One offmy toilet was clogged. I just wanted a suggestion, but when he walked in instead of dealing with my Jacuzzi right away, he unclogged the toilet within a minute. Then he looked at the Jacuzzi And told me there is a leak which I already know, but he said he cannot diagnose it. Because it is complicated. He wanted to leave right away without diagnosing it and asked me to pay him $150 for unclogging the toilet when I told him, you did not ask me anything before doing the job and the price is high for me, then he told me That it cost him money when he travels somewhere which he did not tell me before coming in. Then I asked him to negotiate the price but he does not wanna listen. He just want $150 no matter how. The next day I called a different plumber who came in and within five minutes That Plumber diagnosed the problem. it was actually the leak from the wall because the wall was not sealed properly.. I do not really understand how these people gets 4.9 Star review. I called him by looking at his review, but it is very misleading. I think this is how he makes money.

Fabian is the best. We’ve had a bunch of problems with our steam heat radiators for years and have had different plumbers come to look at them and do work with no real fix. My husband left a message for Angler on a Saturday night and Fabian called back the next morning. He was able to squeeze in a visit to our home on Monday morning and we’re so thankful he came. He was so knowledgeable and straight to the point, no BS. I could immediately tell that he really knew his stuff. I called him to unclog the shower drain (which had been problematic since I moved in two years ago and had become no longer functional over time), and now it runs perfectly. He came to fix it that same day that I called. He also fixed my toilet and installed a new seat while he was here. I think it works best to text details (name, address, and what you would like done, when you will be home) in the morning and then call so he can fit you into the schedule that day. Let me preface by saying I am 100% sure the other 5 star reviews are generated by AI as they all sound the same and have only one review in their history. I had a plumbing issue with a leaking boiler in the middle of the night that was flooding the apartment below ours, and these guys were one of the few that answered, which was appreciated. We turned off the gas and water valves ourselves to stop the leaking and scheduled for someone to come between 7:30-8, but the plumber didn’t show up til 9am. When I called a earlier than that, they said the supply store didn’t open til 9 and they were looking at boilers, which made no sense to me as they didn’t even know we needed a replacement yet, plus why agree to 7:30 if that’s the case? When the plumber arrived, we told him what was going on, and because there was no visible water on our floor, he said it couldn’t have been the boiler, even though sediment was everywhere. He didn’t seem to listen to anything we said, and went to our downstairs neighbor’s apartment for 2 hours to cut holes in their ceiling to see where the water was from, even though we told him the dripping was happening from the boiler. His colleague arrived and looked at our boiler as well. Then the original guy insisted it wasn’t the boiler and started looking under our fridge. I asked several questions and he point blank ignored me. They were the most unprofessional plumbers we have ever worked with. Finally we turned the gas and valves back on and the dripping sound from the boiler returned, and only then did they finally concede it was the boiler, 3 hours later. A more experienced team would’ve asked us to do that right away . We were charged over $700 between the investigation, fixing a coupling in the pipes below us, and the ceiling work in the neighbor’s unit. Insane. On top of it all, the plumbers left the neighbor’s apartment a mess and we had to call the main line 4x before they assigned another plumber to come clean it up. Each time we called we were given different reasons why they hadn’t returned yet (“they’re driving to the supply store”, “they’re at the supply store” etc etc) but in the end the original guys never even came back. Maybe some of the other 67 plumbers from this company are sharper and more professional, but overall I would not recommend. We ended up working with another plumber to install the water heater and it was night and day.

The work looked good - but noticed later that there was still a small leak. I sent an evening text and received a timely response. Alex came by the next morning to check and tighten. A week later - no leak and everything works well. I was charged over $500 dollars - and experienced sticker shock - truthfully. When the estimate was provided - Alex was already there so continued with service. I have not had a need for a plumber in years since owning my apt so must admit I found the price steep - but have little to compare it to.
