Keaton at Prodigy Plumbling is amazing! I live in a townhouse community and during this years Ice Storm, my neighbor had a pipe to burst while she was out of the area. As water filled her unit, it began to spill over into my unit and my neighbors unit that's on the opposite side. After I'd noticed the water filling up my kitchen and living room areas, I immediately began to panic and look for where the water could possibly be coming from. I then called a friend who'd seen an ad on Facebook advertising Prodigy Plumbing as the ONLY plumbing business in the area who was willing to come out in the Ice Storm, to address plumbing needs and issues. After making contact with Prodigy Plumbing, they informed me that they would be on the way as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes, Keaton arrived at my address and immediately started working. He listened for running water and checked all of my plumbing before finally going outside in the cold snow and ice to uncover my water meter to inspect the issue even further. It was then that he'd discovered the water was coming from my neighbors unit. We were then able to get the water turned off and clean up the small pond that had formulated in my home. Keaton and Prodigy Plumbing saved my home from what could have been some serious and major water damage. Their concern for the community in the Ice Storm is what made them available to me, and for that I am extremely grateful, especially as a new homeowner. The professionalism, timeliness, empathy and customer service that I received was phenomenal! They took very great care of me. For this reason, I would recommend Prodigy Plumbing to everyone in the Shreveport/Bossier and surrounding community areas! They're definitely going to be my first call, if I should have any plumbing needs or issues in the future.

Top notch company. John was professional and on the ball throughout multiple projects he’s assisted me with. He helped my company with a plumbing issue and he also assisted me with my personal house. He took the additional time to really explain things to me, documented everything very well, and he even found a a part of the scope that was agreed upon that wasn’t necessary and instead of doing it anyways he made sure to refund that part of the scope with a detailed reason why. We contacted ANTI-CLOG LLC about fixing our kitchen drain with a garbage disposal. ANTI-CLOG was able to diagnose the issue from pictures through text message and quoted us a price to replace the improperly installed sections. After noticing John’s attention to detail and outstanding customer service with our kitchen drain job.We hired ANTI-CLOG for multiple other jobs on the spot; they replaced every other sink drain in our home (5 in total), replaced damaged emergency PVC drain for water heater in the attic, and diagnosed our sewer drain issues. They found roots breaking through the one of the PVC joints and removed them. ANTI-CLOG also quoted us to repair the failing PVC joint and let us know it didn’t need to be repaired right away.

Our technician, Terron, came out to look at our backed up plumbing. He quickly resolved the issue and explained the cause and solution in great detail. He also made recommendations for future treatment for some issues he recognized and broke down the costs and process of mending it, should we decide to. Robert came out today and installed us a new toilet, he did an amazing job. Most importantly he took great care of my house like it was his own. He cleaned up and hauled away the mess of my old toilet. It looks so beautiful.

Robert Brown Plumbing has exceptional employees and service. They come in and get the job done fast. We have used them for sewage clean out, drain clean out in the bath tub, and more. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I can't thank Mr. Brown enough... We experienced a leak after last week's weather and were told by another plumber that we had a p-trap drain leak under our tub. I called Brown's Plumbing for a 2nd opinion. I'm so grateful we did. Mr. Brown found the leak and repaired it immediately. What would've cost us 10k based on the other Plumbers 20 min diagnosis ended up costing us $300. Thank you so much for your quick response and for taking the time to find the problem.

