David from Dr. Rooter was truly wonderful to work with. He came out quickly when I called, was extremely responsive by text, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He didn’t just clear the immediate blockage — he snaked the line beyond it, used the camera multiple times, and took the time to explain what he was seeing and doing. What really stood out was his integrity and follow-through. When we were dealing with an ongoing issue in our old house’s creaky plumbing, he came back out to recheck things and make sure everything was properly addressed, without making us feel nickel-and-dimed. His pricing was very reasonable, and he continued to offer helpful advice by text even after the visit. Spot-on good guy. Professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about his work. David was very helpful and got to us quick after we were told we needed major repairs and quoted a very high number from another company. He explained everything regarding our system and what the problem was and provided an honest assessment on whether that work was necessary or not. Totally disappointed, claim the job was very hard send two people over claimed it is done and charge me $1175 only to find out that the blockage was still there. David claim that it wasn’t is fault, hire hard the job was. When is Man Man arrived he claim that he was too hard and that he still have to charge me again. I sent him away. Two hours later the new plumber I hired arrived brought down his tools and 25 minutes later the job was done. I was told that the previous guy did not go deep enough and the blockage was not removal was not completed. DO NOT USE DR ROOTOR !!!!

My kitchen sink clogged due to accumulation of grease. When my plumbling snake could not reach the clog i called Steve from Free Flo to get the job done. I called advanced plumbing and drain cleaning at 7:30 in the evening on a Tuesday. I had an appointment at 9:00 the next morning. The office tried to get me an appointment for Tuesday evening, but was unable. I have never had this experience with plumbers. It usually takes me days if not weeks to get a response, never mind an actual appointment. I do not hesitate to recommend advanced plumbing and drain cleaning. The office personnel kept me updated as to the time the plumber would arrive and was extremely pleasant and polite. The plumber was quick and neat. I had a very satisfying, five star experience and will definitely use this Service again. I only missed an hour from work, which is extremely convenient as most people work these days.

Fabian is the best. We’ve had a bunch of problems with our steam heat radiators for years and have had different plumbers come to look at them and do work with no real fix. My husband left a message for Angler on a Saturday night and Fabian called back the next morning. He was able to squeeze in a visit to our home on Monday morning and we’re so thankful he came. He was so knowledgeable and straight to the point, no BS. I could immediately tell that he really knew his stuff. John and his apprentice did a great job in repairing a leak by replacing a valve from the 1960's when the building was built. They had to cut into the wall to replace the valve but John kept me informed of every step he is taking before proceeding. I would definitely hire him again for any plumping needs.
