Expert Drain Cleaning in St. George, LA

Came out and unclogged my sewer after a different plumber told me it was broke and needed to be replaced.

Phoned Chad to fix leaking from my toilet tank. Then toilet wasn’t flushing correctly. Called him to come back. His workers broke the porcelain on the toilet. They left saying they needed to speak to Chad. He has refused to make this $330 transaction right. He did send a refund check for $275 but I explained to him him I lost the check. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and he has refused to cooperate. I am out $330 & my toilet is worse off than when I called him. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I have used his company before and his family was friends with my family for years. I’m so frustrated & disappointed.

Had a great experience choosing Chads, they showed up wishing 2 hours and the job was completed soon after. Other places I called didn’t answer, phone was disconnected. Chad was on site and problem solved in no time!!!! Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Expert Plumbing and Drain Services! This company has blown me away with their professionalism, courtesy, kindness, and work ethic! First, they helped me in an emergency situation when my usual plumbers couldn't be bothered to help. So, I decided to give them more business and I am SO glad I did! Derrick and Joseph installed my new tankless water heaters and they worked tirelessly and with excellence. I am seriously impressed. Not only did they do a great job installing my water heaters, but they also capped a gas line and replaced four hose-bibs for me. Expert Plumbing has a new, loyal customer in me! I highly recommend them!

I contacted Doug Bennett who is referred to me by a friend of mine for a sewage leak in my front yard. I have to admit that anytime I have a plumbing issue my heart drops because I know how expensive and shady things can get with the pricing of most plumbers. That was not my experience at all with Doug. He quoted me a fair price, fixed the issue and also removed 2 trees for me and didn’t charge me a penny for it! What really impressed me is that he knew my leg was injured and saw that my front lawn was getting out of control and he literally had one of his plumbers mow my yard for me! Daniel is a great plumber! He’s friendly and will always try to work with our schedule for appointments. We had a gas lantern which fell off the brick wall! I was trying to turn the gas off but then the copper tubing broke off. I called Daniel to my rescue 👍🏼😄 Thank you, Daniel for your great work & always ready to help out. Tried to get LaFleur Plumbing to take a look at a job that they completed four years ago and could not get anyone to take interest in the project. We were not asking them for any type of warranty work, we just wanted them to come out since they originally changed out the sewer pipes. Couldn’t get anyone to return our phone calls then we finally got a text saying they weren’t interested in the job for us to find another plumber. We spoke with the owner thinking he would want our business but again no return phone calls stay away from this company. Apparently They don’t want the work.

I'm so excited to say my cracked t pipe is fixed and I can use my bathroom again!! Thanks to Billy Neck he's a life saver! He's knowledgeable and very kind and respectful. In a time of total embarrassment when sewer was backed up in my tub and shower he came out at 9pm tonight to fix this nasty situation! I'm grateful for him and his partner (bad with names) May God bless you both!!!

Something flew off of one of their trucks and cracked my windshield. I've called multiple times, left messages with the receptionist and on their voicemail. I still have not received a call back.

I've never heard anything negative about RL Hall from the many folks who have had projects performed by them that range in size from "Major" new construction sized projects, to total remodels & equipment installations all the way down to routine service calls. They are always first class, professional & courteous on all types of work, & considered the best in this region!

Keith O'neill with central plumbing came to my house and fixed my kitchen sink. Did a great job. Came on time ,didn't take long to fix my sink, he was very professional and polite. Left everything clean and neat.. I would recommend him and central plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Mr. Rolling Bear provides great service. His crew worked on my leak in the pouring rain so I could have water service back on before the weather got rough. Rates were great and job was well done. It's been two years since the repair and it is solid as a rock. Give him a call and you won't be disappointed.

Just had a m&m plumbing truck run a stop sign in my neighborhood while talking on an iphone at about 20 mph, didn’t slow, didn’t attempt to brake, blew a stop sign in a neighborhoods where kids ride their bikes and parents exercise. Not sure how their work is but they don’t care who they’ve got behind the wheel of their trucks that’s for sure

This company came out 3-4 weeks ago due to our sewer backing up into the house. We paid appx. $1000 as they spent the day digging up my yard, and trying to find the issue. When they left, the main bathroom was left a disaster. Wet towels, mud and sewer water all over the bathroom floor, and the toilet was put back on at weird angle, with buckets full of sewer water and wet cardboard left on the hardwood floor in my hallway. Now, 3 weeks later, I’ve had to call another plumbing company for the same issue. They didn’t fix the problem, they just put a temporary band aid on it!! I will never use or refer them to anyone!!!

I was looking for a Kohler faucet part and was told to try Marchand's. So I went over there. He was very helpful eventhough he did not have what I needed. He directed me to a place in Baton Rouge and told me they would have what I needed and they did. I will use Marchand's again before going anywhere else.

Completely incompetent plumbers. Inaccurate price quote, multiple unnecessary phone calls and now I have to have another plumber come out to fix issues with their work because they refuse to. Clayton homes in Gonzales uses these guys, I would not recommend purchasing a home from them. The contractors they use are real champions like these guys. What a nightmare!!!

Out of nowhere, instead of simply going around a car, he chose to get right in front of them and roll coal on them. Wow! I bet he's just a great service provider. Probably kind and courteous. Give your business to somebody else. Dirty diesel robbing others of years of life ALL DAY LONG

The incidents above are unfortunate but I would like to speak on the positive side of things. Mr. Luke who owns All Service Plumbing is a retired Army Engineer who holds integrity and service very close to his heart. My previous company uses his plumbing business as a sub-contractor and are 100% satisfied with the services they provide. Not only is Mr. Luke the Owner/Operator but he is also a tremendous role model and father figure to everyone he employs. To pass over this company due to a disagreement in music choice or a poor decision in a parking location, possibly caused one to miss out on dependable and satisfactory local small business owner who is an asset to Louisiana community.

This morning I was looking for a plumber and on my way to the doctor's office on Seigen Lane License Plate ending in 7483 or something I saw All Service Plumbing and said there is one right here get the number, then I pull up towards the truck/van and all I heard was vulgarity and foul mouthed Hard core Rap music blasting with the windows down, I changed my mind really quick...you may want to not have your business advertised that way, makes you lose customers fast!!