The plumber who came out was excellent professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He replaced two bathroom faucets in about an hour and did a clean, quality job. I really appreciated how he explained things and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. However, I was extremely disappointed with the billing. I provided the faucets, and the labor took about one hour, yet I was charged nearly $600 in labor plus an $89 service fee, and it feels excessive for the work performed. I don’t blame the technician at all he did great work. But the company’s pricing structure is not reasonable “in my opinion.” —— Thank you for taking the time to respond. Yes, I was told the price up front, and I’ll be honest I wasn’t thrilled with it. But I chose to move forward because I value the quality of your work and the professionalism of your technicians. I’ve used other plumbers in the area and didn’t get the level of service or satisfaction that I get from your company, so I made the decision to proceed. That part is on me. My feedback was not meant to be hostile or unfair. I was simply expressing concern about how much prices have increased over time. I understand every business has to set its own pricing, and I’m not asking you to change that. I’m just sharing how it feels as a customer especially when many people, including seniors and those on fixed incomes, are feeling the strain of rising costs everywhere. Your technicians, especially the ones who regularly come out I believe it’s the same gentleman and Frankie have always been respectful, professional, and great to work with. I have never had an issue with your customer service or the quality of the work. That’s why I keep calling your company. I don’t have any ill will toward your business. I appreciate the service you provide. I was simply voicing a concern from a customer’s point of view, and I believe customers should be able to share their experience honestly and respectfully. Brandon came out and diagnosed our problem. He took his time to listen and explain the process for repairs. Cracked water line discovered on a Saturday morning. Oswalt’s was highly recommended by a friend, and he was right. They were very responsive, Chelsey was at my house within the hour. She was courteous and promptly repaired the leak. She also gave me some options on repairing another minor plumbing issue we’re having, very knowledgeable.

They arrived in the time window that was given to me. Went right to work getting the hot water heater drained and gas off and ready to remove. While it was draining, they were opening the box the new heater came in that I had bought earlier . They put the old tank in the bed of my trunk so I could take it to the local recycling/ trash location. They were professional,and left the work area clean. Would recommend them if I know someone needing plumber services I would use again if need arises

Mr. St Claire and his assistant were very professional and very friendly. Controls on top of dish washer. Recessed too far to see. I will try to pull unit out about an inch. If unable I will call. May be acceptable, even better, if I can input settings then close to activate.

The best plumbers ever! We ended up with a p trap that had collapsed in our tub along with a cast iron vent pipe that corroded out. Austin and the gentleman (sorry didn’t get name) were hard workers and kept me up to date on things. They came in replaced the p trap, the vent pipe, and a new tub insert. At first I was a bit sad about the tub because my faux marble tub was my haven and a great soaking tub. But…..the tub they replaced it with was just as great and still a wonderful soaking tub with new shower head and all. Every one we spoke with was so friendly, caring, and professional from beginning to end. We love they are a veteran owned company and can never thank Austin and team enough. They will be our go to plumbers from now on. Austin even recommended a contractor to finish out our bathroom and they started today and can’t wait to have a whole new bathroom💜

Recently We had Bossier Elite Plumbing replace the walk in shower in our master bathroom. They did outstanding work from the beginning to the completion. Terry and Jackson were the primary tile crew who tore out the old shower and replaced the pan and the tile.We were so pleased with how it turned out.They were not only professional in their work, but very polite in all our interactions.That was true of all the others who played a part as well. Keenan and his assistant were fantastic! Very professional, timely, and efficient. We had a small leak and an issue with a toilet. They were able to squeeze us into have the leak looked at the same day even though they were booked that day. Found the leak and shut that line off before any damage could be done. Advised us on what needed to be done, got us scheduled, and had everything repaired promptly. When the work was preformed, it was well done, quick, and very clean with no trash/debris left behind. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using him for our future needs.

The man who came out was very professional and did an excellent job! He didn’t try to fix he just replaced our food disposal and did a very good job! He didn’t try leave a mess or anything! First, the servicemen were very polite, but when going over everything that needed to be done and price was quoted they had to go pick up a new faucet. They didn’t ask my preference or style of faucet. They just went and got a faucet. I wish they would have shown me a picture before going out to purchase. I was under the impression they would install one similar to the one I had already. This faucet is for newer homes and my home is an older home. It totally looks out of place in my home and now I’m stuck with it. My sink is stainless steel so a silver faucet would have matched perfect. That’s what I had at first.

Jesse and hunter did great. They they did a good job in a short amount of time and cleaned up. They were both easy to work with.
