I called with a non-urgent project because my basement toilet was not working well. It was very easy to schedule an appointment within days. The day of the appointment they gave me plenty of notice the prior job may run late which was greatly appreciated. Zach arrived and did lots of snaking, a camera review of the drain, unclogged my garage drain, swapped out a toilet for me. All in a really short span of time. The man is like a machine! He explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. He showed me some things of interest as he worked which was great because it’s a new to me house and there were a few things I didn’t know and some I thought I knew! Zach was courteous and professional and a really hard worker. Ultimately he thought my toilet issue may be a collapsed pipe. The cost of his work was very reasonable and they sent an easy to pay e-invoice where they accept Apple and Google pay and credit or debit cards. Overall I’m really happy with Zach, and Easton Dylan. I’d 100% recommend them and use them again if I ever have the need.

The service I received was outstanding. They were punctual as promised. Technician was extremely friendly and informative as to what he was doing and why, as well as maintaining a clean area in the area he was working in and working on, my toilet, which was important to me. Cost was fair and the issues was solved. He went the extra measures to make sure it was. I could not of asked for better.

After a very frustrating experience with another plumbing company that spent hours and failed to resolve our washing machine drain clog, Charlie was a breath of fresh air. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and took the time to ask thoughtful clarifying questions before starting any work. He clearly explained his diagnostic approach and made sure I was comfortable with each step. Charlie began at the P-trap and verified proper flow by having me flush the toilet, then worked methodically back toward the washing machine standpipe. He used the appropriate equipment, including a drain snake and controlled water testing from the wall connection, and was able to fully clear the clog without causing any flooding or mess. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and approached the job with care and precision. The entire issue was resolved in about an hour, and the price was extremely fair at $250—especially after we had already spent significantly more with no resolution elsewhere. Charlie’s professionalism, technical skill, and respectful communication made a stressful situation much easier. We are incredibly grateful and will absolutely be using this company again in the future. Highly recommend.

Our sewer line was clogged and frozen. We couldn’t run any water, shower or use the bathroom. Made a call this morning to Rotor Matic sewer and drain solutions. A young 24 year old very articulate, knowledgeable and sympathetic young man arrived several hours later and within an hour had solved the problem and we were up and running. The price was very fair and well worth just the advice he provided. His name on the card is Zaden Smith and I have 100% confidence in recommending him and this business !!

I had a partial blockage in my main septic line which started acting up over the weekend. I had the tank pumped which was necessary, but didn’t fix my issue. I called Rotor-Matic on Sunday morning and was quoted an incredibly reasonable price. Zaden, the technician, kept in touch with me by phone as he worked his way to my house; he was courteous, knowledgeable, and took care of my problem in short order. This company is simply the best. These guys work hard and are honest, trustworthy, clean, and just nice people on top off doing great work. These guys are the real deal……

Years ago, I was willing to attempt some of these plumbing tasks myself, but learned quickly hiring a pro to do the work yielded excellent work. We have liked Apex Sewer & Drain Cleaning so much that we recently hired them for a 3rd time and the most recent occurrence resolved issues with a fancy shower and my wife was thrilled with the results! The funny thing is that we had a contractor replace our entire bathroom, but we had more confidence in Apex then the original contractor!

I cannot say enough good things about this plumbing company. They responded immediately and came out to my house at 10 PM, which alone speaks volumes about their commitment to customers. They stayed for over two hours, working diligently and thoroughly to try to diagnose and fix the issue. When it became clear the problem was related to the city sewer, they were incredibly honest and professional—and didn’t even charge me. Even after leaving, they stayed in constant contact with me by phone and text, making sure I knew exactly what to say to the city sewer department. They even sent photos to help explain the situation and continued checking in to make sure everything was resolved and that I was okay. This level of integrity, communication, and genuine care is rare. They went above and beyond in every possible way, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a trustworthy, responsive, and truly compassionate plumbing team.

I needed the main line cleaned out and called Apex at 8:30am. Cody and Brian arrived at the house 40 minutes later. They were pros and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Awesome.

Drain-O-Matic just cleared our main drain/trap in our house in Colonie NY. It was a good experience. They were able to schedule for same day, just a couple hours wait, gave a nice/narrow 2 hour time window, and communicated when they were on their way.

Mike is awesome! I called with an issue with the house pipe being clogged and a flood in my basement. He had a busy schedule, but fit me in. He's a life saver! He identified and corrected the issue right away. I highly recommend him.

This guy came highly recommended to us, when we had a major plumbing issue with a clogged pipe. We attempted to call him several times. We called both numbers on the business card we were given several times. The one number we had went right to a voicemail & didn’t identify as a business (we did leave voicemail messages), the second number was the business line, however because the mailbox was full we weren’t able to leave a message. I also, tried to contact him via website. Unfortunately, we were unable to get ahold of this guy and he never returned our calls or messages. Unfortunately, we had to use another company. I feel this is very poor business and would not recommend.

Mike was excellent to deal with. He came the day I called and was personable, price exactly as quoted on the phone and handled the sewer clog efficiently. I would use his service again in a heartbeat.

We are beyond grateful for this family owned business! We had an emergency plumbing/septic issue on MLK Day in a new home we recently purchased (lots of businesses were closed). Brandon, Fast Flow Sewer & Drain came out to assess the situation & helped us get his partner company, A1 Quality Septic out the next day to pump our septic tank. Rebecca was amazing with coordinating & beyond kind with her solution oriented suggestions. The whole family is very communicative. They allowed us to ask questions & willing to help us navigate the issues we are experiencing. Brandon returned the following day after the tank was pumped & we continued to have an issue. His patience & willingness to help truly alleviated our anxiety about the whole situation. We will absolutely continue to use Fast Flow Sewer & Drain & their partner company, A-1 Quality Septic - highly recommend both!! I don’t want to fail to mention, Brandon came out to help me even after JUST HAVING KNEE SURGERY! Quality guy!!

