I recently had the pleasure of working with Eugene from H&A Plumbing, and I can confidently say he’s now my go-to plumber. I first contacted him on a Friday afternoon, and he returned my call within the hour. He scheduled an appointment for the following day and confirmed there would be no charge for the estimate. He also assured me he could complete the job the same day. On Saturday morning, Eugene called around 10 AM to let me know he was available earlier than planned and asked if it was convenient to come by in 30 minutes. True to his word, he arrived promptly at 10:30 AM. Eugene was incredibly pleasant and professional from the start. He carefully inspected the leaking drain pipe and explained in detail how he planned to fix the issue. His estimate was fair and transparent. He also noted that if additional work was required once the old pipes were opened, there would be an extra charge—and he provided a clear quote for that as well. Eugene was meticulous and gentle while removing the old pipes, taking great care not to damage any surrounding joints. His measurements and cuts for the replacement pipes were precise, and he completed the repair within 90 minutes. He left the workspace spotless, with no mess to clean up, and everything is now functioning perfectly with no leaks. I highly recommend Eugene for any plumbing needs. His professionalism, honesty, and skill are unmatched—and I’ll definitely be calling him for any future work.

I called this company for a few things. The first thing was my Jacuzzi had a leak and wanted to know what was the problem. When I called Eugene he gave me a quick appointment for the next day, but did not tell me that if he comes, I have to pay him no matter how. My major problem was my Jacuzzi and that’s what I called him but on the side, I told him One offmy toilet was clogged. I just wanted a suggestion, but when he walked in instead of dealing with my Jacuzzi right away, he unclogged the toilet within a minute. Then he looked at the Jacuzzi And told me there is a leak which I already know, but he said he cannot diagnose it. Because it is complicated. He wanted to leave right away without diagnosing it and asked me to pay him $150 for unclogging the toilet when I told him, you did not ask me anything before doing the job and the price is high for me, then he told me That it cost him money when he travels somewhere which he did not tell me before coming in. Then I asked him to negotiate the price but he does not wanna listen. He just want $150 no matter how. The next day I called a different plumber who came in and within five minutes That Plumber diagnosed the problem. it was actually the leak from the wall because the wall was not sealed properly.. I do not really understand how these people gets 4.9 Star review. I called him by looking at his review, but it is very misleading. I think this is how he makes money.

I know Eugene more than 8 years. The best plumber in New York area. He serves my house my parents house and my business. Never have problems.Good prices. Very quality job. Coming every time quickly and on time. Recommend.

Excellent Plumbing Service Provider! The scheduled plumber who unclogged the bathtub drain quickly evaluated the problem and went straight to work. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional quickly+efficiently fixing the the slow drainage issue🙌🏽. I don’t write reviews, but I cannot say enough about this company. Harris responded to my call immediately and managed to service my home within an hour. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and skilled. Even more importantly he was honest. He could have charged me much more for the service he provided which was a video inspection of the main sewer pipe, and went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. He answered all questions and made sure I completely understood what he was doing and why every step of the way. His assessment of the cause of my basement flooding will end up saving me potentially thousands of dollars in the long run. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Harris!!

This is the most rare and reputable company that I’ve dealt with to date. Harris assisted me in a time (had a flood in the basement during the September rain storms) of dire need! They did not charge an upfront price for the visit (most companies do) but choose to deliver quality and knowledgeable service to me first by allowing me to make the decision on the way forward. They did an exceptional job and I highly recommend them! I’ve referred them to my family and they can’t wait to use him too!

Angel from S&S is a stand-up guy. Very good work and determined to get the job done right. We had a difficult clog and he wouldn’t give up. Today, Angel came to my rescue. Today is Wednesday night before Thanksgiving cooking!! My kitchen sink and bathroom sink both were blocked and no water would go down! It was huge mess. Angel is truly an angel, he snaked the kitchen sink and it was immediately unclogged!! The bathroom sink was also unclogged! He was very clean and left no mess . He was polite and friendly. I received service by Balkan after filing a claim with my plumbing contract. Balkan came immediately on a Saturday but had to come back on Monday with another man and a length of PVC pipe to replace a rusted cast iron drain pipe. They finished the repair that day in one hour. I was 35 minutes away from the house and they called me 45 minutes before so I could meet them at the house.

I was give a referral to Balkan through my regular plumbing service. Unfortunately it during COVID man power was short. But lets just say this. i am now a regular customer when i sewage issue. And that not very often but when do i contact Balkan.

My service technicians (Anvar) and his team were great. Also, the first tech to diagnose the problem Boychik was terrific as well. My only complaint was that it took 3 days to get the job going. I wish it could have been sooner being that we had limited water in the house. It was a big job to dig out a rotted pipe underground. I was thankful that they were able to help.
