Took care of the issue and did a pipe lining to restore the pipes and give them a new life. Very impressed dealing with Mike and Dennis on the team. Sewer Heroes did an excellent job for us. We have two older buildings where the clay pipes had collapsed. Sewer Heroes were able to line the clay pipes, which resolved the issue of water seepage into the basements. They arrived when they promised, worked diligently, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. When the work was finished, everything looked even better than when they started and best of all the No water in the basement!!

Really didn’t want to leave a negative review but this company refuses to refund me a deposit for work that was never done. I had Dennis Garcia out to look at a possible clog in my drain. Very minor issues that caused slow drainage. He put a camera in the line and identified an issue. He asked for a $1000 deposit to set an appointment for the next week to come back to do the work. My wife was 39 weeks pregnant at the time so I wasn’t sure what our schedule would look like so I asked if the deposit was refundable. I was told it was refundable and nothing to worry about if we needed to cancel so I sent the $1000 to Dennis. Two days later I decided to hold off on the work, I notified Dennis and was told I would be getting a refund (minus cost to come out and diagnose the issue). It’s been 3 weeks with no refund and Dennis has stopped responding at this point. Other reviews are great for this company so hopefully this is just a miscommunication issue and I will get my money back soon.

Called them when my pipes were completely backed up and they showed up in about 15 minutes, which honestly surprised me. They were quick, professional, and got everything cleared without any hassle. Pricing was very fair too. Definitely recommend if you need fast and reliable service

Fantastic work by CJM Plumbing at Heating! Brandon fixed an issue with the bathroom shower tub not draining, replaced the main water shutoff in crawl space and replaced/upgraded the shower valve and trim all for a great value package price. Could not recommend them more! 10/10

I had a whole new Daikin 2 stage hvac system put into my basement and attic today. I had many techs working on the installations (attic, basement and outside on the 2 AC towers). They all did a super good job and were very very nice and kind. My home is so nice, warm and cozy now. I will always use Gold Medal Services.

The Gold Medal salesman was nearly impossible to get a hold of throughout the process—sometimes disappearing for days and not responding until I called the office to get him to call me back. He also sent me the wrong information and quotes multiple times. We finally finalized the deal and install date, and at first everything seemed fine—until two days later. My house started heating up, even though the thermostat was set to 74. I went outside and found the condenser completely off, soot on the panel, and part of my siding melted. I shut off the breaker and called Gold Medal immediately. A technician didn’t arrive until 9 PM, told me it wasn’t a fire risk with the breaker off, and said the office would follow up. The office scheduled and then canceled my next appointment, saying it needed to be handled by their install team. Hours went by before I had to call again. Eventually, they sent a senior technician who found a refrigerant leak and major electrical mistakes in the install. He fixed the refrigerant issue and cleaned up the mess, but told me a third-party electrician needed to fix the wiring. Despite being told I’d be contacted “asap,” I waited another day with no call until I followed up yet again. Finally, on day three, an electrician came and repaired the wiring. Since then, the unit has worked fine—but the entire process was a nightmare. I paid in full on install day, yet I spent three days chasing down updates, without AC, during a heat wave. Gold Medal couldn’t coordinate their own people, and I was the one constantly following up. If you want something installed correctly the first time and without all the headaches, I would not recommend Gold Medal Service.

I chose from the Angi App the Gold Medal Service company to have my home furnace annual servicing done. From start to finish from my first contact to schedule my appointment by phone the service was informing and excellent. The Very Best and Beyond Excellent in every way was my experience with my Service Expert Rashaan Hunter who came to my home to service my furnace. He was very pleasant from the moment he came to my door and introduced himself and throughout the service visit. He took the time throughout the service visit to explain to me everything. He was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. This was so reassuring, which meant so much to me. Since my husband of 30 years (who had worked at Home Depot for 17 years and was amazing at home remodeling and repairs) had unexpectedly passed away, I so Extremely Appreciate a Service Expert Profesional like Rashaan Hunter.😊 Since I have had several surgeries and am currently awaiting one for my lower back I was unable to physically access my basement

As a new homeowner in Newburgh, I’ve been searching for reliable contractors, and I am so happy to have found Uppercut Plumbing. After experiencing immense water damage in February due to extreme cold and the aging pipes in my 1930s Sears Craftsman home, I needed someone responsive, reliable, and affordable. A friend recommended Trevor, and after a quick text, he was at my house the very next day. A planned 30-minute walkthrough turned into an hour and a half of him thoroughly exploring my concerns. Trevor is a holistic thinker; he helped me maximize the repairs to ensure the work would serve my home's long-term needs. The main project involved completely replacing the old 3-inch waste stack from the basement to the second floor. Because he identified great opportunities to improve our existing setup, we also added a few extra projects: servicing my hydronic boiler, rerouting new hot and cold PEX water lines to the upstairs kitchen sink, and fixing a slow-draining first-floor sink by repiping it, correcting the pitch, and adding a mechanical air vent. He quickly provided a detailed, itemized estimate outlining my options and costs, making it easy to confirm the scope of work and get scheduled. The project took three days with a crew of three. They arrived promptly, communicated beautifully throughout the entire process, and always left the site tidy.
