I had a last-minute plumbing emergency at my residence, and Nathan from CityWide Plumbing⁠ came out to help. We were very pleased with his work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure we understood exactly what was causing the toilet clog and leak, and kept us informed throughout the process. Nathan also made sure I received my invoice before he left. After 2 people trying and giving up, Luis and his mate completed the job. My shower was clogged. Handyman tried to snake, my other plumber tried to machine snake, nothing worked. But Luis is smart and experienced. He did a little trick of pouring shampoo and the snake went right through the clog and removed it. I also think it’s a reasonable price, but don’t ask them do extra job because that’s extra charge. Download their app, they have some coupons you can use.

This was our first experience with Citywide and I must say they exceeded all expectations even after exploring their impeccable reviews. From first entering our home to the time he left, Gary was as polished as they come. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient, and congenial. His precise attention to detail, and his ability to assess the problem that plagued our stack line causing our kitchen sink to back up significantly, clearly demonstrated his extensive experience and genuine passion for his field. Fixing the problem in and of itself is enough to make any customer content but then combining that with superb customer service is remarkable. I can always trust 718 to get the job done right and in a timely manner. Rich has been so helpful and friendly every time he has come for a job. He’s replaced old pipes for me, unclogged my sewer trap, installed water filters…just to name a few. I’ve always been very happy with the work. His boss Anthony is great too. He has come to give his input on projects or work I’m thinking about on multiple occasions and is always so down to earth and honest.

We have used 718 for a few years and they are always great. Easy to schedule, always on time and always a great crew. They replaced a sump pump for us and have been providing annual maintenance as well.

Queens Plumber came out for a drain issue at my place in Flushing, and they handled it better than the last two companies I called. The kitchen sink was backing up, the bathroom drain was slow, and I could tell it was more than just a basic clog. Small thing, but he also kept the area clean and didn’t leave dirty water or tools all over the floor. The price was reasonable, the communication was simple, and the work felt honest. No pressure, no weird upsell, no making the problem sound bigger than it was. Just solid plumbing work done correctly. I’d call Queens Plumber again without thinking twice.

Queens Plumber came out to my apartment in Jackson Heights after the kitchen sink started backing up and smelling bad. I tried a plunger first, made it worse, then gave up and called. The plumber checked the line, cleared the clog, and replaced a worn piece under the sink that was starting to leak. He kept the cabinet area clean too, which I didn’t expect. Fast visit. Fair price. David came to the rescue when I called him at 10pm on a Friday night and he showed up in under an hour. He worked hard to fix a deep clog in our pipes, and even came back the follow day to ensure the job was fully done. He found a 4ft long piece of wood in our drain pipe that a contractor must've dropped in there! Unreal. David saved the day and I highly recommend him.

I have been having problems with the main sewer for years. They keep telling me that it was clear. But as you can see this was drop down the vent pipe before I owned the building. I found david by chance. He was fast heat price And worked hard and double checked his work He pull out two beer bottles out of the main. Great service. You would be lucky to get a great mechanic like him. All I could say after he pulled the 2 bottles out is. I can’t believe it. 5 stars

Incredible work! They were fast, efficient, and very organized. They replaced my old lead water main line with new copper pipe. They even worked with the school on my block to navigate timing. The job was started after drop off times and finished with the street repaired by 2pm so the street was clear for school pickups also. Price was very fair!

Balkan sewer and drain service responded very quickly and fixed the problem efficiently. The service was covered under our AWR insurance through our NYC water bill

I received service by Balkan after filing a claim with my plumbing contract. Balkan came immediately on a Saturday but had to come back on Monday with another man and a length of PVC pipe to replace a rusted cast iron drain pipe. They finished the repair that day in one hour. I was 35 minutes away from the house and they called me 45 minutes before so I could meet them at the house.

I was give a referral to Balkan through my regular plumbing service. Unfortunately it during COVID man power was short. But lets just say this. i am now a regular customer when i sewage issue. And that not very often but when do i contact Balkan.

I called for help with a clogged toilet and was told service starts at $250 with no clear fixed price. On top of that the woman who answered was rude and hung up on me mid-conversation. I would not recommend them. Update: After they saw this review, they somehow found my number, spam-called me, and tried to threaten fake legal action over a review. That alone should tell you everything. Avoid at all costs! So unprofessional.

Coming from a family of plumbers, watching Allen Plumber Sewer & Drain handle this leak repair brought back a lot of memories, but in the best way. Eric and Johnathan arrived within a few hours, even though I was first told it might need to wait until the next day. They showed up ready to work, quickly found the plumbing leak that had shut down our water service for much of the day, and got right into the repair. Being without running water is a huge problem for any home, and having to keep turning the water supply on and off every time someone needed the bathroom made the whole situation even more stressful. They worked fast, stayed professional, and in less than two hours the pipe repair was completed, tested, and properly covered back up. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing with leak detection and plumbing service. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. We called this business for a leaking sink drain, and they sent a guy out. Their guy completely disassembled the pipes, quoted us an outrageous amount of money to fix it, and when we said it wasn't within our budget he left WITHOUT PUTTING THE PIPE HE DISASSEMBLED BACK TOGETHER. Our sink went from a small leak to completely unusable. When we tried to contact the business about this, they gave us the runaround, and eventually claimed the actions of their plumber weren't their responsibility. Oh, and the plumber charged us $100 up front for the visit. We paid $100 for a guy to come into our house and break our sink. Additionally, if you read the positive reviews this business has, a bunch of them look AI-generated. One mentions a "land based guest home", and that the plumbers rebuilt their roof. Another mentions that the plumber "was clean and had wonderful plumbing". Yet another states: "The county inspector visited today to sign off and praised the job and the fact that all pipes were insulated, which the county is no longer allowed to do." None of the 5 star reviews this business has sound anything like how real human beings speak. Again, THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.

After noticing a weak water flow in the shower, I decided to call a plumber. They checked the lines and removed a hidden buildup inside the pipe. The pressure improved right away. Very satisfied with the service.

Their technician did an excellent job with backflow prevention. Everything was installed correctly and tested thoroughly. I appreciate their attention to detail. Reliable plumbing company.
