Happy all around with my experience using Cellino. My weekend call was answered quickly while other companies failed to pick up the phone. Their system sends a picture of your technician so you know exactly who to greet at your door, a nice touch. Gilbert was professional, courteous, and friendly. He listened to my description of the issue and got right to work, only needing a few minutes to clear a blocked sewer line. Pricing was very fair. He advised me of complementary services that accompany the work performed. As a newer homeowner, it's nice to have a trustworthy company in the back of my head for when the next issue inevitably happens.

I discovered early in the morning water soaked carpet in the basement. Upon investigation it was the gas fired water tank blew. I called Cellino almost immediately and they were able to secure an appointment that afternoon. While waiting, I spent about 3+ hours draining the remainder of a 40 gallon water heater and shop vacuuming up about 7-10 gallons of water out of the carpets. Nick (technician) contacted me around noon and arrived before 12:30 to assess the situation. He gave me an estimate including a discount to save me about $200. He spent about 3+ hours for the whole job. Since I live in old house, he struggled with getting the water heaters out/in the house. Overall, Nick did a great job and as I've come to expect from a Cellino employee, he was courteous and explained everything about the job clearly. Thanks Nick.

There's no way to put zero stars and one star is very generous. I've worked work Cellino for years, and I trusted them. Today they lost 10 years of trust. They told me there would be some drywall to finish, but they didn't tell me they were going to destroy my tile work and *wall* and they definitely didn't tell me that Joann was going to berate me for daring to ask for a manger when it's "nighttime." What a lovely response from the owner. Are you saying that you're not going to fix this now? After making that promise to me last week? Maybe that's why your contractor never reached out to me to set up a time to fix this. I recorded the conversation with your super intelligent service manager. And I did not curse him out. Would you like me to post that to tiktok? Your super intelligent service manager was incredibly condescending. So either he lied to you or he isn't as smart as you think, if he can't understand what being "cursed out" actually entails. Joanne raised her voice at me and was absolutely awful when I asked for a manger at 7pm. Maybe you're just a bad judge of character because I've been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and I've never gotten mad at an already upset customer for asking for a manger and then being even more upset when told managers don't work "after hours." She started it and she's bad at her job, kind of like the job done in my bathroom. The irony. You act as if I'd ever hire you to do anything again. Laughable, that.

I called a plumber first thing on a Monday morning because our hot water heater stopped working. Emmanuel came out to my place in Buffalo later that same day to take a look. I also mentioned some problems with our bathroom sink and asked if he could help with that too. The next morning, he sent Arthur and Damon over to replace the hot water heater. They showed up right on time, were really friendly and professional, and explained what they were doing as they worked. They were even nice to my dogs, taking a moment to toss a ball for my pit bull. That same day, they got the new hot water heater installed and swapped out our bathroom sink faucet. They needed to come back another time to fix the sink not draining properly. Emmanuel returned a couple weekends later to snake the drain, but that didn't quite solve it. After that, Arthur and Damon came back the next week, did some more detailed work, and got the drain running smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy I chose this plumbing team in Buffalo. They did a fantastic job and kept me informed the whole time. I’d definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

i've had arthur come out three times now for different plumbing issues in our home here in buffalo. the first time, he fixed a toilet that another plumber had messed up, then he came to repair a leak under our kitchen sink, and recently he worked on our bathroom pedestal sink that had come loose from the wall after some weight was put on it and started leaking. arthur always arrived quickly and took care of things efficiently. for the bathroom sink, he was in and out in about 10 minutes, checked out the problem, and explained our options—either replace the old sink or reuse it, making sure we understood that since it was an older sink with no wall brackets for support, he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't come loose again. we appreciated his honesty and told him it was our own fault it came off after being there for more than 25 years, so we decided to take the risk and keep using it. arthur said he’d have to come back the next day to finish the work, which was fine with us. what stood out to me was how smooth and neat his work was every time. everything he fixed is still running great with no issues. arthur is a quiet guy, but he gets the job done right. it would be helpful if the charges were explained upfront or if a written bill was provided at the time of service, just so customers know exactly what to expect. overall, the quality of the plumbing service has been excellent, and i’d recommend them to anyone in buffalo needing repairs or help with their pipes.

I highly recommend this plumbing company in Buffalo. Emmanuel and his apprentice had previously replaced my only toilet quickly and without any hassle, so I knew who to call when a pipe burst right after my vacation. They arrived the very next day, fixed the issue with a temporary patch, and explained my options clearly. After discussing things, I decided to have all the old plumbing in my house replaced, since most of it dated back many decades, except for some newer copper in the bathroom. This team really knows their stuff when it comes to updating plumbing in older homes. Russell and the crew handled every challenge with skill and professionalism. They were friendly, worked efficiently, and made sure to clean up completely before leaving. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. John and Jake came to my house in Lackawanna and did a great job quickly solving in my main sewer line. They were on time. We got updates on when they were coming. They told us what they were doing every step of the way. They clearly explained the problem and the fix. There was an added issue, and they solved that, too. Courteous. Couldn't have been more helpful, everything that was accomplished. Reasonable. I will call these guys again in a heartbeat the next time I have a plumbing problem!

Technicians were so incredibly friendly and thorough!!! Troubleshooted a spot that I wasn’t even aware of and would have caused major damage for me. Even bought materials for me due to being terminally ill ( new faucet) Intentionally made room in their already busy schedule to make sure my laundry pump was replaced. Would highly recommend. Even the scheduler is extremely friendly and willing to help!!! James and Jake were fantastic and optimistic!!! Even came out the next day to ensure that everything was working properly. Commendable follow up is not often seen now a days. Very refreshing!!!!!