They are great if if you have a clog ,they will fix it. definitely lack of knowledge and may cost more than you should pay or not thats your call. Had them redo old plumbing and had nothing but problems with it, after the kitchen sink would plug every year i decided to look into it water was flowing uphill to a fitting that was bent into another fitting a fernco that always had a stench downstairs just spent 8 hours re plumbing what they should of done pipes where completely clogged,so no long sweep fittings and ferco fittings,to bend uphill. Im am not impressed very poor quality work

Left a message and got a call back within 5 minutes from Tammy... She scheduled a tech to come to my home an hour later ( 4pm - 7pm window ) Bill got there 4:20 and cleared a main drain clog and was done within an hour...... I am very impressed with the quick and professional service they provided. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company Thanks J. Ryan

Hired Tim from Rooter Man to perform a non-emergency repair of my bathtub drain. He did an excellent job and was very transparent about what was needed for the repair. He even offered suggestions about what parts I could purchase myself to save some money. I'll definitely use Rooter Man in the future if I have more plumbing needs.

We called on a Thursday afternoon to have our sewer line cleaned out. We have a home warranty and after a diagnosis, we would call the warranty company and they would give rooterman the diagnosis and price for the repair. We would pay it and get reimbursed by the warranty company. Tammy at rooterman was reluctant to send someone but scheduled us for noon to three for the next day. The next morning Tammy called us and said they were busy and would only send someone if we agreed to have the repair done regardless of whether the warranty company covered it or now. Then she changed the time to 2 to 5. I said ," so you're saying between noon and 5 and you will only come if we agree to have the work done after the estimate regardless. We are going to cancel because we dont feel you want our business and we will find another business that will help us"

Bill is a reliable, licensed, and experienced professional. He returned my call for help immediately, instantly setting up a time to assess my plumbing problem. He arrived on time the scheduled date, was polite, considerate, and worked efficiently to unclog my kitchen sink.....all for a reasonable price. . I recommend this plummer 110%. You can't go wrong if you hire him.

Last week is the second time I've had Bill do plumbing work at my house. It's an old house and he is the man for the job! He scheduled the work at a time that was convenient for me. He was right on time. Did an excellent job the first time. We even talked about some future work I'd like to have done. As always, very polite, and considerate of my home and pets. My new modern bathroom sink looks great!

Bill replaced our hot water heater after a leak on a Sunday. Answered my call Sunday morning and by mid-afternoon our new hot water heater was installed for a great price. Give Bill a call for any plumbing needs - you won't regret it.

LOCK YOUR DOORS AFTER AN ESTIMATE !!! GUYS ARE SLIME BALLS. My girlfriend was home when they came for " A free estimate", looked at the issue in the upstairs apt and told her the work was going to be over $300. She said thank you, confirmed the estimate was free, and assumed he left. All of a sudden, 10 minutes later he shows back up, knocks on our door and says "he fixed it and we need to pay him $300". NO ONE AGREED TO THIS. So I personally said "we were under the impression it was just a free estimate, we didnt want to do any work right now" He said "This is the price of the estimate and running the snake thru" NO ONE AGREED TO THIS WORK OR THE PRICE. I paid $300 because I was in a rush to go to work and now they ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME A RECIEPT with out paying "$25". who would pay $300 to run a snake thru a double sink . WHICH IS WHY I DIDNT WANT THE WORK DONE YET! I HAVE ONE ON THE WAY >which is one reason why WE WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED TO THIS> Also. she didnt even have the cash out to give him, she didnt plan on having to pay anyone and literally had to ASK ME to send it on venmo. theres another reason she wouldnt have given him the go ahead.. now its a he said v she said. They will never get another dime from me or anyone I know. I've expressed my concerns TO THE OWNER and am being told that I need to pay even more money for a recipt. this is sick.

I definitely recommend Rich. I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and really needed help fast. Rich picked up right away and was at my place within two hours even though I live an hour away from him. He was super upfront about his pricing from the start and he stayed transparent the whole time. He really came through when I needed it the most, and I’m grateful for how quickly and professionally he handled everything.

Richard was extremely responsive from the very first email. I barely hit the send button and he was calling me! We arranged a date to install my garbage disposal. He showed up on time. Installed the disposal. Was efficient, cleaned up and took away the old disposal. He is courteous and knows his business. I will refer him to my friends and keep him as my plumber! When our main sewer line became completely plugged one evening, Jamie at Upstate Plumbing was on the case. While he offered to come out immediately, he also said he could be at our house first thing in the morning if we wanted to save some money and avoid an after-hours call — very upfront and professional. He arrived early (and called from the driveway to make sure his early arrival was ok) and quickly determined the issue. He was fast, efficient, personable, and had the job completed before the time he was actually scheduled to arrive. Bonus points for his professional recommendations to avoid similar issues going forward! He will definitely continue to get my business in the future and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

Jamie fixed my leaky drain under my kitchen sink. He was on time for our appointment (which we were able to make for the following day) and did a wonderful job.He was professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him!

Called Jamie Monday morning after noticing a leak in our plumbing that was causing damage to our finished basement. I texted him a photo of the pipe once we exposed it. He called back promptly, and after establishing that the situation was under control for the time being, expected to be out on Wednesday. He was then able to get to us Tuesday morning, assessed the problem, and fixed the job, charging us exactly what he quoted when we spoke. Quality work from a professional who does all the work himself, local to Schenectady and fairly priced is something that isn't always easy to come by. I have the utmost confidence in his workmanship, recommend him highly, and plan to call him in the future when we need plumbing repairs!
